Background

With the improvement of the technical level of the paper industry, the surface sizing of paper has become a conventional paper processing procedure, and especially in recent years, the development of printing technology has made higher requirements on the surface performance and the surface strength of cultural paper and packaging paper, so that the paper industry is continuously seeking new surface sizing technology.

Surface sizing is a process in the production process of paper making, and is usually positioned at the tail end of a drying part of a paper machine, so that a layer of glue solution is sprayed when paper sheets are not completely dried but have certain strength, and a layer of glue film is formed on the surfaces of paper and paper boards through subsequent drying, thereby achieving the purpose of changing the surface performance of the paper or the paper boards.

The packaging paper is generally made from sulfate softwood pulp serving as a raw material on a fourdrinier papermaking machine after pulping, is tough in texture, high in strength and tawny in paper surface, and has a quantitative range of 60-120 g/m2. The main quality requirements of the packing paper are that the packing paper has very high tension, is flexible and firm, has high bursting strength, can bear larger tension and pressure without breaking, and the kraft paper has the advantage of tensile resistance so that the packing paper is very suitable for the requirement of packing. The packaging paper has the characteristics of environmental protection, recycling, cost saving and the like, and does not cause pollution to the environment compared with other packaging materials. With the increasing requirement of the whole international market on the environmental protection of the packing materials, more and more packing printing industries select packing paper with high strength as a preferred packing material. The packaging paper is widely applied to various packaging materials such as cement bag paper, paper bag paper, file bag paper, food packaging paper and the like.

The wrapping paper generally has high strength and toughness, and is classified into general wrapping paper, special wrapping paper, trademark paper, oil-proof wrapping paper, moisture-proof wrapping paper, and the like according to the purpose and use of the wrapping paper. Each type of wrapper has different properties and uses. The common packaging paper is mostly used for packaging common commodities, and the quality requirement is not strict; the special fruit wrapping paper is thin and soft; the photosensitive protective paper is light-tight; the oil-proof packaging paper is required to have oil and grease penetration resistance; moisture-proof wrapping paper is required to have moisture-proof properties. In recent years, with the vigorous development of electric power merchants, the demand of food packaging paper is increased rapidly, and the common packaging paper has insufficient waterproof and moistureproof functions and is difficult to meet the requirements of food packaging.

In the south, coconut is a common fruit, and coconut shells left after coconut juice is drunk are garbage which is large in size and difficult to treat, and the coconut shells bring problems to garbage treatment and waste of resources, so that how to recycle the coconut shells is a problem to be solved urgently at present.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the invention provides a moisture-proof wrapping paper surface sizing agent composition and a preparation method thereof, the method not only recycles waste coconut shells, avoids resource waste and saves cost, but also enables the wrapping paper to have good moisture resistance by sizing the prepared surface sizing agent composition, and meets the requirement of food wrapping paper on moisture resistance;
