Technical Field

The present invention relates to a moisture-releasing stick cosmetic, and more particularly, to a moisture-releasing stick cosmetic which can directly supply a large amount of moisture to give a moist feeling and a cool feeling, has a hardness suitable for stick cosmetics, has excellent formulation stability, is excellent in spreadability, is excellent in storage stability, and is also excellent in color feeling, and a method for producing the same.

Background

The following description is merely provided for background information related to the present invention and does not constitute prior art.

The stick-type cosmetic has an advantage of being advantageous in use and storage because the formulation is a solid phase as compared with general cosmetics. Due to the advantages of such stick-type cosmetics, attempts have been made in recent years to produce cosmetics in stick form for various uses.

Since the stick cosmetic is applied directly to the skin without using hands, the stick cosmetic needs to have spreadability at the time of application and appropriate hardness for maintaining the stick shape.

In addition, when moisture is contained in a cosmetic and the moisture is directly supplied to the skin, there is an advantage that sufficient moisture supply can be easily achieved and a cool feeling can be imparted during makeup, and thus attempts have been made to contain moisture in a stick-shaped cosmetic. However, when water is contained in a stick cosmetic, there is a problem that the stability of the stick formulation is remarkably lowered.

In order to solve this problem, korean laid-open patent No. 1999 0069366 provides a lipstick composition in which 5.0 to 20.0 wt% of a polar ester selected from the group consisting of diglyceryl isostearate, diglyceryl diisostearate and diglyceryl triisostearate forms a gel network with a hydrophilic humectant to give a lipstick having a suitable hardness, but has a limitation in that moisture cannot be directly supplied.

Further, korean patent laid-open No. 10-2016-.

In particular, in the case of lip cosmetics, there is also described a water-dispersible lip cosmetic composition containing sodium polyacrylate starch which can be applied to an existing lipstick after it is applied thereto in order to supply moisture. However, since the conventional water-dispersible lip cosmetic composition other than lipstick is used, there is a problem that it is inconvenient to use, and a stick-type cosmetic which can release water by using only lipstick is actually required.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a moisture releasing component of a moisture releasing stick cosmetic in two dimensions according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing an aqueous phase component of a stick cosmetic in two dimensions when a sheet-like substance and an emulsifier are simply mixed, and fig. 3 is an example of a three-dimensional schematic diagram of a multi-surface complex of a moisture releasing cosmetic in an embodiment of the present invention.

The moisture-releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by containing an oil phase part and a moisture-releasing component dispersed in the oil phase part, wherein in the moisture-releasing component, moisture particles are surrounded by a plurality of sheet-like substances to which an emulsifier is bonded.

The moisture releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention is in the form of: the moisture releasing component surrounds the moisture particles in the form of a multi-surface complex in the stick-shaped cosmetic in which the plurality of sheet-shaped substances to which the emulsifier is bonded as shown in fig. 1, and the multi-surface complex is deformed by the coating film during use to release moisture. The polyhedral composite can be formed by surrounding moisture particles in a cosmetic and having a thixotropic property between adjacent flaky substances.

In the present invention, the sheet-like substance may have lipophilic properties on the surface and may have hydroxyl groups on the edges. Specifically, the sheet-like substance may be a substance obtained by swelling a smectite clay mineral to separate the smectite clay mineral into individual sheets and then substituting the sheets with a lipophilic substance. The material separated into individual pieces may be used by purchasing a commercially available product, for example, a product of Haimax (Elementis) Co.

The smectite clay mineral is not particularly limited, and specifically, may be hectorite or bentonite, and is preferably hectorite. In this case, a moisture-releasing stick cosmetic having more excellent formulation stability can be produced.

The lipophilic material is not particularly limited as long as it can impart lipophilicity to the surface of the sheet-like material, and specifically, the lipophilic material may be a material having an aliphatic alkyl residue having 5 to 22 carbon atoms. More specifically, the substance having an aliphatic alkyl residue having 5 to 22 carbon atoms may be a quaternary ammonium salt.

Preferably, the above-mentioned flaky material may be disteardimonium hectorite (distardimoniumhectorite).

The shape of the surface of the sheet-like material is not particularly limited, and may be a circular shape, a 3-10 polygonal shape, or an amorphous shape, and two or more kinds of shapes may be mixed.

In addition, the thickness of the flaky substance can be adjusted and selected arbitrarily, and the lengths of the major axis and the minor axis can be selected arbitrarily. Specifically, the thickness may be 0.0005 to 0.005 μm, and the major axis may be 0.5 to 1.5 μm. In the case where the amount is within the above range, a cosmetic containing a large amount of water and having excellent stability of the formulation can be provided.

Two or more different kinds of substances may be mixed in the sheet-like substance. For example, a substance having a major axis length of 0.8 μm and a substance having a major axis length of 1.2 μm may be used in combination.

In the present invention, the emulsifier is not particularly limited as long as it is an emulsifier that can be used in cosmetics, and is not limited as long as it has compatibility with the oil phase component for the application of the moisture releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention. Preferably, the emulsifier has an alkyl residue having 9 to 22 carbon atoms. In this case, a cosmetic containing a large amount of water and having excellent stability of the formulation can be provided. Specifically, the emulsifier may be polyglycerol-4 Isostearate (Polyglyceryl-4Isostearate), polyglycerol-3 Polyricinoleate (Polyglyceryl-3Polyricinoleate), polyglycerol-3 Diisostearate (Polyglyceryl-3Diisostearate), polyglycerol-4 Oleate (Polyglyceryl-4Oleate), polyglycerol-4 Diisostearate/Polyhydroxystearate/Sebacate (Polyglyceryl-4Diisostearate/Polyhydroxystearate/Sebacate), diisostearoylpolyglycerol-3 dilinoleate (diisostearoylpolyglycerol-3 dilinoleate), polyglycerol-3 Polyricinoleate (Polyglyceryl-3 Sorbitan Oleate), Sorbitan Isostearate (sorbitate), Glyceryl sesquilaurate (Glyceryl Laurate), Sorbitan Sesquioleate (Sorbitan Oleate), Sorbitan Oleate (Sorbitan Oleate), Sorbitan Oleate (Sorbitan Oleate), Sorbitan Sesquioleate (Sorbitan Oleate), Sorbitan Oleate (Sorbitan Oleate ), Sorbitan Oleate (Sorbitan Oleate), Sorbitan Oleate (Sorbitan Oleate, a glycol esters (Sorbitan Oleate, and the ester (Sorbitan Oleate) and the ester (Sorbitan, Lauryl PEG-9polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone (Lauryl PEG-9polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone), PEG-9polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone (PEG-9polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone), PEG-10Dimethicone (PEG-10Dimethicone), and the like.

In the present invention, the content of the emulsifier may be in a ratio of 0.9 to 10 parts by weight of the flaky material to 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of the emulsifier. It is possible to provide a cosmetic composition containing a large amount of water in the above range and having excellent stability of the formulation.

In the stick cosmetic of the present invention, the water component may be an aqueous phase (water) as a specific example, and may be water in which known components that can be used in the cosmetic are dissolved, if necessary. Specific examples of the known components include ions, perfumes, extracts, nutrients, moisturizers, and other functional components used in cosmetics in an amount (0.001 to 10% by weight) of the conventional additives, and two or more of the known components may be used in combination.

In the present invention, the contents of the plurality of sheet-like materials combined with the emulsifier and the moisture component may be arbitrarily adjusted and may be contained in a ratio of 1 to 20 parts by weight to 80 to 99 parts by weight. In this case, a cosmetic containing a large amount of water and having excellent formulation stability can be provided.

In the present invention, the polyhedral composite may have a 5 to 500-sided body, and may have a two-dimensional polyhedron as shown in fig. 1 or a three-dimensional polyhedron as shown in fig. 3. The polyhedral composite may have a structure in which voids are blocked as in 1-1 to 1-10 of fig. 3, may have a structure in which voids are present as in 2-1 to 2-4, and may have a structure in which the ridge portion is smooth or a portion of the sheet-like material protrudes. When the voids are present, the cross-sectional size of the maximum voids may be 50% or less of the maximum cross-sectional size of the moisture particles, and preferably, the cross-sectional size of the maximum voids may be 10% or less of the maximum cross-sectional size of the moisture particles. In this case, a cosmetic containing a large amount of water in the above range and having excellent stability of the formulation can be provided.

The diameter of the moisture releasing component in the moisture releasing stick-like cosmetic of the present invention may be 1 to 100 μm, preferably 10 to 60 μm. In this case, moisture is easily released by application when the cosmetic is used, and the cosmetic has more excellent formulation stability. If the size of the moisture releasing component is too small, it is difficult to contain a large amount of moisture, moisture release may become difficult in use, and in the case where the size of the moisture releasing component is too large, stability in the cosmetic may be lowered.

The application of the moisture releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention is not particularly limited, and specific examples thereof include lipstick, lip gloss, lip glaze, BB stick, and sunscreen stick.

The moisture-releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention may contain a known oil phase component suitable for the application, and examples of the specific oil phase component include oils applicable to stick cosmetics, waxes applicable to stick cosmetics, polymer resins applicable to stick cosmetics, vegetable oils applicable to stick cosmetics, and the like. The oil, wax, polymer resin or vegetable oil may be used alone or in combination of two or more.

In addition, the moisture releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention may optionally contain known additional components used in stick cosmetics. Specific examples of the additional component may include powders, thickeners, bactericides, preservatives, vitamins, functional drugs, and the like, each independently.

In the moisture releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention, the content of the oil phase component and the additional component may be arbitrarily adjusted according to the application. Specifically, the oil phase component and the additional component may be optionally adjusted within a range of 0.001 to 50 wt% in the stick cosmetic, independently of each other.

The moisture releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention may contain a large amount of moisture by the moisture releasing component specific to the present invention, and preferably, the content of the moisture is 20 to 60% by weight. More preferably, the content of the water is 30 to 57% by weight. In this case, the stability of the formulation, the storage stability and the spreadability can be satisfied at the same time.

The moisture-releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention has a hardness suitable for stick cosmetics, and specifically, preferably 10 to 250N (measured by Sun viscoelasticity Meter (Sun RHEO Meter) (Sun scientific (japan)). In this case, both the formulation stability and the spreadability can be satisfied.

The above-mentioned moisture releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention can be produced by a method for producing a moisture releasing stick cosmetic comprising the steps of: s1) spraying a plurality of sheet-like materials and an emulsifier at a pressure of 100 to 600bar by using a nozzle of 1 to 50 μm to mix them; s2) a step of mixing an oil phase with the mixture of the step S1) above; s3) a step of mixing an aqueous phase with the mixture of the step S2) above; and S4) a step of filling the mixture obtained in the step S3) in a rod molding container and then cooling the container. The content of the ingredient used in the method for producing a moisture-releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention may be the content ratio of the moisture-releasing stick cosmetic described above.

The method for manufacturing a moisture releasing stick-type cosmetic of the present invention includes S1) a step of spraying a plurality of sheet-like materials at a pressure of 100 to 600bar using a nozzle of 1 to 50 μm and mixing the sheet-like materials with an emulsifier, thereby allowing the moisture releasing components unique to the present invention to be contained in the cosmetic. In a conventional general mixer, as shown in fig. 2, the multi-face complex of the present invention is not formed, but when a plurality of sheet-like substances are mixed with an emulsifier via the above-described step S1), and then the steps S2) to S4) are performed, the multi-face complex can be formed as shown in fig. 1 while generating a bond having thixotropic properties.

In the step S1) of the present invention, vegetable oil may be further mixed. The content of the vegetable oil may be arbitrarily adjusted, but may be mixed in an amount of 10 to 100 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total of the flaky material and the emulsifier. In this case, the stability of the formulation of the moisture releasing stick cosmetic can be further improved.

In the present invention, the step of mixing the oil phase with the mixture of the step S1) in S2) may be a mixing process of oil phase components used in a mixing process of a known stick cosmetic, in addition to the step of using the mixture of the step S1). For example, the above-mentioned mixing may be carried out using a Homogenizer (homogenerizer) or a three-Roll mill (3-Roll mill). In the present invention, when the powder component is contained, the powder component may be further mixed at the time of mixing the oil phase component in the above-described step S2).

In the present invention, the mixing in the step S3) may be performed by a known mixer for mixing the oil-phase component and the water-phase component, and for example, the mixing may be performed by a homogenizer or a stirrer while stirring. Preferably, the mixing is carried out at a stirring speed of 1800 to 2500 rpm. In this case, the moisture particle size is suitable for the moisture-releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention, and a moisture-releasing stick cosmetic having excellent formulation stability while containing a large amount of moisture can be produced. If necessary, after the mixing in the above step S3), a fragrance component may be further mixed to impart a fragrance to the cosmetic.

In the present invention, the step of filling the mixture obtained in the step S3) in the stick-forming container and then cooling the filled mixture in the step S4) may be a method used for a known stick-type cosmetic.

The water-releasing stick cosmetic according to the present invention comprises an oil phase portion of the water-releasing stick cosmetic produced by the method for producing a water-releasing stick cosmetic of the present invention, and a water-releasing component dispersed in the oil phase portion, wherein the water-releasing component has a form in which water particles are surrounded by a plurality of sheet-like substances to which an emulsifier is bonded in a form of a polyhedral complex, and thus, the water-releasing stick cosmetic can contain a large amount of water and has excellent formulation stability and storage stability.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples. However, the embodiments of the present invention may be modified into various other forms, and the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments described in detail below. The embodiments of the present invention are provided to more fully explain the present invention to those skilled in the art.
