Background

A cigarette, which is a kind of tobacco product, is prepared by baking tobacco, cutting into shreds, and rolling into cylindrical strips with the length of about 120mm and the diameter of 10 mm. The cigarette is characterized in that smoke generated by igniting one end of the cigarette and then sucking hoots through a mouth at the other end of the cigarette is a very common practice in daily life at present, but after some smokers finish smoking, because the cigarette end is not extinguished in time, a fire is easily caused, and therefore, the cigarette tipping paper for cigarettes is more and more valued for preventing the cigarette from continuously burning.

The existing tipping paper is flame-retardant by improving the structure of base paper and adding an auxiliary agent in the production of base paper pulp, but the tipping paper also has the technical defects of poor flame-retardant effect, high production cost and high possibility of exceeding the standard of heavy metal content.

(1) preparing a transfer coating layer: selecting a biaxially oriented polyester film as a base material, mixing the water-collecting transfer resin, the flame retardant, ethanol and deionized water according to a weight part ratio, coating the mixture on the biaxially oriented polyester film by using a coating machine, and drying the mixture by using an oven to obtain a transfer coating layer;

(2) preparing a vacuum aluminum plating layer: placing the transfer coating layer (1) dried in the step (1) in a vacuum chamber of a continuous aluminum plating machine, and melting and continuously evaporating an aluminum wire onto the transfer coating layer by heating through a resistance wire under the condition that the vacuum degree is less than or equal to 5.0 multiplied by 10 < -1 > Pa to form a vacuum aluminum plating layer;

(3) preparing a composite glue layer: uniformly mixing the modified water-based vinyl acetate emulsion, polyvinyl alcohol, deionized water and an emulsifier according to a weight part ratio to obtain composite glue, and then compounding the vacuum aluminum-plated layer and the raw paper layer by the composite glue and then putting the composite glue into an oven for drying;

In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous implementation details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the invention. It should be understood, however, that these implementation details are not to be interpreted as limiting the invention.
