The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a paddy field tillage machine.

Background

With the development of agriculture, paddy field tillage machines are widely applied to agricultural production. The paddy field tillage machine comprises a frame, a planker assembly and a main planker adjusting mechanism, wherein the planker assembly is long in transverse dimension, is inconvenient to walk or transport, cannot walk at all when meeting a road with a narrow width, and seriously influences the use and popularization of the tillage machine, so that people are researching and improving the paddy field tillage machine into a folding paddy field tillage machine. The existing folding paddy field tillage machine assembly folds the frame and the planker backwards during walking or transportation. The main drawbacks of such a rack are: the size of the folded product in the front-back direction is longer, and the occupied area is larger.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the folding paddy field tillage machine which can obviously reduce the size of the frame and the planker in the front-back direction after being folded, thereby obviously reducing the occupied area.

The invention achieves the technical aim through the following technical scheme.

The further improvement lies in that: one end of the second half clutch, which is far away from the second tooth, is provided with a second compression spring which axially presses the second half clutch to the first half clutch; and the second compression spring is sleeved at the end part of the input shaft of the side gearbox sleeved with the second half clutch.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive effects:

1. the main carriage adjusting mechanism comprises a middle main carriage adjusting mechanism and a side main carriage adjusting mechanism; the middle main carriage adjusting mechanism is arranged between the middle frame and the middle main carriage; the side main carriage adjusting mechanism is arranged between the side frame and the side main carriage; the first pin shaft is vertically arranged, the lower end of the first pin shaft inclines to the right back, and the included angle between the central axis of the first pin shaft and the vertical line is an acute angle; a second stretching oil cylinder is arranged between the side main carriage and the auxiliary carriage; the second pin shaft is vertically arranged, the central axis of the second pin shaft and the central axis of the first pin shaft are in the same vertical plane in the front-back direction, and when the folding is needed, the central axes of the second pin shaft and the first pin shaft are coaxial. Thus, when the foldable side frame is in a folded state, the side frame drives the side main planker to be folded towards the rear upper side, so that the size of the folded side main planker in the front-rear direction is remarkably reduced, and the occupied area is remarkably reduced.

2. The side main carriage adjusting mechanism comprises a side main carriage adjusting mechanism connecting seat, a side main carriage adjusting mechanism driving oil cylinder, a first cross rod and a first vertical rod, and the angle of the side main carriage can be conveniently adjusted through the side main carriage adjusting mechanism driving oil cylinder.

The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following examples in accordance with the accompanying drawings.

The folding paddy field tillage machine shown in the attached drawing comprises a frame, a transmission system, a suspension assembly 4, a planker assembly and a main planker adjusting mechanism.

The frame comprises a middle frame 5.1 and side frames 5.2 hinged to two sides of the middle frame 5.1 through a first pin shaft 5.3; in an unfolded state, the side frame 5.2 is transversely and horizontally arranged perpendicular to the front-back movement direction of the foldable paddy field tillage machine, and a rotary tillage mechanism is arranged below the side frame 5.2; the side frame 5.2 comprises a first supporting pipe 5.2.1 and a first transverse plate 5.2, wherein the first supporting pipe is transversely and horizontally arranged and is vertical to the front-back movement direction of the foldable paddy field tillage machine under an unfolded state; the first supporting tube 5.2.1 and the first transverse plate 5.2.2 are opposite and fixedly connected together. The connecting plates comprise a middle connecting plate 6.2.1 and side connecting plates 6.2.2 at two sides of the middle connecting plate 6.2.1; the middle main planker 6.1.1 is horizontally arranged, arranged at the rear side of the lower part of the middle frame 5.1 and connected with the middle frame 5.1 through a middle connecting plate 6.2.1; the side main carriage 6.1.2 is horizontally arranged when the frame is in an unfolded state, is arranged at the rear side of the lower part of the side frame 5.2 and is connected with the side frame 5.2 through a side connecting plate 6.2.2.

The suspension assembly 4 is fixedly connected to the middle frame 5.1; the suspension assembly 4 comprises two connecting plates 4.1 which are fixedly connected with the front side of the middle frame 5.1 and are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction and a connecting frame 4.2 which is arranged between the two connecting plates 4.1 and is used for being connected with the travelling mechanism; the outer sides of the two connecting plates 4.1 are respectively provided with a cylindrical supporting piece 4.3; the supporting piece 4.3 is transversely horizontally arranged perpendicular to the front-back movement direction of the folding paddy field tillage machine and fixedly connected to the connecting plate 4.1.

The transmission system comprises a central gearbox 3.1 and a side gearbox 3.2, wherein the central gearbox 3.1 is arranged in the middle of the middle rack 5.1, and the side gearbox 3.2 is fixedly connected to the side surface of the side rack 5.2.

The output shaft of the central gearbox 3.1 is connected with the input shaft of the gearbox 3.2 at the middle side of the first supporting pipe 5.2.1 through a jaw clutch 3.3; the jaw clutch 3.3 comprises a first half clutch 3.3.1 sleeved and fixedly connected with the end part of the output shaft of the central gearbox 3.1 and a second half clutch 3.3.2 sleeved and slidably connected with the end part of the input shaft of the side gearbox 3.2; the opposite end surfaces of the first half clutch 3.3.1 and the second half clutch 3.3.2 are respectively provided with 3 evenly distributed first teeth 3.3.1.1 and second teeth 3.3.2.1 (in other embodiments, the opposite end surfaces of the first half clutch 3.3.1 and the second half clutch 3.3.2 are respectively provided with 2 or more than 3 evenly distributed first teeth 3.3.1.1 and second teeth 3.3.2.1). The first teeth 3.3.1.1 on the end surface of the first half clutch 3.3.1 and the second teeth 3.3.2.1 on the end surface of the second half clutch 3.3.2 are trapezoidal teeth which are wider as the distance from the end surface is larger; the second compression spring is sleeved at the end part of the input shaft of the side gearbox 3.2 sleeved with the second half clutch 3.3.2.

The end of the second clutch half 3.3.2 remote from the second tooth 3.3.2.1 is provided with a second compression spring which axially presses the second clutch half 3.3.2 towards the first clutch half 3.3.1; the second compression spring is sleeved at the end part of the input shaft of the side gearbox 3.2 sleeved with the second half clutch 3.3.2.

The main carriage adjusting mechanism comprises a middle main carriage adjusting mechanism 14.1 and a side main carriage adjusting mechanism 14.2.

The middle main carriage adjusting mechanism 14.1 is arranged between the middle frame 5.1 and the middle main carriage 6.1.1; the middle main carriage adjusting mechanism 14.1 comprises a second cross bar 14.1.1, a second vertical bar 14.1.2 and a gas spring 14.1.3; the second cross rod 14.1.1 is arranged in the front-back direction, and the front end of the second cross rod is hinged to the rear side of the middle rack 5.1; the upper end of the second vertical rod 14.1.2 is hinged with the rear end of the second cross rod 14.1.1, and the lower end is hinged with the middle main planker 6.1.1; one end of the gas spring 14.1.3 is hinged to the intermediate frame 5.1 and the other end is hinged to the second cross bar 14.1.1.

The side main carriage adjusting mechanism 14.2 is arranged between the side frame 5.2 and the side main carriage 6.1.2, and the side main carriage adjusting mechanism 14.2 comprises a side main carriage adjusting mechanism connecting seat 14.2.1, a side main carriage adjusting mechanism driving oil cylinder 14.2.2, a first cross rod 14.2.3 and a first vertical rod 14.2.4; the side main carriage adjusting mechanism connecting seat 14.2.1 is fixedly connected on the first supporting tube 5.2.1; the first cross bar 14.2.3 is arranged in the front-back direction, the front end of the first cross bar 14.2.3 is hinged to the upper part of the rear side of the side main carriage adjusting mechanism connecting seat 14.2.1, the upper end of the first vertical bar 14.2.4 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the first cross bar 14.2.3, and the lower end of the first vertical bar 14.2.4 is hinged to the side main carriage 6.1.2; the tail end of the oil cylinder of the driving oil cylinder 14.2.2 of the side main carriage adjusting mechanism is hinged to the lower part of the rear side of the connecting seat 14.2.1 of the side main carriage adjusting mechanism, and the end of the piston rod is hinged to the connecting part of the first vertical rod 14.2.4 and the first cross rod 14.2.3. A piston rod of a driving oil cylinder 14.2.2 of the side main carriage adjusting mechanism is sleeved with a first compression spring 14.2.5; an energy accumulator 14.2.6 is arranged in an oil inlet pipeline of the driving oil cylinder 14.2.2 of the side main carriage adjusting mechanism.

The second pin shaft 6.1.3 is vertically arranged, the central axis of the second pin shaft 6.1.3 and the central axis of the first pin shaft 5.3 are in the same vertical plane in the front-back direction, and when the folding is needed, the central axes of the second pin shaft 6.1.3 and the first pin shaft 5.3 are coaxial.

A mud guide plate component is arranged on the suspension assembly 4; the mud guide plate component comprises a left mud guide plate 15.1, a right mud guide plate 15.2 and two mud guide plate connecting seats 15.3; the two mud guide plate connecting seats 15.3 are respectively sleeved and fixedly connected on the supporting pieces 4.3 at the outer sides of the two connecting plates 4.1; the upper ends of the left mud guide plate 15.1 and the right mud guide plate 15.2 are respectively and fixedly connected to the left mud guide plate connecting seat 15.3 and the right mud guide plate connecting seat 15.3; the left mud guide plate 15.1 and the right mud guide plate 15.2 are respectively provided with vertically arranged mud guide plates which are opposite at intervals in the transverse direction; the mud guide plates of the left mud guide plate 15.1 and the right mud guide plate 15.2 are inclined outwards from back to front and from top to bottom to form a splayed shape from back to front when viewed from top to bottom and a splayed shape from top to bottom when viewed from back to front.

The front side of the mud guide plate connecting seat 15.3 is provided with a plurality of holes which are equidistantly arranged in the vertical direction at intervals, the upper parts of the left mud guide plate 15.1 and the right mud guide plate 15.2 are respectively provided with a plurality of holes corresponding to the plurality of holes on the front side of the mud guide plate connecting seat 15.3, and the left mud guide plate 15.1 and the right mud guide plate 15.2 are fixedly connected with the mud guide plate connecting seat 15.3 through the corresponding holes.

When folding is needed, the second stretching oil cylinder 6.4 pulls the auxiliary planker 6.3 to rotate, the auxiliary planker is covered on the side main planker 6.1.2, the side main planker adjusting mechanism 14.2 rotates the side main planker 6.1.2 under the action of the side main planker adjusting mechanism driving oil cylinder 14.2.2 until the second pin shaft 6.1.3 and the central axis of the first pin shaft 5.3 are coaxial, then the first stretching oil cylinder 5.4 retracts, the side frame 5.2 is pulled to rotate around the first pin shaft 5.3, and folding of the side frame 5.2 and the side main planker 6.1.2 is achieved.
