6. The cup lid assembly of claim 5, wherein the handle is disposed at the outer periphery and bent upward to form a substantially inverted U-shape, and the two handles are adapted to be hooked by fingers.

7. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the lip of the body is provided with a thermal insulation portion at a suitable position, and the thermal insulation portion is adapted to fit the body of the paper cup, so as to provide effective thermal insulation for the user.

8. The assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the heat insulation portion is formed by bending the outer periphery of the cup body downward and is adapted to be attached to the cup body for preventing burning and heat insulation when the cup body is taken out.

9. The assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the surface of the heat insulating portion of the body is formed with wavy ridges.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a cup lid assembly, and more particularly to a cup lid assembly for a drinking cup, which can provide heat insulation and hanging.

Background

At present, most of hot drinks sold in convenience stores or beverage stores are contained in paper cups and then are covered by plastic cup covers, so that the situation that hands are scalded, cup sleeves are sleeved on cup bodies, and the cup sleeves are sleeved into packaging bags when the cups are taken outside is avoided, the consumable materials for using a cup of beverage are provided with the cup sleeves and the packaging bags besides the cup covers, the cost is increased, and the hot drinks are in counter conflict with the current environmental protection policy.

Because the hot drink is contained by using the paper cup, and the cup cover is made of plastic, the tolerance of the paper cup is large, and the plastic cup cover is not easy to be completely buckled, so that most related manufacturers pay attention to the leakage prevention of the combined structure of the cup cover and the paper cup; for example, the inventor also applies for taiwan patent No. I650274 "fixing structure of lid of beverage cup", which mainly discloses: a fixing structure for a lid of a beverage cup is an annular sheet, the width of the annular sheet is approximately equal to the surface area of a fastening portion of the lid, one surface of the annular sheet is fixed to the surface of the fastening portion of the lid, and the other surface of the annular sheet has an adhesive layer for adhering to the rim of the beverage cup. Thus, the combination and fixation between the cup cover and the beverage cup can be enhanced, and the liquid in the beverage cup can be prevented from leaking from the cup edge.

For another example, U.S. patent No. 9387966, "disposable beverage cup lid" mainly discloses: lid for a disposable drinking cup, having at least one drinking hole for a consumer to drink a beverage stored in the drinking cup, and at least one venting hole for keeping the pressure between the inside and the outside equivalent. The drinking cup includes at least one drink aperture plug configured to removably couple with the drink aperture to seal and close the drink aperture to prevent the beverage from escaping from the drinking cup.

Disclosure of Invention

According to the background art, the combination structure of the cup cover and the paper cup is emphasized, and the cup sleeve, the cup holder or the beverage bag is additionally used for the requirements of scald prevention and carrying; therefore, how to solve the problem of high cost of various components in the prior art and achieve the multiple-effect cup lid set having the cup lid, the anti-scald cup cover and the function of replacing the beverage bag at the same time is the problem to be solved by the present invention.

The invention relates to a cup cover group which is formed integrally and mainly comprises a body for providing a paper cup sleeve and a cup cover connected with a connecting part, wherein the cup cover can combine the cup cover of the paper cup with the body;

wherein the body is a flat hollow ring body provided with a convex ring corresponding to the cup cover combination groove, and the convex ring can be just embedded and fixed with the combination groove; in addition, a supporting part extends inwards from the inner periphery of the body, so that the paper cup can be clamped and fixed by the supporting part to avoid slipping when being sleeved with the paper cup, the paper cup can be suitable for cups of different sizes, a corresponding carrying handle part and a heat insulation part are arranged at the proper position of the outer periphery of the body, the carrying handle part is arranged at the outer periphery and is bent upwards to be slightly in an inverted U shape, the two carrying handle parts can provide fingers to be hooked to carry the paper cup, and the heat insulation part is arranged at the outer periphery and is bent downwards to be attached to the cup body, so that a user who can prevent scalding and insulate the heat when.

Detailed Description

A lid assembly generally in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings of figures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5:

the cup cover group of the invention is an integrated forming and comprises a body 10 and a connecting part 20 connected with a cup cover 30, and the cup cover 30 can be combined and fixed with the body 10 after closing the cup mouth of a paper cup 40; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

a cup cover 30, the surface of the cup cover 30 that is combined with the paper cup is provided with an inward-concave buckling groove 32, the wall edge of the buckling groove 32 is provided with a convex abutting part 321, so that the buckling groove 32 is buckled with the cup edge 41 of the paper cup 40, the convex abutting part 321 of the buckling groove 32 can be just embedded into the cup edge 41 for fixing, and the cup cover 30 is provided with a combination groove 31 at the position opposite to the convex ring 12 of the body 10 for embedding and fixing the convex ring 12 and the combination groove 31 of the cup cover 30.

According to the above structure, after the beverage is filled into the paper cup 40, the body 10 is first sleeved to the cup rim 41 of the paper cup 40, and the supporting portion 13 of the body 10 is deformed downward to clamp the cup body of the paper cup 40; meanwhile, the cup cover 30 is turned upwards to cover the paper cup 40, the buckling groove 32 of the cup cover 30 just can be embedded and buckled with the cup rim 41, and the abutting part 321 of the buckling groove 32 is embedded and abutted under the cup rim 41; in addition, the assembling groove 31 of the cup cover 30 can be just embedded and fixed with the convex ring 12, so as to achieve the dual embedding and fixing effects of the assembling groove 31 and the buckling groove 32 of the cup cover 30.

Furthermore, the lip 11 of the main body 10 can be provided with a handle portion 14 and a heat insulation portion 15 at appropriate positions, so that the two handle portions 14 can provide a carrying for the paper cup 40 containing beverage without using a packaging bag, and the handle portions 14 are provided with the heat insulation portions 15 respectively, and the heat insulation portions 15 can be just attached to the body of the paper cup 40, thereby being convenient for a consumer to hold the paper cup and effectively insulating heat, and meanwhile, the paper cup 40 can be insulated without using a cup sleeve; furthermore, the arrangement of the handle portion 14 and the heat insulation portion 15 can effectively reduce the usage of the packaging bag and the cup sleeve, thereby achieving the purpose of environmental protection, and at the same time, the cost of the beverage manufacturer can be reduced, and the convenience of the use of the consumer can be achieved.

In addition, please refer to fig. 6 showing a second embodiment of the present invention, wherein the supporting portion 13 of the main body 10 can be provided with a plurality of notches 131, and the notches 131 can reduce the stress of the annular supporting portion 13 when the paper cup 40 is inserted therein, so as to achieve a better clamping effect; the heat insulation part 15 of the main body 10 can be provided with wave-shaped raised patterns 151 to reduce the area of the heat insulation part 15 integrally adhered to the paper cup 40 to generate heat conduction, thereby achieving better heat insulation effect.
