Background

The waterproof board is mainly used for building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways, refuse landfills and the like, can be curled into a roll-shaped flexible building material product for resisting the leakage of rainwater and underground water outside an external protective film, is used as a protective film leakage-free connection between an engineering foundation and a building, is a waterproof first barrier of the whole engineering, and plays a vital role in the whole engineering. The product mainly comprises a pitch protective film green waterproof coiled material and a macromolecule waterproof coiled material, but the protective films of the waterproof coiled materials on the market at present have weak heat resistance, weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, low-temperature flexibility and elastic-plastic property in actual use, and the tear-resistant protective film has weak performance, so the service life of the waterproof coiled material is short, and the waterproof coiled material has many weaknesses, but the selectivity is low because the technical protection film of the waterproof coiled material at present is poor.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a modified polymer waterproof sheet and a method for preparing the same, comprising:

the base film, with the base film is connected the setting and is in the barrier layer on base film upper portion, with the base film is connected the setting and is in the aluminium foil layer of base film bottom, with the barrier layer is connected the setting and is in the fire-retardant layer on barrier layer upper portion, with the aluminium foil layer is connected the setting and is in the anticorrosive coating of aluminium foil layer bottom, with the fire-retardant layer is connected the setting and is in the protection film on fire-retardant layer upper portion and with the rough surface that the anticorrosive coating is connected the setting and is in the anticorrosive coating bottom.

Preferably, the base film is made of a material such as high density polyethylene.

Preferably, the impermeable layer is made of a mixed material of low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, graphene and the like.

Preferably, the anti-corrosion layer is made of materials such as latex, plant fibers, polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers, low-density polyethylene and phenolic resin.

Preferably, the protective film is made of a material such as polypropylene resin and epichlorohydrin resin.

Preferably, the modified polymer waterproof sheet and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following process steps:

step two: weighing 10 parts of latex, 5 parts of plant fiber, 6 parts of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, 18 parts of low-density polyethylene and 4 parts of phenolic resin according to the mass parts, putting the low-density polyethylene, the polypropylene, the polystyrene and the graphene into a heating type stirrer, setting the temperature to be 70-75 ℃, stirring for 40 minutes, then raising the temperature to 110 ℃, stirring for 10 minutes, then cooling the materials to 60-70 ℃ to form a protective film, adding the latex, an antioxidant and a cold-resistant agent, and continuously stirring for 25 minutes to obtain an anticorrosive layer base material, wherein the temperature is kept to be not lower than 55 ℃;

step three: weighing 10 parts of high-density polyethylene, 2 parts of carbon black master batch, 1 part of antioxidant and 1 part of master batch according to the mass parts, and putting the high-density polyethylene, the carbon black master batch, the antioxidant and the master batch into mixing equipment for uniform mixing; then melting the mixture by using melting equipment to obtain a base film base material, and keeping the temperature not lower than 55 ℃;

step four: weighing 20 parts of polypropylene resin, 16 parts of chlorinated polyether resin, 3 parts of ultraviolet absorber and 0.2 part of reinforcing agent according to the mass parts, adding the polypropylene resin, the chlorinated polyether resin ultraviolet absorber and the reinforcing agent into a stirrer to stir for 10 minutes, then co-mixing and extruding the mixture through a single-screw extruder to obtain a base material of the protective film, and keeping the temperature not lower than 55 ℃;

step five: and (3) combining the base material of the protective film obtained in the fourth step, the base material of the impermeable layer obtained in the first step, the base film base material obtained in the third step, the semi-finished aluminum foil and the base material of the anticorrosive layer obtained in the second step into a whole by coextrusion and extrusion of the upper layer, the middle lower layer and the lower layer of a five-layer coextrusion geomembrane extruder, and spraying the frosted coating on the bottom surface of the protective film to form a rough surface so as to obtain the polymer waterproof board.

The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the modified polymer waterproof board and the preparation method thereof, the aluminum foil layer is arranged, so that the friction force is increased, and the waterproof and anti-seepage performance is enhanced; the static electricity generated on the surface of the waterproof board can be quickly released through the aluminum foil layer, and troubles to equipment and operators are avoided.

2. The modified polymer waterproof board and the preparation method thereof have the advantages of convenient construction and high efficiency; the waterproof board comprises a base film, a flame-retardant layer and an impermeable layer, and is stable and firm in overall structure and not easy to deform and damage; the invention has good stability, solves the problem that the common waterproof board is easy to be damaged by the influence of environmental factors, improves the anti-permeability effect of the engineering and ensures the quality of the engineering.

The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples so that those skilled in the art can practice the invention with reference to the description.

As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, a modified polymer waterproof sheet and a preparation method thereof are provided, including:

base film 4, with base film 4 connect the setting and be in barrier layer 3 on base film 4 upper portion, with base film 4 is connected the setting and is in aluminium foil layer 5 of base film 4 bottom, with barrier layer 3 is connected the setting and is in fire-retardant layer 2 on barrier layer 3 upper portion, with aluminium foil layer 5 is connected the setting and is in anticorrosive coating 6 of aluminium foil layer 5 bottom, with fire-retardant layer 2 is connected the setting and is in protection film 1 on fire-retardant layer 2 upper portion and with anticorrosive coating 6 is connected the setting and is in rough surface 7 of anticorrosive coating 6 bottom.

step five: and (3) combining the base material of the protective film obtained in the fourth step, the base material of the impermeable layer obtained in the first step, the base film base material obtained in the third step, the semi-finished aluminum foil and the base material of the anticorrosive layer obtained in the second step into a whole by coextrusion extrusion of the upper layer, the middle lower layer and the lower layer of a five-layer coextrusion geomembrane extruder, and spraying the frosted coating on the bottom surface of the protective film to form a rough surface 7 so as to obtain the polymer waterproof board.
