1. A novel simple missile launcher is characterized by comprising:

the launching underframe is used as a supporting structure of the whole launching frame and is formed by welding rectangular square tube profiles;

the pitching adjusting mechanism adopts a screw rod-nut adjusting principle, and drives a screw rod to move through the rotation of a nut, so that the pitching angle is adjusted;

and the mounting platform is used as a mounting platform of the storage and transportation module and provides a mounting interface and a mounting reference for mounting the missile on the launcher.

The novel simple missile launcher according to claim 1, wherein the middle of the launching chassis is a frame structure, the left and right sides of the launching chassis extend out of the support structure, and heavy objects such as sandbags and the like can be pressed on the support structure to enhance the stability of the launching chassis.

Background

Since world war II, countries in the world pay great attention to the development and launching of missile weapons, and not only are various types of missiles and missiles equipped, but also the missile weapons are widely applied to actual combat. In the weapon system of the missile, a launching device is an important component of the missile, and provides a shooting angle, a shooting direction and an initial speed for the missile launching.

The traditional missile launching device has the functions of pitching and azimuth adjusting, and is complex in structure, large in size and high in manufacturing cost. In target ground tests such as rocket projectiles, missiles, target projectiles and the like, the shot is known generally, the launcher can be adjusted to the known shooting direction in advance through shooting calibration at a launching place, and therefore the structure of the launcher can be greatly simplified, the scientific research cost is reduced, and meanwhile, convenience is brought to later maintenance. After the missile target range test is completed, the missile launching device is often idle, and huge waste is brought. Therefore, it is necessary to design a novel simple missile launcher.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the defects in the prior art are overcome, and the novel simple missile launcher is invented. The launching frame consists of a launching underframe, a pitching adjusting mechanism and a mounting platform 3. The launching underframe is formed by welding rectangular square tubes and provides a supporting structure for the launching underframe; the pitching adjusting mechanism adopts a screw rod-nut principle, and drives a screw rod to move by rotating a transmission block so as to adjust the pitching angle of the launcher; the mounting platform is provided with a storage and transportation module mounting interface and a mounting standard, and the storage and transportation module can be directly mounted on the platform through screws. The angle leveling of the launching rack in the left and right directions is realized by filling launching rack adjusting blocks with different specifications on one side of the launching rack.

The technical solution of the invention is as follows: (in accordance with the claims)

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the left side and the right side of the launching underframe extend out of the supporting structures, heavy objects such as sandbags and the like can be pressed on the supporting structures, the stability of the launching underframe is enhanced, and the launching underframe can adapt to a launching environment with larger impact recoil.

(2) The invention only has the pitching adjusting mechanism, the shooting direction is calibrated in advance through the target range, the whole system has simple structure, no special processing equipment is needed, and the manufacturing cost is low.

(3) The installation platform is provided with the installation interface and the installation reference surface of the storage and transportation module, the target range test of different types of missiles only needs to replace the storage and transportation module, the launcher can be repeatedly applied, and the scientific research cost is reduced.

(4) The invention has simple scheme for leveling the angle of the launching cradle in the left and right directions.

(5) The invention has wide application range. The invention can be widely applied to target field tests of projectiles such as rocket projectiles, guided missiles, target projectiles and the like.

Detailed Description

A novel simple missile launcher is mainly characterized in that: the launcher is composed of a launching underframe, a pitching adjusting mechanism and a mounting platform 3, and is shown in figure 1.

The emission chassis is mainly characterized in that: the emission chassis is composed of a chassis main frame, a chassis supporting structure and a chassis upper plate, and is shown in figure 2. The underframe main frame is formed by directly welding rectangular pipe profiles; the underframe supporting structures at the two sides of the underframe main frame can be used for placing heavy objects such as sand bags and the like, so that the stability of the emission underframe is enhanced; the chassis upper plate provides the installation interface for pitch adjustment mechanism.

Every single move adjustment mechanism key feature: the pitching adjusting mechanism comprises a mounting platform, a transmission rotating shaft, a supporting shaft, a rotating seat, a lead screw, a supporting seat, a supporting block, a locking plate, a transmission block, a hand lever and the like, and is shown in figure 3. The rotating seat and the supporting seat are fixed on an upper plate of the emitting underframe through screws; the hand lever is wrenched to drive the transmission block to rotate, the lead screw moves upwards, so that the mounting platform rotates around the rotating shaft, the supporting block rotates around the supporting shaft, and after the pitch angle is adjusted in place, the transmission block is pressed through the locking plate, and the pitch adjusting mechanism is locked. The angle adjusting range of the pitching adjusting mechanism is 0-70 degrees.

The mounting platform is mainly characterized in that: the installation platform consists of an installation platform reference surface, an installation platform positioning reference, a storage and transportation module installation interface and the like, and is shown in figure 4. The positioning reference of the mounting platform is two conical positioning pins, see fig. 5, the storage and transportation module is accurately positioned at the designated position of the mounting platform through the positioning pins, and the accuracy of the mounting position is ensured, see fig. 6; the datum plane of the mounting platform is a finish machining plane with the flatness of 0.1, so that the storage, transportation and delivery module and the mounting platform can be tightly attached; the shipping module mounting interface is a series of mounting holes formed in the mounting platform and screws are used to securely connect the mounting platform to the shipping module.

For the condition that the ground of the firing ground is uneven, the horizontal direction of the launching cradle can be realized by padding launching cradle adjusting blocks with different specifications on one side of the launching cradle, as shown in figure 7. The inclination angle sensor is arranged on the mounting platform, the inclination angle of the launching rack in the left and right directions can be read in real time, and the leveling in the direction is realized by increasing or decreasing the number of the launching rack adjusting blocks.
