Opening and closing device for an article, in particular a leather article, having a magazine (2) provided with means having a locking configuration and an unlocking configuration, and an assembly button (3) configured to cooperate with said magazine, in the locked configuration, the article can be closed, in the unlocked configuration, the article can be opened, characterized in that the mechanism has a lock housing (4), at least one locking member (60; 82), and a catch (45), the lock housing is rotatably movably mounted relative to the strike (2) between a first stable position and a second position, said at least one locking member being movably mounted in said strike (2) and configured for being driven by said lock housing (4), the locking piece is movably mounted in the buckle box (2) in a translation manner and is configured to be matched with the lock shell (4); the mechanism is configured such that:

Opening and closing device according to claim 1, wherein the lock housing (4) has a plurality of windows (19), and the mechanism has a lock housing plate (7) which is provided with a plurality of tubular elements (34), which extend from an inner end face (33) of the lock housing plate (7) and are received in the windows (19) of the lock housing (4), and wherein the tubular elements (34) move in the windows (19) when the lock housing (4) is rotated and brought from a first stable position into a second position and from the second position into the first stable position.

3. Opening and closing device according to claim 2, characterised in that the mechanism has a first return mechanism (64) configured for returning the lock housing (4) to its first stable position, the first return mechanism being formed for example by a tension spring.

Opening and closing device according to claim 3, wherein the lock housing (4) has a complementary window (20), a first connecting rod (24) and an at least partly circular inner wall (21), the lock housing plate (7) being provided with a second connecting rod (36) protruding from the inner end face (33) of the lock housing plate (7) and being received in the complementary window (20) of the lock housing (4), the first return mechanism (64) being arranged at least partly along the inner wall (21) of the lock housing (4) and being mechanically fixed to the first connecting rod (24) by a first end and to the second connecting rod (36) by a second end opposite to the first end.

Opening and closing device according to claim 3, wherein the lock housing (4) has a first connecting rod (24), the mechanism has a crown ring (81) received in the lock housing, the crown ring being provided with an at least partially circular wall and with a mounting lug (85), from which a second connecting rod (84) protrudes, the tubular element (34) of the lock housing plate (7) being received in the mounting lug (85), the first return mechanism (64) being arranged at least partially along the at least partially circular wall of the crown ring (81) and being mechanically fixed to the first connecting rod (24) by a first end and to the second connecting rod (84) by a second end opposite to the first end.

Opening and closing device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the lock housing (4) has a plurality of drive pins (27) extending from an outer end face (28) of the lock housing (4) in the direction of the inner end face (33) of the lock housing plate (7), that the mechanism has a plurality of pieces (60) forming the locking member, that the pieces (60) are pivotally mounted on the tubular piece (34) of the lock housing plate (7) and are provided with grooves (62) in which the drive pins (27) of the lock housing (4) are movably inserted, that the assembly button (3) has a finger rod (11) which is provided with a circular groove (14) and that the pieces (60) are at least partially received in the circular groove (14) of the finger rod (11) when the lock housing (4) is in its first stable position, whereby the assembly button (3) is locked in the lock housing (4), while when the lock housing (4) is in its second position, the piece (60) is pivoted relative to the lock housing plate (7) under the action of the drive pin (27) of the lock housing (4) in the groove (62) of the piece (60), whereby the piece (60) is kept at a distance from the circular groove (14) of the finger lever (11) and the assembly button (3) can be released.

Opening and closing device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the lock housing (4) has a central through opening (18) and a tooth (82) projecting in the central through opening (18), which tooth forms the locking member, that the assembly button (3) has a finger (11) which is provided with a circular groove (14) and a flat portion (80) which is formed at the free end (15) of the finger (11) and in which the tooth (82) of the lock housing (4) is at least partially received in the circular groove (14) of the finger (11) when the lock housing (4) is in its first stable position, the flat portion (80) of the finger (11) being arranged substantially perpendicular to the tooth (82), which tooth thus locks the assembly button (3) in the lock housing (4), and when the lock housing (4) is in its second position, the flat portion (80) is substantially aligned with the teeth (82) and the assembly button (3) can be released.

8. Opening and closing device according to one of claims 6 and 7, characterized in that the assembly knob (3) has a side plate (12) which is mechanically fixed to the finger (11) at the end opposite the circular groove (14).

9. Opening and closing device according to claim 8, characterised in that a space (13) is left between the side plate (12) and the finger (11) for inserting a first part of the article, in particular a leather article, in such a way that the assembly knob (3) is fixed on the article.

10. Opening and closing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the mechanism further has a cover (5), the lock housing (4) being rotatably movable relative to the cover, the catch (45) being mounted on the cover (5) and being blocked in rotation relative to the cover, the catch (45) being provided with at least one stop mechanism (47), the lock housing (4) being provided with at least one complementary stop mechanism (25) configured to cooperate with the at least one stop (47) mechanism of the catch (45) to fix the lock housing (4) and the at least one locking member (60; 82) when the lock housing (4) is in its second position.

11. Opening and closing device according to claim 10, wherein the lid (5) is provided with a plurality of tubular elements (31) extending from an inner end face (30) of the lid (5), the catch (45) having the general shape of a plate, in which a recess (46) is arranged, which receives the tubular element (31) of the lid (5) to prevent rotation of the tubular element of the lid (5) relative to the lid (5).

12. Opening and closing device according to one of claims 10 and 11, characterised in that the catch (45) is provided with at least one recess (47) which forms the at least one stop means, and that the lock housing (4) is provided with at least one stop piece (25) which projects from an inner end face (17) of the lock housing (4) and forms the at least one complementary stop means.

13. Opening and closing device according to claim 12, wherein the mechanism is configured such that, when the lock housing (4) is in its second position, the at least one stop (25) of the lock housing (4) bears against an edge of the at least one recess (47) of the catch (45) or is inserted into the at least one recess (47) of the catch (45).

14. Opening and closing device according to one of claims 12 and 13, characterized in that the catch (45) is further provided with at least one shoulder (48) which forms at least one progressive recess (47).

15. Opening and closing device according to any one of claims 10 to 14, characterised in that the mechanism also has a second return mechanism (65) configured for bringing the catch (45) against the lock housing (4) in the absence of external action, the second return mechanism being formed for example by a compression spring.

16. The opening and closing device, according to claim 15, characterised in that the lid (5) is equipped with a seat (32) arranged on its inner face (30) and partially housing the second return means (65).

Opening and closing device according to claim 15, characterised in that the mechanism has a bearing pin (88) with a base arranged against the inner end face (30) of the cover (5) and a rod on which the second return mechanism (65) is mounted, the mechanism also having a bushing (89) with an inner space into which the second return mechanism (65) mounted on the bearing pin (88) is inserted and which is provided with an outer flange (90), the blocking member (45) being provided with a hole (87) and being mounted slidingly on the bushing (89), the outer flange (90) of the bushing (89) bearing against an end face (49) of the blocking member (45) opposite the inner end face (30) of the cover (5).

18. Opening and closing device according to any one of claims 1-17, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that the lock housing (4) is rotatably movably mounted between a lock housing plate (7) and a cover (5), which are mechanically fixed to each other, for example by means of a set screw (67).

19. Opening and closing device according to any one of claims 1 to 18, characterised in that the mechanism has a lock housing plate (7) relative to which the lock housing (4) is rotatably movable, the lock housing plate (7) being provided with an at least partly circular lower wall (39), the clasp (2) also having a base plate (8) which is mechanically fixed to the lock housing plate (7) and which is arranged against the lower wall (39) such that a space (10) is arranged between the lock housing plate (7) and the base plate (8) for inserting a second part of the product, in particular a leather product, in this space for fixing the clasp (2) on the product.

20. Article, in particular leather, characterized in that it has an opening and closing device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 19, a first part of an assembly button (3) on which said opening and closing device (1) is fixed, and a second part of a magazine (2) on which said opening and closing device (1) is fixed, said opening and closing device (1) being configured for receiving and fixing said assembly button (3) in said magazine (2) in a locked configuration of a mechanism of said opening and closing device (1) and for releasing said assembly button (3) from said magazine (2) in an unlocked configuration of said mechanism.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to opening and closing devices for articles, in particular leather articles, generally known as locking devices.

The invention also relates to an article, in particular a leather article, provided with such an opening and closing device

Background

It is known to provide opening and closing devices for articles, in particular leather articles, with a key element and a lock cylinder, which can be locked and unlocked by inserting the key element in the lock cylinder and driving it in rotation, so as to open and close the article. This involves what is often referred to as a lock.

It is also known that opening and closing devices for articles, in particular leather articles, are preferably provided with a box having a mobile lock housing rotating between a first stable position and a second position. An assembly button, also known as a latch pin (tibi), is intended to be inserted into the cassette and to be withdrawn from the cassette when the lock housing is in its second position. This involves a device often referred to as a clasp. When the lock case is in the first stable position, the locking pin is inserted in the box, so that the clasp is closed; when the lock case is in the first stable position and the lock pin is withdrawn from the case, the latch is opened and the lock pin cannot be inserted into the case.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an opening and closing device for articles, in particular leather articles, which is of a fastener type, has no key piece or lock cylinder and is particularly simple and convenient to manufacture and use.

Thus, firstly, the present invention relates to an opening and closing device for an article, in particular a leather article, having a buckle box provided with a mechanism having a locking configuration in which said article can be closed and an unlocking configuration in which said article can be opened, and an assembly button configured to cooperate with said buckle box, characterized in that said mechanism has a lock housing movably mounted in rotation with respect to said buckle box between a first stable position and a second position, at least one locking member movably mounted in said buckle box and configured for being driven by said lock housing, and a catch movably mounted in translation in said buckle box and configured for cooperating with said lock housing; the mechanism is configured such that:

the at least one locking member causes the assembly button to be blocked at least in translation when the lock housing is in its first stable position and the assembly button is inserted in the button box;

when the lock housing is in rotation and from its first stable position into its second position, the at least one locking member is moved until the assembly button is released and the latch is driven in translation in the magazine until the assembly button is pushed out of the magazine;

said latch securing said housing and said at least one locking member when said housing is in its second position; when the assembly button is reinserted in the magazine, the assembly button pushes the catch so as to release the lock housing and the at least one locking member, the lock housing is rotated and brought from its second position into its first stable position, and the at least one locking member is moved until the assembly button is blocked at least in translation.

The opening and closing device of the invention is particularly convenient, the product can be opened simply by rotating the lock case, the assembly knob is automatically released from the catch box under the action of the catch, and the mechanism is therefore in the unlocked configuration.

In addition, the opening and closing device according to the invention is particularly convenient in that the product can be closed simply by inserting the assembly button in the magazine without the need to manipulate the lock housing.

In fact, when the lock casing is driven in rotation from the first stable position to the second position, the translation of the catch keeps the lock casing in the second position in which the assembly button is easy to extract and/or insert. In addition, because the lock housing drives the lock member to its position releasing the assembly button, the assembly button remains in this position and the assembly button is easily withdrawn and/or inserted.

The preferred features of the opening and closing device of the present invention that are particularly simple, convenient and economical are described below.

The lock housing has a plurality of windows and the mechanism has a lock housing plate provided with a plurality of tubular members extending from an inner end face of the lock housing plate and received in the windows of the lock housing, the tubular members moving in the windows when the lock housing is rotated from a first stable position into a second position and from the second position into the first stable position.

The mechanism has a first return mechanism configured to restore the lock housing to its first stable position, said first return mechanism being formed, for example, by a tension spring.

The lock housing has a complementary window, a first connecting rod and an at least partially circular inner wall, the lock housing plate being provided with a second connecting rod protruding from the inner end face of the lock housing plate and being received in the complementary window of the lock housing, the first return mechanism being arranged at least partially along the inner wall of the lock housing and being mechanically fixed to the first connecting rod by a first end and to the second connecting rod by a second end opposite to the first end.

The lock housing has a first connecting rod, the mechanism has a crown ring received in the lock housing, the crown ring being provided with an at least partially circular wall and with mounting lugs from which a second connecting rod protrudes, the tubular element of the lock housing plate being received in the mounting lugs, the first return mechanism being arranged at least partially along the at least partially circular wall of the crown ring and being mechanically fixed to the first connecting rod by a first end and to the second connecting rod by a second end opposite to the first end.

Said lock housing having a plurality of drive pins extending from an outer end face of said lock housing towards said inner end face of said lock housing plate, said mechanism having a plurality of tabs forming said lock member, said tabs being pivotally mounted on said tubular member of said lock housing plate and being provided with grooves in which said drive pins of said lock housing are movably inserted, said assembly button having a finger provided with a circular groove and being at least partially received in said circular groove of said finger when said lock housing is in its first stable position, thereby locking said assembly button in said lock housing, and when said lock housing is in its second position, said tabs are pivoted relative to said lock housing plate by said drive pins of said lock housing in said grooves of said tabs, whereby said tabs are held at a distance from said circular groove of said finger, and the assembly button can be released.

The lock housing has a central through opening and a tooth projecting in the central through opening, the tooth forming the locking member, the assembly button having a finger provided with a circular groove and a flat portion, the flat portion being formed at the free end of the finger, and the tooth of the lock housing being at least partially received in the circular groove of the finger when the lock housing is in its first stable position, the flat portion of the finger being arranged substantially perpendicular to the tooth, the tooth thereby locking the assembly button in the lock housing, and the flat portion being substantially aligned with the tooth when the lock housing is in its second position, the assembly button being releasable.

The assembly button has a side plate mechanically secured to the finger at an end opposite the circular slot.

A space is left between the side plate and the finger for inserting a first part of the article, particularly a leather article, in the space to fix the assembly button on the article.

The mechanism further has a cover, the lock housing being rotatably movable relative to the cover, the catch being mounted on the cover and being prevented from rotating relative to the cover, the catch being provided with at least one stop mechanism, the lock housing being provided with at least one complementary stop mechanism configured to cooperate with the at least one stop mechanism of the catch to fix the lock housing and the at least one locking member when the lock housing is in its second position.

The lid is provided with a plurality of tubular elements extending from an inner end face of the lid, the snap-lock element having the general shape of a plate, a recess being arranged in the snap-lock element, the recess receiving the tubular element of the lid to prevent rotation of the tubular element of the lid relative to the lid.

The catch is provided with at least one recess which forms the at least one stop means, and the lock housing is provided with at least one stop which projects from an inner face of the lock housing and forms the at least one complementary stop means.

The mechanism is configured such that, when the lock housing is in its second position, the at least one stop of the lock housing bears against an edge of the at least one recess of the catch or is inserted into the at least one recess of the catch.

The locking element is also provided with at least one shoulder which forms at least one progressive recess.

The mechanism also has a second return mechanism configured to bring the catch against the lock housing in the absence of an external action, the second return mechanism being formed, for example, by a compression spring.

The cover is provided with a base, which is arranged on its inner end face and partially accommodates the second restoring mechanism.

The mechanism has a bearing pin and a rod, the base that the bearing pin has is arranged to abut against the inner end face of the cover, the second resetting mechanism is installed on the rod, the mechanism also has a shaft sleeve, the shaft sleeve is provided with an inner space in which the second resetting mechanism is inserted and installed on the bearing pin, the shaft sleeve is provided with an outer flange, the locking piece is provided with a hole and is installed on the shaft sleeve in a sliding manner, and the outer flange of the shaft sleeve abuts against the end face of the locking piece opposite to the inner end face of the cover.

The lock housing is rotatably movably mounted between a lock housing plate and a cover which are mechanically fixed to each other, for example by means of fixing screws.

The mechanism has a lock housing which is rotatably movable relative to the lock housing, the lock housing being provided with an at least partially circular lower wall, and a base plate which is mechanically fixed to the lock housing and is arranged against the lower wall such that a space is arranged between the lock housing and the base plate for inserting a second part of the product, in particular leather, therein for fixing the buckle to the product.

Secondly, the invention also relates to an article, in particular a leather article, characterized in that it has the aforementioned opening and closing device, a first part of an assembly button on which said opening and closing device is fixed, and a second part of a magazine on which said opening and closing device is fixed, said opening and closing device being configured for receiving and fixing said assembly button in said magazine in a locking configuration of a mechanism of said opening and closing device, and for releasing said assembly button from said magazine in an unlocking configuration of said mechanism.

Detailed Description

Fig. 1 and 2 show an opening and closing device 1 for a leather article (not shown), also called a fastener.

The leather article may for example have a first part or body to which a second part or folded-over part of the article may be secured by a first end (not shown).

The opening and closing device 1, hereinafter called a buckle, has a buckle box 2 and an assembly knob 3 configured to cooperate with the buckle box 2.

For example, the assembly button 3 may be secured to a first portion or body of the article, while the magazine 2 may be secured to a second portion or folded-over portion of the article.

The clasp 2 is provided with a mechanism that can assume a locked configuration, in which the article can be closed, and an unlocked configuration, in which the article can be opened.

The unlocked configuration of the mechanism of the magazine 2 is shown in fig. 1, in which the assembly knob 3 is kept at a distance from the magazine 2, while the locked configuration of the mechanism of the magazine 2 is shown in fig. 2, in which the assembly knob 3 is not visible because it is partially inserted in the magazine 2.

In particular, the mechanism of the strike 2 has a lock housing 4 mounted rotatably mobile with respect to the strike 2 between a first stable position, in which the mechanism is in a locked configuration (figure 2), and a second position (figure 1), in which the mechanism is in an unlocked configuration.

The lock housing 4 is mounted to be movable between a mechanism cover 5 and a mechanism lock housing plate 7, the mechanism cover 5 being located on a first side 6 of the strike 2 and the mechanism lock housing plate 7 being on a second side 9 of the strike 2 opposite the first side 6.

The lock housing 4 is interposed between the cover 5 and the lock housing plate 7 and is rotatably movable relative to the cover 5 and the lock housing plate 7 between a first stable position and a second position.

The strike 2 may be provided with a shoe 8, the shoe 8 being located on the second side 9 and being mechanically secured to the lock housing 7, while a space 10 remains between the lock housing 7 and the shoe 8 for insertion of, for example, a second part or folded-over part of an article to which the strike 2 is to be secured.

The assembly button 3 has a finger 11 and a side plate 12 mechanically fixed to the finger 11, while leaving a space 13 between the side plate 12 and the finger 11 for inserting a first part or body of an article, for example, in the space to fix the assembly button 3 to the article.

The assembly knob 3 is provided with a circular groove 14, the circular groove 14 being arranged near a free end 15 of the finger 11, opposite the side plate 12. In other words, the side plate 12 is mechanically fixed to the finger 11 at an end opposite to the circular groove 14.

The opening and closing device 1 is here configured such that the assembly button 3 is inserted into the magazine 2 and extracted from the magazine from a second side 9 of the magazine 2, i.e. from the side of the lock housing plate 7 and the base plate 8 opposite the cover 5.

Now, the magazine 2 and the assembly button 3 are described in detail with reference to fig. 2 to 9.

The lock housing 4 of the strike 2 is substantially in the shape of a rim and has a cylindrical outer wall 16 and a main wall 17 extending into the cylindrical outer wall 16.

The lock housing 4 has a central through opening 18, the central through opening 18 being arranged in the main wall 17.

The lock housing 4 has a plurality of windows 19 arranged in the main wall 17 around the central through opening 18.

The central opening 18 of the lock housing allows the passage of the finger 11 of the assembly knob 3.

The lock housing 4 has a complementary window 20, the complementary window 20 being arranged in the main wall 17 and being located substantially between the window 19 and the cylindrical outer wall 16.

The lock housing 4 has an at least partially circular inner wall 21, which inner wall 21 extends from an inner end face 22 of the main wall 17.

The inner wall 21 extends here substantially concentrically and at a distance from the cylindrical outer wall 16 around the window 19.

Thus, the complementary window 20 is located between the inner wall 21 and the cylindrical outer wall 16.

A hole 23 is arranged in the inner wall 21 and the lock housing 4 has a first connecting rod 24 opposite the hole 23.

A first connecting rod 24 extends from the inner end face 22 of the main wall 17 to the vicinity of the cylindrical outer wall 16.

The first connecting rod 24 may also be located adjacent the complementary window 20.

Here, the lock housing 4 has a plurality of complementary locking members 25, here formed in the main wall 17.

In the embodiment described, the complementary stop mechanism of the lock housing 4 is formed by a stop 25, which stop 25 projects from the inner end face 22 of the main wall 17.

Each stop 25 may be located between two successive windows 19 and is connected to the partially circular inner wall 21.

The lock housing 4 also has a first shoulder 26, which is arranged in the cylindrical outer wall 16 on the side of the inner end face of the main wall 17 and on the first side 6 of the catch box 2, for forming a base for the cover 5.

The lock housing also has one or more drive pins 27, the drive pins 27 extending from an outer end face 28 of the main wall 17.

In the embodiment described, each drive pin 27 can be located between two consecutive windows 19 and therefore substantially opposite the limit block 2, i.e. on the other side of the main wall 17.

The lock housing 4 further has a second shoulder 29, which second shoulder 29 is arranged on the cylindrical outer wall 16 on the side of the inner end face of the main wall 17 and on the second side 9 of the catch box 2 for forming a base for the lock housing plate 7.

The cover 5 of the magazine 2 has an inner end face 30 from which a plurality of first tubular members 31 project, a seat 32 being arranged in the inner end face 30.

The first tubular element 31 of the cover 5 has here a threaded hole and is distributed evenly around the base 32.

The lock housing plate 7 of the strike 2 has an inner end face 33 from which projects a plurality of second tubular members 34, the second tubular members 34 being configured for receipt in the window 19 of the lock housing 4.

The lock housing plate 7 has a central through opening 35, and the second tubular elements 34 may be distributed evenly around the central through opening 35.

The central opening 35 of the lock housing 7 allows the passage of the finger 11 of the assembly button 3.

The second tubular part 34 of the lock housing plate 7 here has a screw hole which opens into an outer end face 37 of the lock housing plate 7 opposite the inner end face 33 at the first hole 40.

The lock housing plate 7 has a second connecting rod 36, which second connecting rod 36 protrudes from the inner end face 33 of the lock housing plate and is here located, for example, near the periphery of the lock housing plate 7.

The second connecting rod 36 is configured for receipt in a complementary window 20 in the lock housing 4.

The lock housing plate 7 also has an at least partially circular lower wall 39, which lower wall 39 projects from the outer end face 37 of the lock housing plate 7. Here, the lower wall 39 extends, for example, around the central through opening 35.

The lock housing plate 7 also has a third tubular element 38, which third tubular element 38 projects from the outer end face 37, for example, may be distributed evenly around the lower wall 39.

The third tubular part 38 of the lock housing plate 7 has a threaded bore therein which opens into the inner end face 33.

It should be noted that the first holes 40 are here distributed, for example, evenly around the lower wall 39 between the third tubular elements 38.

The base plate 8 is configured for mechanical fixation with the lock housing plate 7 and has an inner end face 41 arranged against the lower wall 39 such that a space 10 is left between the lock housing plate 7 and the base plate 8.

The central through opening 42 of the base plate 8 opens to both sides of the inner end surface 41 and an outer end surface 43 opposite the inner end surface 41 of the base plate 8.

The central opening 42 of the base plate 8 allows the passage of the finger 11 of the assembly button 3.

The base plate 8 has second through holes 44 that open to both sides of the inner end surface 41 and the outer end surface 43 of the base plate 8.

The second holes 44 of the base plate 8 are here distributed, for example, evenly around the central through opening 42 of the base plate 8.

The mechanism is provided with a catch 45, which catch 45 is translatably movably mounted in the catch box 2 and is configured for cooperation with the lock housing 4.

The latch 45 has the general shape of a plate, with a notch 46 arranged on the latch 45, the notch 46 being configured to receive the first tubular member 31 of the lid to prevent rotation of the latch 45 relative to the lid 5.

The recess 46 here has, for example, a substantially circular bottom to receive a corresponding portion of the corresponding first tubular member 31.

Thus, the latch 45 is mounted on the lid 5 and prevented from rotating relative to the lid 5.

The locking element 45 is provided with one or more stop means, which here are formed by recesses 47 and are configured to cooperate with the limit stops 25 of the lock housing 4 when the lock housing 4 is in its second position.

The catch 45 is also provided with a shoulder 48, which shoulder 48 is arranged on the plate forming the catch 45 to form a gradual recess 47.

In particular, the mechanism of the strike 2 is configured here for the abutment of the stop 25 of the lock housing 4 against the edge of the corresponding recess 47 of the catch 45.

This allows the lock housing 4 to be gradually arrested in its first stable position.

The mechanism of the strike 2 is also provided with one or more locking mechanisms 60, the locking mechanisms 60 being movably mounted in the strike 2 and configured for being driven by the lock housing 4.

These locking means are formed by pieces 60, which pieces 60 have substantially the shape of hooks, each piece being provided with a third hole 61, so that each piece 60 is pivotally mounted on the second tubular member 34 of the lock housing plate 7.

The pieces 60 are each provided with a groove 62, the grooves 62 having an elongated shape configured for movably receiving a respective drive pin 27 of the lock housing 4.

The edges of each of the pieces 60 also have a bent portion 63 which is intended to be received at least partially in the slot 14 of the finger 11 of the assembly knob 3 when the lock housing 4 is in its first stable position.

The mechanism of the magazine 2 is also provided with a first return mechanism 64, here formed for example by a tension spring, and a second return mechanism 65, here formed for example by a compression spring.

The first return mechanism 64 has a substantially semi-circular shape and is provided with connection points 66 at a first end and a second end opposite the first return mechanism 64.

The first return mechanism 64 is received in the lock housing 4 between the cylindrical outer wall 16 and the semi-circular inner wall 21, while being mechanically fixed to the first connecting rod 24 of the lock housing 4 by one of the connection points of the first return mechanism 64 and to the second connecting rod 36 of the lock housing plate 7 by the other of the connection points of the first return mechanism 64.

The second reset mechanism 65 is configured to hold the latch 45 against the lock housing 4 when no external influence is applied.

In particular, the second return mechanism 65 is partially received in the seat 32 arranged on the lid 5 and bears against the outer end face 49 of the catch 45.

The mechanism of the strike 2 also has a first fixing screw 67, which first fixing screw 67 passes through the first hole 40, the second tubular element 34 of the lock casing plate 7 and the lug 85 of the crown ring 81, and is inserted in the first tubular element 31 of the cover 5 opposite to the second tubular element of the lugs 85 of the lock casing plate 7 and the crown ring 81, so that the lock casing plate 7 is mechanically fixed to the cover 5.

The lock housing 4 is thus interposed between the lock housing plate 7 and the cover 5, while being rotatably movable between the lock housing plate 7 and the cover 5.

The mechanism of the strike 2 has a second fixing screw 68, the second fixing screw 68 passing through the second hole 44 of the base plate 8 and being inserted in the third tubular member 38 of the lock housing plate 7, mechanically fixing the base plate 8 to the lock housing plate 7.

The third fixing screw 69 also serves to mechanically fix the side plate 12 of the assembly button 3 to the finger lever 11 thereof.

Now, the operation of the opening and closing device 1 and the cooperation of its components will be described with reference to fig. 10, 10A, 10B to 13, 13A, 13B.

Figures 10, 10A and 10B show the hoist 1 with the mechanism in a locked configuration.

In this locked configuration of the mechanism, the lock housing 4 is in its first stable position, the assembly button 3 is inserted in the magazine 2, and the piece 60 at least prevents the translation of the finger 11 of the assembly button 3.

In particular, the first return mechanism 64 is not activated, the connection points 66 of which are mechanically fixed to the first connection rod 24 of the lock casing 4 and to the second connection rod 36 of the lock casing 7, respectively, which second connection rod 36 is inserted in the complementary window 20 of the lock casing 4.

In the first stable position of the lock housing 4, the second connecting rod 36 is here located at the first end of the complementary window 20.

The second reset mechanism 65 is compressed between the cover 5 and the outer end face 49 of the latch 45, the latch 45 being supported on the stop 25 of the lock housing 4 by the inner end face 50 opposite the outer end face 49.

The latching means 45 are also prevented in terms of rotation by the first tubular element 31 of the cover 5, the first tubular element 31 being located in the recess of the latching means 45.

The piece 60 is pivotally mounted on the lock housing plate 7 by means of the second tubular member 34 of the lock housing plate 7 inserted in the third hole 61 of the piece 60.

The drive pin 27 of the lock housing 4 is received in the groove 62 of the sheet 60 at a first end of the groove 62 such that the sheets 60 are in a most compressed manner with respect to each other.

Thus, the piece 60 is at least partially received in the slot 14 of the finger 11, and the portion 63 of the profile of the piece 60 thus locks the assembly button 3 in the lock housing 4.

Figures 11, 11A and 11B show the hoist 1 when the mechanism is brought from the locked configuration to the unlocked configuration.

The lock housing 4 is driven to rotate from the first stable position to the second position.

The first restoring mechanism 64 is placed in tension by the movement of the first connecting rod 24 of the lock housing 4 relative to the second connecting rod 36, which remains fixed.

The complementary window 20 of the lock housing 4 is also moved so that the second connecting rod 36 is located substantially centrally in the complementary window 20.

The stop 25 of the lock housing 4 also moves relative to the catch 45.

These stop blocks 25 slide against the inner end surface 50 of the latch member 45 until they abut against the notches 47 formed in the latch member 45.

Thus, the catch 45 is driven in translation in the catch box 2 by the action of the released second return mechanism 65.

In addition, the movement of the lock case 4 causes the movement of the driving pin 27, the driving pin 27 itself moving in the groove 62 of the piece 60, thereby causing the pieces 60 to be separated from each other by pivoting.

The driving pin 27 of the lock case 4 is located substantially in the center of the groove 62 of the piece 60, the piece 60 is disengaged from the slot 14 of the finger 11, and the portion 63 of the profile of the piece 60 unlocks the assembly knob 3.

The second reset mechanism 65 acts on the latch 45 so that the latch 45 pushes the finger lever 11 of the assembly button 3 out of the buckle case 2.

Figures 12, 12A and 12B show the opening and closing device 1 when the mechanism is in the unlocked configuration and the lock housing 4 has been rotated to its maximum extent.

In this unlocked configuration of the mechanism, the lock housing 4 can always be rotated out of its first stable position even after the assembly knob 3 has been returned to its position.

The first restoring mechanism 64 is still in the tensioned state by a movement of the first connecting rod 24 of the lock housing 4 relative to the second connecting rod 36 which remains fixed.

The complementary window of the lock housing 4 is also moved so that the second connecting rod 36 is located substantially at the end opposite the complementary window.

The stop 25 of the lock housing 4 also moves relative to the catch 45.

These stop blocks 25 move along the notches 47 of the latches 45 and approach the notches 46.

In addition, the movement of the lock housing 4 also causes the drive pin 27 to move, the drive pin 27 moving in the groove 62 of the piece 60 until it reaches the end opposite it, thereby pivoting the pieces 60 apart from one another.

Figures 13, 13A and 13B show the hoist 1 with the mechanism from the locked configuration into the unlocked configuration.

The lock housing 4 is partially reset by the first reset mechanism 64 to the first stable position.

The first connecting rod 24 of the lock housing 4 moves relative to the second connecting rod 36, which remains fixed, and the complementary window 20 of the lock housing 4 also moves such that the second connecting rod 36 is located substantially between the opposite end and the centre of the complementary window 20.

The stop 25 of the lock housing 4 is also moved relative to the catch 45 until it rests on the edge of the recess 47 of the catch 45.

In addition, the return of the lock case 4 causes the movement of its driving pin 27, which pin 27 moves in the groove 62 of the piece 60 until it is located between the opposite end and its centre. The pieces 60 pivot slightly closer to each other.

It is therefore the engagement of the stop 25 of the lock housing with the edge of the recess of the catch 45 which secures the lock housing 4 and prevents it from returning to the first stable position and also secures the plate member 60 against excessive tightening.

Then, the finger 11 of the assembly button 3 is inserted into the magazine 2 again.

The free end 15 of the finger 11 bears against the inner end face 50 of the catch 45 and pushes the catch 45 under the action of the compressed second return mechanism 65.

Thus, the latch 45 is driven to rotate toward the cover 5. The catch 45 is thus separated from the lock housing 4 until the engagement between the stop 25 of the lock housing 4 and the edge of the recess 47 of the catch 45 is interrupted.

By means of the shoulder 48 arranged at the recess 47, this interruption can take place in two stages.

This ensures that the finger 11 of the assembly button 3 is sufficiently inserted into the magazine 2.

Thus, the latch 45 releases the lock housing 4, which is reset to the first stable position by the first reset mechanism 64, thereby moving the pieces 60 closer together until they enter the slots 14 of the finger 11, thus locking the assembly button 3 in the magazine 2. Thus, in the manner shown in fig. 10, 10A and 10B.

The opening and closing device 1 is particularly advantageous in that the product can be opened by simply rotating the lock housing 4, the assembly knob 3 being automatically released from the catch box 2 by the catch 45, so that the mechanism is in the unlocked configuration.

In addition, the opening and closing device 1 is particularly convenient in that the product can be closed simply by inserting the assembly knob 3 in the magazine 2 without manipulating the lock housing 4.

In fact, when the lock case 4 is driven in rotation from the first stable position to the second position, the translation of the catch 45 allows the lock case 4 to be kept in the second position, in which the assembly knob 3 is easy to extract and/or insert. In addition, since the lock case 4 drives the piece 60 in a position to release the assembly button 3, the assembly button 3 is held in this position and is easily withdrawn and/or inserted.

Fig. 14 to 20B show another embodiment of the opening and closing device. Like components are numbered with the same reference numerals.

The opening and closing device shown in fig. 14 to 20B differs from the opening and closing device shown in fig. 1 to 13B essentially in the construction in that the finger of the assembly knob has a different shape, in that the finger is locked directly by the lock housing, in that the second connecting rod comes from a part embedded in the lock housing, and in that the second return mechanism is mounted on a pin inserted in the bushing between the catch and the cover.

In particular, fig. 14 and 15 show, similarly to fig. 1 and 2, an opening and closing device 1 having a magazine 2 provided with means that can be brought into a locking configuration, in which the product can be closed, and into an unlocking configuration, in which the product can be opened, an assembly button 3 being configured for cooperation with the magazine 2.

The mechanism of the strike 2 has a lock housing 4 which is rotatably mounted relative to the strike 2 between a first stable position (figure 14) in which the mechanism is in a locked configuration (figure 15) and a second position (figure 14) in which the mechanism is in an unlocked configuration. The lock housing 4 is movably mounted between a cover 5 of the mechanism, said cover 5 being located on a first side 6 of the strike 2, and a lock housing plate 7 of the mechanism, said lock housing plate 7 being located on a second side 9 of the strike 2 opposite the first side 6, and being arranged between the cover 5 and the lock housing plate 7 for relative rotation therewith between a first stable position and a second position. The strike 2 may be provided with a base plate 8 located on the second side 9 and mechanically secured to the lock housing plate 7, while a space 10 remains between the base plate 8 and the lock housing plate 7.

The assembly button 3 has a finger 11 and a side plate 12 mechanically fixed to the finger 11 while leaving a space 13 between the side plate 12 and the finger 11. The assembly knob 3 is provided with a circular groove 14, the circular groove 14 being arranged near a free end 15 of the finger 11, opposite the side plate 12. In other words, the side plate 12 is mechanically fixed to the finger 11 at an end opposite to the circular groove 14. The assembly button 3 also has a flat portion 80 and a hole 91, the flat portion 80 being arranged at the free end 15 beyond the slot 14, the hole 91 opening out at the free end 15. Thus, the slot 14 is located between the side plate 12 and the flat portion 80.

Now, the magazine 2 and the assembly button 3 are described in detail with reference to fig. 16 and 17.

The lock housing 4 has a cylindrical outer wall 16 and a main wall 17, the main wall 17 extending within the cylindrical outer wall 16. The lock housing 4 has a central through opening 18, the central through opening 18 being arranged in the main wall 17. The lock housing 4 has a plurality of window openings 19, which window openings 19 are arranged in the main wall 17 around the central through opening 18. The central opening 18 of the lock housing allows the passage of the finger 11 of the assembly knob 3. The lock housing 4 has a first connecting rod 24, which first connecting rod 24 extends from the inner end surface 22 of the main wall 17 to the vicinity of the cylindrical outer wall 16. Here, the lock housing 4 has a plurality of complementary stop mechanisms 25, wherein the complementary stop mechanisms 25 are formed in the main wall 17. In the embodiment described, the complementary stop mechanism of the lock housing 4 is formed by a stop block 25, which stop block 25 projects from the inner end face 22 of the main wall 17. Each stop 25 may be located between two successive windows 19 and connected to the partially circular inner wall 21. The lock housing 4 also has teeth 82, the teeth 82 projecting through the central through opening 18. Here, these teeth 82 are arranged opposite to each other.

The mechanism has a crown ring 81 received in the lock housing 4, the crown ring 81 being formed mainly by an at least partly circular wall provided with a hole 83 at the location of the arrangement of the second connecting rod 84 and the mounting lug 85. The crown ring 81 is arranged on the inner end face 22 of the main wall 17 of the lock housing 4 around the window opening 19 of the lock housing 4, here extending substantially concentrically with the cylindrical outer wall 16, at a distance therefrom.

The lid 5 has an inner end face 30 from which a plurality of first tubular elements 31 project, connected by side walls 86 forming a rim. The first tubular element 31 of the lid 5 has here threaded holes, which may be distributed symmetrically along the side wall 86.

The lock housing plate 7 of the strike 2 has an inner end face 33 from which projects a plurality of second tubular members 34, the second tubular members 34 being configured for receipt in the window 19 of the lock housing 4. The lock housing plate 7 has a central through opening 35 and the second tubular member 34 may be evenly distributed around the central through opening 35. The central opening 35 of the lock housing 7 allows the passage of the finger 11 of the assembly button 3. The second tubular part 34 of the lock housing plate 7 here has a screw hole which opens into an outer end face 37 of the lock housing plate 7 opposite the inner end face 33 at the first hole 40. The lock housing plate 7 also has an at least partially circular lower wall 39, the lower wall 39 projecting from the outer end face 37 of the lock housing plate 7. Here, the lower wall 39 extends, for example, around the central through opening 35. The locker plate 7 also has a third tubular member 38, the third tubular member 38 projecting from the outer end surface 37, for example being evenly distributed around the lower wall 39. The third tubular element 38 of the lock housing plate 7 has a threaded bore therein which opens into the inner end face 33. It should be noted that the first holes 40 are here distributed, for example, evenly around the lower wall 39 between the third tubular elements 38.

The base plate 8 is configured for mechanical fixation with the lock housing plate 7 and has an inner end face 41 arranged against the lower wall 39 such that a space 10 is left between the lock housing plate 7 and the base plate 8. The central through opening 42 of the base plate 8 opens to both sides of the inner end surface 41 and an outer end surface 43 opposite the inner end surface 41 of the base plate 8. The central opening 42 of the base plate 8 allows the passage of the finger 11 of the assembly button 3. The base plate 8 has some second through holes 44 to both sides of the inner end face 41 and the outer end face 43 of the base plate 8. The second holes 44 of the base plate 8 are here distributed, for example, evenly around the central through opening 42 of the base plate 8.

The mechanism is provided with a catch 45, which catch 45 is translatably movably mounted in the catch box 2 and is configured for cooperation with the lock housing 4. The catch 45 has the general shape of a plate, a recess 46 being arranged on the catch 45, the recess 46 being configured to receive the first tubular element 31 of the lid, so that the catch 45 is prevented from rotating relative to the lid 5. The recess 46 here has, for example, a substantially circular bottom to receive a corresponding portion of the corresponding first tubular member 31. Thus, the latch 45 is mounted on the lid 5 and is prevented from rotating relative to the lid 5. The catch 45 is provided with one or more stop means, here formed by a recess 47 and configured to cooperate with the stop 25 of the lock housing 4 when the lock housing 4 is in its second position. The catch 45 is also provided with a shoulder 48, the shoulder 48 being arranged on the plate forming the catch 45 to form a gradual recess 47. In particular, the mechanism of the buckle 2 is configured here for the insertion of the stop 25 of the lock housing 4 into the corresponding recess 47 of the catch 45. This allows the lock housing 4 to be gradually arrested in its first stable position. The locking element 45 is also provided here with a central passage 87.

The mechanism is also provided with a first return mechanism 64, which is formed, for example, by a tension spring. The first return mechanism 64 has a substantially semi-circular shape and is provided with connection points 66 at a first end and a second end opposite the first return mechanism 64. The first return mechanism 64 is received in the lock housing 4 between the cylindrical outer wall 16 and the wall of the crown ring 81 while being mechanically fixed to the first connecting rod 24 of the lock housing 4 by one of the connection points of the first return mechanism 64 and to the second connecting rod 84 of the crown ring 81 by the other of the connection points of the first return mechanism 64.

The mechanism is further provided with a second resetting mechanism 65, which second resetting mechanism 65 is formed here for example by a compression spring, a bearing pin 88, which bearing pin 88 has a base arranged on the inner end face 30 of the cover 5 and a rod on which the second resetting mechanism 65 is mounted, and a sleeve 89, which sleeve 89 is provided with an inner space in which the second resetting mechanism 65 can be inserted, which sleeve 89 is mounted on the bearing pin 88 and one end of which sleeve 89 is provided with an outer flange 90. The latch member 45 is configured for sliding mounting on the bushing 89 through the central through opening 87, and the outer flange 90 bears on the outer end face 49 of the latch member 45, opposite the inner end face 30 of the lid 5. The second reset mechanism 65 is configured to support the locking element 45 on the lock housing 4 when no external influence is exerted.

The mechanism also has a first fixing screw 67 which can be inserted through the first hole 40 and the second tubular element 34 of the lock casing 7, in the first tubular element 31 of the cover 5 directly opposite the second tubular element 34 of the lock casing 7, to mechanically fix the lock casing 7 to the cover 5. The lock housing 4 is thus arranged between the lock housing plate 7 and the cover 5 while being rotationally movable therebetween. The mechanism also has a second set screw 68 which passes through the second hole 44 of the base plate 8 and is inserted in the third tubular member 38 of the lock housing plate 7, mechanically fixing the base plate 8 to the lock housing plate 7. The third fixing screw 69 also serves to mechanically fix the side plate 12 of the assembly button 3 to the finger 11 thereof.

The operation of another embodiment of the opening and closing device 1 and the cooperation of its components will now be described with reference to fig. 18, 18A, 18B to 20, 20A, 20B.

Figures 18, 18A and 18B show the hoist 1 with the mechanism in a locked configuration. In this locked configuration of the mechanism, the lock housing 4 is in its first stable position, the assembly button 3 is inserted in the strike 2, the teeth 82 of the lock housing 4 are at least partially received in the slots 14 of the finger 11, and the flat portion 80 of the finger 11 is arranged substantially perpendicular to the teeth 82 of the lock housing 4, thereby locking the assembly button 3 in the lock housing 4. The first return mechanism 64 is inactive and its connection point 66 is mechanically fixed to the first connection rod 24 of the lock housing 4 and to the second connection rod 84 of the crown ring 81, respectively. The second return mechanism 65 is compressed between the base of the bearing pin 88 and the bottom of the bushing 89, partially inserted in the hole 91 in the finger 11 of the assembly knob 3, and the catch 45 is supported by the inner end face 50 opposite its outer end face 49 on the stop 25 of the lock housing 4. The catch 45 is also prevented in rotation by the first tubular element 31 of the lid 5, the first tubular element 31 being located in the recess of the catch 45.

Figures 19, 19A and 19B show the hoist 1 with the mechanism from the locked configuration to the unlocked configuration. The lock housing 4 is driven to rotate from the first stable position to the second position. The first restoring mechanism 64 is placed in tension by the displacement of the first connecting rod 24 of the lock housing 4 relative to the second connecting rod 84, which remains fixed. The stop 25 of the lock housing 4 also moves relative to the catch 45. These stop blocks 25 slide on the inner end faces 50 of the latching members 45 until they abut against the recesses 47 formed in the latching members 45. Thus, the catch 45 is driven in translation in the catch box 2 by the action of the released second return mechanism 65. In particular, latch 45 is actuated by flange 90 of 89. In addition, movement of the lock housing 4 causes the teeth 82 to move relative to the flat portion 80 of the finger 11 of the assembly button 3. Thus, the flat portion 80 is substantially aligned with the teeth 82, and the assembly knob 3 can be released. The second reset mechanism 65 acts on the latch 45 such that the latch 45 pushes the finger 11 of the assembled button 3 out of the magazine 2.

Figures 20, 20A and 20B show the hoist 1 when the mechanism is brought from the unlocked configuration to the locked configuration. The finger 11 of the assembly button 3 is inserted into the magazine 2. The free end 15 of the finger 11 bears on the inner end face 50 of the catch 45, pushing the catch 45 under the action of the second return means 65 compressed in the bushing 89. Thus, the catch 45 is driven in translation in the direction of the lid 5. The catch 45 is thus separated from the lock housing 4 until the stop 25 of the lock housing 4 is disengaged from the recess 47 of the catch 45. Thus, this disengagement releases the lock housing 4, which is reset to the first stable position by the first reset mechanism 64, so that the teeth 82 of the lock housing 4 are in a position substantially perpendicular to the flat portion 80 of the finger 11 of the assembly button 3 to lock the assembly button 3 in the magazine 2. Thus, in the manner shown in fig. 19, 19A and 19B.

Another embodiment of the opening and closing device 1 is also particularly advantageous in that the product can be opened by simply rotating the lock housing 4, the assembly knob 3 being automatically released from the catch box 2 by the catch 45, so that the mechanism is in the unlocked configuration. In addition, another embodiment of the opening and closing device 1 is particularly convenient in that the product can be closed simply by inserting the assembly knob 3 in the magazine 2 without manipulating the lock housing 4. In fact, when the lock case 4 is driven in rotation from the first stable position to the second position, the translation of the catch 45 allows the lock case 4 to be kept in the second position, in which the assembly knob 3 is easy to extract and/or insert. In addition, since the lock case 4 directly drives the tooth 82 provided therein to a position of releasing the assembly button 3, the assembly button 3 is held in this position and is easily withdrawn and/or inserted.

Other embodiments not shown are described below.

The shape of the stop mechanism and complementary stop mechanism may be different from the shape of the stop block and recess described and illustrated.

The shape of the pieces and/or teeth may differ from those described and illustrated.

The first and second return mechanisms may be different from the tension and compression springs.

The device may be free of a base plate secured to the clasp box.

The device may be free of side plates that are secured to the assembly knobs.
