the thickness of the cavity is 1-30 mm;

the thickness of the cavity is equal or unequal, the thicknesses of the cavities are sequentially increased from the environment side, and the thickness of each cavity can be taken according to an equal difference or equal ratio sequence;

the adhesive used for bonding the glass with the spacing frame or the film stretching frame and the spacing frame with the suspension film at least comprises a quick-drying adhesive, and the curing time of the quick-drying adhesive is 1-300 seconds; the quick-drying adhesive can be selected from hot melt adhesive, UV adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, AB adhesive, thermosetting phenolic resin adhesive or epoxy resin adhesive; the adhesive can also comprise a sealant, butyl adhesive, hot melt adhesive, pressure sensitive adhesive and the like; the adhesive preferably comprises a quick-drying adhesive and a sealant, and the two adhesives are used together;

the welding between the spacing frame and the suspension film is preferably ultrasonic welding or welding by a heat sealing machine;

the clamping connection between the spacing frames and the suspended membranes is mechanical connection and fixation, and the two spacing frames and the suspended membranes clamped between the spacing frames are mutually connected and fixed together by utilizing the embedding between the convex-concave structures on the spacing frames;

the side surfaces of the spacing frames or the film stretching frames are provided with convex-concave structures, and the adjacent spacing frames can be mutually embedded, so that the spacing frames or the film stretching frames can be used for positioning and fixing and can also be used for stretching the film surface; or other types of securing and film stretching structures or members, such as projecting wings, lips;

the wing membranes are arranged on the two free sides of the suspended membrane in the cavity, are fixedly bonded on the spacing frame and are overlapped with the suspended membrane, and the width of the overlapped part is 1-10 mm;

the connection between the spacing frame and the suspension film adopts two modes of bonding, welding or clamping, namely a composite connection and fixation mode;

the cavity is filled with air to replace air, and is filled with inert gas such as argon or greenhouse gas such as carbon dioxide, so as to improve the heat preservation, heat insulation performance and oxidation resistance.

19. A continuous production device for producing the hollow glass with the suspended membrane according to any one of claims 1, 3, 4, 6, 9 or 18, which is characterized by comprising a glass sheet storage system, a cutting machine, an edge grinding machine, a cleaning machine, a toughening furnace, a spacing frame placing machine, a film laminating machine, a film stretching frame placing machine, a film combining machine, a pressing machine, a gluing line, a sheet discharging machine and a product storage system;

a film laminating machine and a film stretching frame placing machine or a cavity film manufacturing and placing machine device are added; the production line toughening furnace is horizontally installed before the production line toughening furnace, and the later toughening furnace is horizontally or vertically installed; and the single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass is connected with a sheet discharging machine after coming out of the pressing machine.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of hollow glass, and particularly relates to suspended membrane hollow glass, a manufacturing method, continuous production equipment and application.

Background

At present, with the development of green energy-saving buildings, higher and higher requirements are put forward on the heat insulation performance of the used glass, and the original single-cavity hollow glass is gradually developed into three-glass two-cavity hollow glass or even four-glass three-cavity hollow glass. The increase of the hollow cavity brings about the problems that the thickness and the weight of the hollow glass are increased by times, the cost of frame materials and hardware is increased, and the cost of doors and windows is also increased by times; and the technology of replacing the middle glass of the double-cavity or multi-cavity hollow glass by the optical plastic film is gradually accepted by users and markets. Since the optical plastic film has the same optical characteristics as the ultra-thin glass and has the flexibility characteristics that the glass cannot replace, the hollow glass of the suspended membrane has huge market application space. A processing technique of suspending an optical plastic film in a cavity composed of two glass sheets and applying a certain pre-tension to the optical plastic film by an elastic member has been commercially produced (see patent application nos. 2013104899426, 2013104899939, 2013104901017, 2015104784099, and 2017101860437). However, the processing technology is too complex, and the difficulty in laminating and packaging the glass is high, so that the production efficiency is not high, the quality is not stable, and the like.

The structural characteristics of the existing suspension membrane hollow glass determine that the structure is too complex, the production process is complicated, and the manufacturing and processing difficulty is large. Therefore, since the commercial production of the hollow glass with suspended membrane, the insertion of the elastic element, the fixing and tensioning of the optical plastic film and the encapsulation of the inner and outer sheets of glass become technical bottlenecks that restrict the automatic continuous production. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the film suspension has pretension, the film surface is smooth, the stability of the spacing frame and the requirements on the bonding strength and the sealing property of the glass are met, the packaging width of the film suspension at the edge of the glass is too wide, and the problem of cold edge is caused, so that the heat insulation effect is influenced. Thus, although the hollow glass with suspended membrane has a promising prospect, it has not been widely used due to its high cost, low productivity, high price, and long supply time.

Through the above analysis, the problems and defects of the prior art are as follows: the structural characteristics of the existing suspension membrane hollow glass determine that the structure is too complex, the production process is complicated, and the manufacturing and processing difficulty is large.

The difficulty in solving the above problems and defects is:

firstly, how to utilize simple structure will hang the membrane fixed with tighten, secondly how to fix the interval frame fast, prevent that the interval frame from moving at the membrane in-process that tightens to cause and hang the membrane and produce the fold, thirdly, how to improve product structure and production technology and realize mechanized, serialization production.

The significance of solving the problems and the defects is as follows:

the existing production process of the hollow glass with the suspended membrane adopts an elastic element to fix and tension the suspended membrane, the installation of the elastic element and the suspended membrane needs a complex frame structure, and the tensioning of the suspended membrane needs manual adjustment of a tensioning bolt, so that the mechanical and automatic production cannot be realized, the frame width is too wide, the cold edge problem is caused, the heat insulation effect is influenced, and the light transmittance of the glass is reduced; when the membrane is stretched, the frame is only adhered by butyl rubber, and the butyl rubber is not solidified, and the frame can creep under the action of the tension force of the suspended membrane, so that the unbalanced surface tension of the suspended membrane and the uneven surface of the suspended membrane are easily caused, and the qualification rate and the production efficiency of products are influenced. The significance of solving the problems and the defects is as follows: if a new product structure and a new production process are adopted, the assembly time and the membrane stretching period are shortened, the energy consumption can be greatly reduced, and the continuous and automatic production can be realized, so that the production efficiency can be greatly improved, the production cost is reduced, the productivity is increased, the performance is improved, the market price and the supply time are further reduced, and the suspended membrane hollow glass and related products are popularized and applied in a large range.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a suspended membrane hollow glass, a manufacturing method, continuous production equipment and application.

The invention is realized in such a way that the suspended membrane hollow glass with the suspended membrane fixed on one side is provided with: front glass and rear glass;

interval frames are bonded at the corresponding positions of the peripheries of the front glass and the rear glass, and a suspension film is suspended between the two adjacent interval frames;

the upper end edge part of the suspended membrane is fixed between two adjacent spacing frames in a bonding, welding or clamping manner, the lower end of the suspended membrane is fixedly connected with a bottom rod with the length matched with the width of the suspended membrane, and the bottom rod is dynamically fixed at the lower ends of the spacing frames through gravity, magnetic force or elasticity.

A cavity is formed between the suspension film and the front and rear glass, and between the suspension film and the suspension film; structural adhesive is coated in the space formed by the front glass, the rear glass and the outer side of the spacing frame, and the structural adhesive is solidified to form the double-cavity or multi-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a suspended membrane insulating glass with a suspended membrane fixed on one side, the method comprising:

firstly, cutting front glass and rear glass according to the size of the manufactured hollow glass, edging, cleaning and drying the glass, and carrying out tempering treatment if the glass needs to be tempered;

secondly, selecting spacer bars with proper materials and sizes to manufacture spacer frames with corresponding sizes;

thirdly, a circle of sealant is applied to the bonding surface of the spacing frame or the glass, and the spacing frame is bonded on the front glass and the rear glass respectively;

fourthly, the upper end edge part of the selected suspension film is fixedly connected to the upper end of one of the spacing frames in a bonding, welding or clamping mode in a mode of first cutting and then loading or first loading and then cutting, and the size of the suspension film is equivalent to that of the inner ring of the spacing frame; the lower end of the suspension film is fixedly connected with a bottom rod with the length matched with the width of the suspension film, and the bottom rod is dynamically fixed at the lower end of the spacing frame through gravity, magnetic force or elasticity;

fifthly, a circle of sealant is applied to the bonding surface of one of the spacing frames, the front glass and the rear glass are combined together, and rolling or plate pressing is carried out;

and sixthly, filling structural adhesive in a space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer side of the spacing frame, and curing the structural adhesive to obtain the suspended membrane hollow glass.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a spacer frame, wherein at least one of two bonding surfaces or contact surfaces of the spacer frame has a convex-concave structure, and the convex-concave structure is a protrusion or a groove, and the convex-concave structures on the contact surfaces of two adjacent spacer frames are matched with each other when hollow glass is prepared, so that the two spacer frames can be embedded together; when a suspension film is arranged between two adjacent spacing frames, the suspension film is fixed on the outer side of the contact surface of the spacing frames, and the convex-concave structure is positioned on the inner side of the contact surface of the spacing frames; when the hollow glass with the suspended membrane is pressed, the suspended membrane is also extruded in the convex-concave structure, so that the suspended membrane is fixed and tensioned, and simultaneously, the pre-tensioning force is obtained, so that the suspended membrane is always in a tensioned state. According to the material, thickness, size and stretching rate of the suspension film, the convex-concave structure is positioned on one edge, two opposite edges or four edges of the spacing frame, and the suspension film is stretched in one direction, two directions or four directions.

The other purpose of the invention is to provide a stretch film frame, wherein at least one of two bonding surfaces or contact surfaces of the stretch film frame is provided with a bulge, and the bulge is positioned at the inner side of the contact surface of the stretch film frame; the bulges of the film stretching frame correspond to the convex-concave structures on the spacing frame fixed with the suspended film, so that the film stretching frame and the spacing frame can be mutually embedded together; when the film stretching frame and the spacing frame are pressed, the suspension film is also extruded in the convex-concave structure by the protrusions, so that the suspension film is fixed and stretched, and simultaneously, the pre-stretching force is obtained, and the suspension film is always in a stretched state. According to the material, thickness, size and stretching rate of the suspended membrane, the convex-concave structure is positioned on one edge, two opposite edges or four edges of the membrane stretching frame, and the suspended membrane is stretched in one direction, two directions or four directions.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a suspended membrane hollow glass with a suspended membrane fixed on both sides, which is provided with: front glass and rear glass;

the corresponding positions of the peripheries of the front glass and the rear glass are bonded with a spacing frame through an adhesive, the adhesive at least contains a quick-drying adhesive, and the spacing frame is firmly fixed on the glass; a suspension film is suspended between two adjacent spacing frames, the upper end edge part and the lower end edge part of the suspension film are fixed between the two adjacent spacing frames in a bonding, welding or clamping manner, convex-concave structures which are matched with each other are arranged on the contact surfaces of the two adjacent spacing frames which are in contact with the suspension film, the convex-concave structures are positioned at the inner sides of the fixed positions of the suspension film, the edges at the left side and the right side of the suspension film are not fixed and are in a free state, and a cavity is formed between the suspension film and front and rear glass as well as between the suspension film and the suspension film; structural adhesive is coated in the space formed by the front glass, the rear glass and the outer side of the spacing frame, and the structural adhesive is solidified to form the double-cavity or multi-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a suspended membrane hollow glass with four fixed edges, wherein the suspended membrane hollow glass with four fixed edges is provided with a front glass and a rear glass;

the corresponding positions of the peripheries of the front glass and the rear glass are bonded with a spacing frame through an adhesive, the adhesive at least contains a quick-drying adhesive, and the spacing frame is firmly fixed on the glass; a suspension film is suspended between two adjacent spacing frames, four edges of the suspension film are fixed between the two spacing frames in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, four corners of the suspension film are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or grooving way, the corners of the suspension film are prevented from being wrinkled, convex-concave structures matched with each other are arranged on the contact surfaces of the two adjacent spacing frames in contact with the suspension film, the convex-concave structures are positioned at the inner sides of the fixing positions of the suspension film, the suspension film can be tightened by the mutual embedding of the convex-concave structures when the front glass and the rear glass are combined and pressed, and a cavity is formed between the suspension film and the front and rear glass as well as between the suspension film and the suspension film; structural adhesive is coated in the space formed by the front glass, the rear glass and the outer side of the spacing frame, and the structural adhesive is solidified to form the double-cavity or multi-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing the suspension membrane insulating glass, including:

firstly, cutting glass according to the size of the manufactured hollow glass, edging, cleaning and drying the glass, and carrying out tempering treatment if the glass needs to be tempered;

step two, manufacturing a spacing frame: selecting a proper plastic material and manufacturing a mold to produce a warm edge strip with a convex-concave structure, and manufacturing a spacing frame with a corresponding size;

thirdly, a circle of sealant is applied to the bonding surface of the spacing frame or the glass to bond the spacing frame to the glass; quick-drying glue is applied to the contact position of the inner ring or the outer ring of the spacing frame and the glass, so that the spacing frame is firmly fixed on the glass;

fourthly, respectively connecting and fixing the upper and lower opposite edges of the four edges of the selected suspension film at the upper and lower ends of the spacing frame by one or two methods of bonding, welding or clamping in a mode of cutting after first or after first, wherein the left and right opposite edges are not fixed and are in a free state, the upper and lower edges of the suspension film exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm, and the left and right edges of the suspension film have the same size as the inner ring of the spacing frame; or the four sides of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or grooving way, so that the wrinkles of the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented, the four sides of the suspended membrane exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm, only one suspended membrane is installed when the two-glass two-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass is manufactured, and two suspended membranes are installed when the two-glass three-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass is manufactured;

fifthly, taking another spacing frame which is matched with the spacing frame in a convex-concave structure, and uniformly coating the sealant on the two bonding surfaces of the spacing frame by using a glue spreader, or directly coating the sealant on the bonding position of the suspended membrane;

sixthly, installing a spacing frame: bonding and fixing the glued spacing frame on one of the glass plates;

seventh step, laminating and pressing: combining two pieces of glass together, and performing rolling or plate pressing;

and step eight, filling structural adhesive in a space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer side of the spacing frame, and curing the structural adhesive to obtain the suspended membrane hollow glass.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a single glass suspension membrane hollow glass, which is provided with: glass;

the spacing frame is fixed on the periphery of the glass by bonding of an adhesive, the adhesive at least contains a quick-drying adhesive, the spacing frame is firmly fixed on the glass, two opposite sides of four sides of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame by one or two of bonding, welding or clamping, the other two opposite sides are not fixed in a free state, or the four sides of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame by one or two of bonding, welding or clamping, four corners are not fixed, the corners are in a free state by corner cutting, punching or slotting, the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented from being wrinkled, two adjacent spacing frames contacting with the suspended membrane or the surfaces of the spacing frames corresponding to the stretched membrane frames are provided with convex-concave structures which are matched with each other, the convex-concave structures are positioned at the inner sides of the fixed positions of the suspended membrane, and the convex-concave structures are mutually embedded when the spacing frame and the stretched membrane frames are pressed to be capable of stretching the suspended membrane, the glass and the suspension film or the suspension film and the suspension film form a cavity to form the single-cavity, double-cavity or multi-cavity suspension film hollow glass.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing the single-glass suspension membrane hollow glass, including:

firstly, cutting glass according to the size of the manufactured hollow glass, edging, cleaning and drying the glass, and carrying out tempering treatment if the glass needs to be tempered;

secondly, selecting proper materials and manufacturing a mold to produce a spacing bar and a film stretching bar with convex-concave structures, and manufacturing a spacing frame and a film stretching frame with corresponding sizes;

thirdly, a circle of sealant is applied to the bonding surface of the spacing frame or the glass to bond the spacing frame to the glass; quick-drying glue is applied to the contact position of the inner ring or the outer ring of the spacing frame and the glass, so that the spacing frame is firmly fixed on the glass;

fourthly, connecting and fixing upper and lower opposite edges of four edges of the selected suspended membrane at the upper and lower ends of the spacing frame by one or two methods of bonding, welding or clamping in a mode of cutting after first loading or cutting after first loading, wherein the left and right opposite edges are not fixed and are in a free state, the upper and lower edges of the suspended membrane exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm, and the left and right edges of the suspended membrane have the same size with the inner ring of the spacing frame; or the four edges of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or slotting way, so that the wrinkles of the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented, and the four edges of the suspended membrane exceed the spacing frame by 2-3 mm;

fifthly, coating sealant or not coating the sealant on the combined surface of the spacing frame or the film stretching frame, installing the film stretching frame on the outer side of the suspended film, enabling the convex-concave structures of the spacing frame and the film stretching frame to be mutually embedded together through rolling or plate pressing, simultaneously stretching the suspended film, and forming a cavity between the glass and the suspended film to form the suspended film hollow glass.

Further, the manufacturing method of the single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass repeats the second step to the fourth step to obtain the double-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass and the multi-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass.

The invention also aims to provide the double-glass suspension membrane hollow glass, which comprises single-glass suspension membrane hollow glass, a spacing frame, a sealant and a structural adhesive;

the double-glass suspended membrane hollow glass is characterized in that two pieces of single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass are provided, two side surfaces of a spacing frame are uniformly coated with sealant by a glue spreader, the spacing frame is clamped between the two pieces of single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass and is fixed together after being pressed, a space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer side of the spacing frame is coated with structural glue, and the structural glue is cured to form the double-glass suspended membrane hollow glass;

another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing the double-glass suspension membrane hollow glass, including:

firstly, selecting a spacer bar with proper material and size to manufacture a spacer frame with the same size as that of the single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass;

secondly, uniformly coating the two bonding surfaces of the spacing frame with sealant by using a glue spreader;

thirdly, adhering and fixing the glued spacing frame on one of the single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass;

fourthly, combining the two pieces of single-glass suspension membrane hollow glass together, and performing rolling or plate pressing;

and fifthly, filling structural adhesive in a space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer side of the spacing frame, and curing the structural adhesive to obtain the double-glass film hollow glass.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a cavity film, which comprises a spacing frame and two suspension films, wherein two opposite sides of the four sides of the suspension film are fixed on the spacing frame by one or two of bonding, welding and clamping, and the other two opposite sides are not fixed in a free state, or the four sides of the suspension film are fixed on the spacing frame by one or two of bonding, welding and clamping, and the four corners are not fixed, and the corners are free by chamfering, punching or slotting, so as to prevent the corners of the suspension film from wrinkling; two suspension films are respectively fixed on two sides of the spacing frame, and a cavity is formed among the suspension films, the spacing frame and the suspension films to form a cavity film.

The invention also aims to provide a cavity film with a stretched film frame, which comprises the cavity film, wherein the cavity film with the stretched film frame comprises a spacing frame, two suspended films and two stretched film frames, two opposite edges of four edges of each suspended film are fixed on the spacing frame in a bonding or welding or clamping mode or two modes, the other two opposite edges are not fixed to be in a free state, or four edges of each suspended film are fixed on the spacing frame in a bonding or welding or clamping mode or two modes, four corners are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or slotting mode, and the corners of the suspended films are prevented from being wrinkled; two suspension films are respectively fixed on two sides of the spacing frame, and a cavity is formed among the suspension films, the spacing frame and the suspension films; the outer sides of the two suspended membranes are respectively provided with a membrane stretching frame, the surfaces of the spacing frame corresponding to the membrane stretching frames are provided with convex-concave structures which are matched with each other, the convex-concave structures are positioned at the inner sides of the fixed positions of the suspended membranes, and the convex-concave structures are mutually embedded to tighten the suspended membranes when the membrane stretching frames and the spacing frames are pressed.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing the cavity film with the stretched film frame, including:

firstly, selecting proper materials and manufacturing a mold to produce a spacing bar and a film stretching bar with convex-concave structures, and manufacturing a spacing frame and a film stretching frame with corresponding sizes;

secondly, connecting and fixing upper and lower opposite edges of four edges of the selected suspension film at the upper and lower ends of the spacing frame by one or two methods of bonding, welding or clamping in a mode of firstly cutting and then loading or firstly loading and then cutting, wherein the left and right opposite edges are not fixed and are in a free state, the upper and lower edges of the suspension film exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm, and the left and right edges of the suspension film have the same size as the inner ring of the spacing frame; or the four edges of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or slotting way, so that the wrinkles of the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented, and the four edges of the suspended membrane exceed the spacing frame by 2-3 mm; two sides of the spacing frame are respectively provided with a suspension film, and a cavity is formed among the suspension film, the spacing frame and the suspension film;

and thirdly, coating sealant or not coating the joint surface of the spacing frame or the film stretching frame with the sealant, respectively installing the film stretching frame on the outer sides of the two suspended films, mutually embedding the convex-concave structures of the spacing frame and the film stretching frame together by rolling or plate pressing, and simultaneously stretching the suspended films to form a cavity film.

The invention also aims to provide a cavity film which comprises the cavity film and is provided with a film stretching frame and supporting bars, wherein the cavity film comprises a spacing frame, two suspended films, two film stretching frames and supporting bars; two opposite sides of the four sides of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the other two opposite sides are not fixed in a free state, or the four sides of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are fixed in a non-fixed state, and the corners are in a free state in the ways of chamfering, punching or slotting, so that the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented from being wrinkled; two suspension films are respectively fixed on two sides of the spacing frame, and a cavity is formed among the suspension films, the spacing frame and the suspension films; the outer sides of the two suspended membranes are respectively provided with a membrane stretching frame, the surfaces of the spacing frame corresponding to the membrane stretching frames are provided with convex-concave structures which are matched with each other, the convex-concave structures are positioned at the inner sides of the fixed positions of the suspended membranes, and the convex-concave structures are mutually embedded to tighten the suspended membranes when the membrane stretching frames and the spacing frames are pressed.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing the cavity membrane with the membrane stretching frame and the supporting strip, which comprises:

firstly, selecting proper materials and manufacturing a die to produce spacing bars and film stretching bars with convex-concave structures, manufacturing spacing frames and film stretching frames with corresponding sizes, mounting support bars in the spacing frames, wherein the support bodies can be made of the same spacing bars or can be manufactured independently, and the support bars mainly play a role in supporting the spacing frames and prevent the deformation of the large-size spacing frames due to the tensile force of the films during film stretching;

secondly, connecting and fixing upper and lower opposite edges of four edges of the selected suspension film at the upper and lower ends of the spacing frame by one or two methods of bonding, welding or clamping in a mode of firstly cutting and then loading or firstly loading and then cutting, wherein the left and right opposite edges are not fixed and are in a free state, the upper and lower edges of the suspension film exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm, and the left and right edges of the suspension film have the same size as the inner ring of the spacing frame; or the four edges of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are free in the mode of corner cutting, punching or slotting, the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented from being wrinkled, and the four edges of the suspended membrane exceed the spacing frame by 2-3 mm; two sides of the spacing frame are respectively provided with a suspension film, and a cavity is formed among the suspension film, the spacing frame and the suspension film;

and thirdly, coating sealant or not coating the joint surface of the spacing frame or the film stretching frame with the sealant, respectively installing the film stretching frame on the outer sides of the two suspended films, mutually embedding the convex-concave structures of the spacing frame and the film stretching frame together by rolling or plate pressing, and simultaneously stretching the suspended films to form a cavity film.

The invention also aims to provide a suspended membrane hollow glass with a cavity membrane, which comprises the cavity membrane, wherein the suspended membrane hollow glass with the cavity membrane comprises front glass, rear glass, a membrane stretching frame, a cavity membrane, an adhesive and a structural adhesive, the membrane stretching frame is bonded at the corresponding positions of the peripheries of the front glass and the rear glass through the adhesive, the adhesive at least contains a quick-drying adhesive, the membrane stretching frame is firmly fixed on the glass, the cavity membrane is clamped between the membrane stretching frames of the front glass and the rear glass, a spacing frame and the membrane stretching frame in the cavity membrane have mutually matched convex-concave structures which are positioned at the inner side of a fixed position of the suspended membrane, the suspended membrane on the cavity membrane can be stretched by mutually embedding the convex-concave structures when the front glass and the rear glass are laminated and pressed, and a cavity is formed between the cavity membrane and the front glass and the rear glass; the space formed by the front glass, the rear glass, the cavity film and the outer side of the film stretching frame is internally coated with structural adhesive, and the structural adhesive is cured to form the two-glass three-cavity suspended film hollow glass.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing the suspended membrane insulating glass with a cavity film, including:

firstly, cutting two pieces of glass according to the size of the manufactured hollow glass, edging, cleaning and drying the glass, and carrying out tempering treatment if the glass needs to be tempered;

secondly, selecting proper materials and manufacturing a mold to produce a spacing strip and a film stretching strip with convex-concave structures, and manufacturing a spacing frame and a film stretching frame which have corresponding sizes and are matched with the convex-concave structures;

thirdly, a circle of sealant is applied to the bonding surface of the stretched film frame or the glass to bond the stretched film frame to the glass; quick-drying glue is applied to the contact position of the inner ring or the outer ring of the film stretching frame and the glass, so that the spacing frame is firmly fixed on the glass;

fourthly, connecting and fixing upper and lower opposite edges of four edges of the selected suspension film at the upper and lower ends of the spacing frame by one or two methods of bonding, welding or clamping in a mode of cutting after first loading or cutting after first loading, wherein the left and right opposite edges are not fixed and are in a free state, the upper and lower edges of the suspension film exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm, and the left and right edges of the suspension film have the same size as the inner ring of the spacing frame; or the four edges of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or slotting way, so that the wrinkles of the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented, and the four edges of the suspended membrane exceed the spacing frame by 2-3 mm;

fifthly, uniformly coating the sealant on the bonding surface of the film stretching frame by using a glue spreader, or directly coating the sealant on the bonding part of the cavity film;

sixthly, adhering and fixing the cavity film on one of the film stretching frames of the glass;

seventhly, combining the two pieces of glass, and rolling or pressing the two pieces of glass to enable the convex-concave structures on the spacing frame and the film stretching frame to be mutually embedded together and simultaneously stretch the suspended film;

and step eight, filling structural adhesive in the space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer sides of the spacing frame and the film stretching frame, and curing the structural adhesive to obtain the hollow glass with the suspended film.

The other purpose of the invention is to provide the double-glass suspended membrane hollow glass manufactured by the cavity membrane with the stretched membrane frame, wherein two pieces of flat glass with the size matched with that of the cavity membrane with the stretched membrane frame are taken as the double-glass suspended membrane hollow glass, sealant is uniformly coated on the stretched membrane frame of the cavity membrane by a glue spreader, the two pieces of flat glass are fixed together after being laminated and pressed, structural glue is filled in a space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer side of the stretched membrane frame, and the structural glue is cured to form the double-glass suspended membrane hollow glass;

the glass adopts common glass, ultra-white glass, toughened glass, semi-toughened glass, Low-e glass, colored glaze glass or sandwich glass used by the existing hollow glass, and can also adopt photovoltaic glass, such as transparent cadmium telluride photovoltaic glass or opaque crystalline silicon photovoltaic glass and thin film photovoltaic glass;

the glass is plane glass or cambered surface glass;

the spacing frame or the film stretching frame is a closed frame which is made of warm edge spacing strips, aluminum spacing strips or stainless steel spacing strips in a bending, welding or splicing mode;

the suspension film is a plastic film, such as a pvc film, pe film, ps film, pc film, pet film, pp film or pof film;

the suspension film can be a common film, and also can be a functional film, a hot mirror film, a color printing film, a color changing film, an infrared ray blocking film, an ultraviolet ray blocking film, a water vapor blocking film and the like;

the suspension film has one or more layers, and a spacing frame is arranged between two adjacent layers of the suspension films;

the thickness of the suspension film is 0.005-1 mm;

a lamp or an image displaying device is arranged in the spacing frame or the cavity;

the thickness of the cavity is 1-30 mm;

the thickness of the cavity is equal or unequal, the thicknesses of the cavities are sequentially increased from the environment side, and the thickness of each cavity can be taken according to an equal difference or equal ratio sequence;

the adhesive used for bonding the glass with the spacing frame and the spacing frame with the suspension film at least comprises a quick-drying adhesive, and the curing time of the quick-drying adhesive is 1-300 seconds; the quick-drying adhesive can be selected from hot melt adhesive, UV adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, AB adhesive, acrylate instant adhesive, thermosetting phenolic resin adhesive or epoxy resin adhesive; the adhesive can also comprise a sealant, butyl adhesive, hot melt adhesive, pressure sensitive adhesive and the like; the adhesive preferably comprises a quick-drying adhesive and a sealant, and the two adhesives are used together;

the welding between the spacing frame and the suspension film is preferably ultrasonic welding or welding by a heat sealing machine;

the clamping connection between the spacing frames and the suspended membranes is mechanical connection and fixation, and the two spacing frames and the suspended membranes clamped between the spacing frames are mutually connected and fixed together by utilizing the embedding between the convex-concave structures on the spacing frames;

the side surfaces of the spacing frames or the film stretching frames are provided with convex-concave structures, and the adjacent spacing frames can be mutually embedded, so that the spacing frames or the film stretching frames can be used for positioning and fixing and can also be used for stretching the film surface; or other types of securing and film stretching structures or members, such as projecting wings, lips;

the wing membranes are arranged on the two free sides of the suspended membrane in the cavity, are fixedly bonded on the spacing frame and are overlapped with the suspended membrane, and the width of the overlapped part is 1-10 mm;

the connection between the spacing frame and the suspension film adopts two modes of bonding, welding or clamping, namely a composite connection and fixation mode;

the cavity is filled with air to replace air, and is filled with inert gas such as argon or greenhouse gas such as carbon dioxide, so as to improve the heat preservation, heat insulation performance and oxidation resistance.

The invention also aims to provide continuous production equipment for producing the film-suspended hollow glass, which comprises a glass original sheet storage system, a cutting machine, an edge grinding machine, a cleaning machine, a toughening furnace, a spacing frame placing machine, a film laminating machine, a film stretching frame placing machine, a film combining machine, a pressing machine, a gluing line, a film discharging machine and a product storage system;

a film laminating machine and a film stretching frame placing machine or a cavity film manufacturing and placing machine device are added; the production line toughening furnace is horizontally installed before the production line toughening furnace, and the later toughening furnace is horizontally or vertically installed; and the single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass is connected with a sheet discharging machine after coming out of the pressing machine.

By combining all the technical schemes, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the invention provides the suspended membrane hollow glass with simple process, convenient manufacture, low cost, high productivity and good heat and sound insulation effect, the packaging width of the glass edge is equivalent to that of the existing hollow glass, and the inherent breathing phenomenon of the hollow glass can be effectively improved.

The convex-concave embedded structure is designed and adopted on the spacing frames and the film stretching frames, so that not only are the positioning between the adjacent spacing frames accurate and the stacking difference not generated, but also the combination between the adjacent spacing frames is firm, and the dislocation caused by bearing can not be generated when the film is laid down; the width of the spacing frame is basically the same as that of the existing hollow glass spacing frame, so that the problem of cold edge caused by the excessively wide packaging width of the edge of the existing suspension membrane hollow glass is solved; more importantly, the film-stretching device has the function of automatically stretching the film while combining and pressing the sheets, greatly simplifies the structure and the production process of the existing film-suspending hollow glass, and obviously improves the production efficiency and the product quality of the film-suspending hollow glass.

According to the invention, by changing the bonding and fixing mode of the suspended membrane, the modes of single-side fixing, two-side free, four-side fixing, four-corner free and the like are adopted, so that the corner stress of the suspended membrane is completely released, the stress distribution on the surface is uniform, and the problems of the corner wrinkling and the middle collapse of the suspended membrane are solved; the two-side fixing mode is matched with the unidirectional stretching film, the four-side fixing mode is matched with the bidirectional stretching film, and the suspended film is easy to keep flat and wrinkle-free for a long time; by adopting the fixing mode, the air intercommunication and the air pressure of the cavities at the two sides of the suspension membrane can be always kept equal, and the problem that the middle part of the suspension membrane is sunken or protruded when the air pressure is unequal due to temperature difference or pressure difference is solved; the new fixing modes not only simplify the production process, but also greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of the hollow glass with the suspended membrane and greatly improve the productivity and the performance.

The invention adopts quick-drying glue to bond and fix the spacing frame and the film stretching frame, solves the problems that the spacing frame is displaced and the suspended film is wrinkled in the film stretching process, can stretch the film immediately after film coating, and can carry out continuous production, thereby greatly reducing the cost and improving the productivity.

By improving the structure and production process of the product, the invention utilizes a mechanized and continuous production line to greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of the suspended membrane hollow glass (from 800 yuan/sq.m to 200 yuan/sq.m in the prior art), greatly improve the productivity and performance (from 3-10 ten thousand sq.m/year to 50-100 ten thousand sq.m/year in the prior art), and obviously reduce the price of the product (from 3000 yuan/sq.m in the prior art to 700 yuan/sq.m in the prior art), thereby having higher cost performance and wider market application prospect than the prior suspended membrane hollow glass and common hollow glass.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a suspended membrane hollow glass, a manufacturing method, continuous production equipment and application thereof, and the invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The invention provides a suspended membrane hollow glass with a suspended membrane fixed on one side, which comprises front glass 1, rear glass 4, spacing frames 2, suspended membranes 3 and structural adhesive 6, wherein the spacing frames 2 are bonded at corresponding positions on the peripheries of the front glass 1 and the rear glass 4, a suspended membrane 3 is suspended between two adjacent spacing frames 2, the upper end edge part of the suspended membrane 3 is fixed between the two adjacent spacing frames 2 in a bonding, welding or clamping manner, the lower end of the suspended membrane 3 is fixedly connected with a bottom rod 9 with the length matched with the width of the suspended membrane 3, the bottom rod 9 is dynamically fixed at the lower end of the spacing frame 2 through gravity, magnetic force or elastic force, and the suspended membrane 3 is tightened by means of the gravity, the elastic force or the magnetic force; the edges of the left side and the right side of the suspension film 3 are not fixed and are in a free state so as to release stress and prevent the suspension film 3 from wrinkling, and a cavity is formed between the suspension film 3 and the front glass 1, between the suspension film 3 and the rear glass 4, and between the suspension film 3 and the suspension film 3; structural adhesive 6 is fully coated in the space formed by the front glass 1, the rear glass 4 and the outer side of the spacing frame 2, and the structural adhesive 6 becomes double-cavity or multi-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass after being cured.

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the suspended membrane hollow glass with the suspended membrane fixed on the single side, which comprises the following steps:

1) manufacturing glass: cutting front glass and rear glass according to the size of the manufactured hollow glass, edging, cleaning and drying the glass, and carrying out tempering treatment if the glass needs to be tempered;

2) manufacturing a spacing frame: selecting a spacer bar with proper material and size to manufacture a spacer frame with corresponding size;

3) fixing the spacing frame: a circle of sealant is applied to the bonding surface of the spacing frame or the glass, and the spacing frame is respectively bonded on the front glass and the rear glass;

4) installing a suspension film: the upper end edge part of the selected suspension film is fixedly connected to the upper end of one of the spacing frames in a bonding, welding or clamping mode in a mode of cutting and then loading or cutting after loading, and the size of the suspension film is equivalent to that of the inner ring of the spacing frame; the lower end of the suspension membrane is fixedly connected with a bottom rod with the length matched with the width of the suspension membrane, and the bottom rod is dynamically fixed at the lower end of the spacing frame through gravity (the weight of the bottom rod), magnetic force (a magnet is arranged in the spacing frame and forms magnetic force with the bottom rod) or elastic force (a spring is arranged in the spacing frame, and the free end of the spring is connected with the bottom rod and applies elastic force to the bottom rod);

5) sheet combining and pressing: a circle of sealant is applied to the bonding surface of one of the spacing frames, the front glass and the rear glass are combined together, and rolling or plate pressing is carried out;

6) gluing: and filling structural adhesive in a space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer side of the spacing frame, and curing the structural adhesive to obtain the suspended membrane hollow glass.

The invention provides suspended membrane hollow glass with a suspended membrane fixed on two sides, which comprises front glass 1, rear glass 4, a spacing frame 2, a suspended membrane 3, an adhesive and a structural adhesive 6, wherein the spacing frame 2 is bonded on the corresponding positions of the peripheries of the front glass 1 and the rear glass 4 through the adhesive, the adhesive at least contains a quick-drying adhesive 7, and the quick-drying adhesive 7 provides enough bonding force in a short time (1-300s) to firmly fix the spacing frame 2 on the glass and ensure that the spacing frame 2 does not shift in the next membrane tightening process; a suspension film 3 is suspended between two adjacent spacing frames 2, the upper end edge part and the lower end edge part of the suspension film 3 are fixed between the two adjacent spacing frames 2 in a bonding, welding or clamping manner, convex-concave structures which are matched with each other are arranged on the contact surfaces of the two adjacent spacing frames 2 which are contacted with the suspension film 3, the convex-concave structures are positioned at the inner sides of the fixed positions of the suspension film 3, the suspension film 3 can be tightened by mutually embedding the convex-concave structures when the front glass 1 and the rear glass 4 are laminated and pressed, the edges at the left side and the right side of the suspension film 3 are not fixed and are in a free state so as to release stress and prevent the suspension film 3 from wrinkling, and a cavity is formed between the suspension film 3 and the front glass 1, the rear glass 4, the suspension film 3 and the suspension film 3; structural adhesive 6 is fully coated in the space formed by the front glass 1, the rear glass 4 and the outer side of the spacing frame 2, and the structural adhesive 6 becomes double-cavity or multi-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass after being cured.

The invention provides suspended membrane hollow glass with four fixed edges of a suspended membrane, which comprises front glass 1, rear glass 4, a spacing frame 2, a suspended membrane 3, an adhesive and a structural adhesive 6, wherein the spacing frame 2 is bonded at the corresponding positions of the peripheries of the front glass 1 and the rear glass 4 through the adhesive, the adhesive at least contains a quick-drying adhesive 7, and the quick-drying adhesive 7 provides enough bonding force in a short time (1-300s) to firmly fix the spacing frame 2 on the glass and ensure that the spacing frame 2 does not shift in the next membrane stretching process; a suspension film 3 is suspended between two adjacent spacing frames 2, four edges of the suspension film 3 are fixed between the two spacing frames 2 in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, four corners of the suspension film 3 are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or grooving way to release stress and prevent the suspension film 3 from wrinkling at the corners, convex-concave structures matched with each other are arranged on the contact surfaces of the two adjacent spacing frames 2 contacted with the suspension film 3, the convex-concave structures are positioned at the inner sides of the fixing positions of the suspension film 3, the suspension film 3 can be tightened by the mutual embedding of the convex-concave structures when the front glass 1 and the rear glass 4 are laminated and pressed, and a cavity is formed between the suspension film 3 and the front glass 1, the rear glass 4 and between the suspension film 3 and the suspension film 3; structural adhesive 6 is fully coated in the space formed by the front glass 1, the rear glass 4 and the outer side of the spacing frame 2, and the structural adhesive 6 becomes double-cavity or multi-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass after being cured.

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the hollow glass with the suspended membrane fixed on two sides or four sides, which comprises the following steps:

1) manufacturing glass: cutting glass according to the size of the manufactured hollow glass, edging, cleaning and drying the glass, and carrying out tempering treatment if the glass needs to be tempered;

2) manufacturing a spacing frame: selecting a proper plastic material and manufacturing a mold to produce a warm edge strip with a convex-concave structure, and manufacturing a spacing frame with a corresponding size;

3) fixing the spacing frame: a circle of sealant is applied to the bonding surface of the spacing frame or the glass to bond the spacing frame on the glass; quick-drying glue is applied to the contact position of the inner ring or the outer ring of the spacing frame and the glass, so that the spacing frame is firmly fixed on the glass;

4) installing a suspension film: respectively connecting and fixing the upper and lower opposite edges of the four edges of the selected suspended film at the upper and lower ends of the spacing frame by one or two methods of bonding, welding or clamping in a mode of cutting after first loading or cutting after first loading, wherein the left and right opposite edges are not fixed and are in a free state, the upper and lower edges of the suspended film exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm, and the left and right edges of the suspended film have the same size as the inner ring of the spacing frame; or the four sides of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or grooving way, so that the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented from being wrinkled, and the four sides of the suspended membrane exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm (only one suspended membrane is installed when the two-glass two-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass is manufactured, and two suspended membranes are installed when the two-glass three-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass is manufactured);

5) coating a sealant: taking another spacing frame (when manufacturing two-glass three-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass) which is matched with the spacing frame in a convex-concave structure, and uniformly coating sealant on two bonding surfaces of the spacing frame by using a glue spreader, or directly coating the sealant on a bonding position of a suspended membrane;

6) installing a spacing frame: bonding and fixing the glued spacing frame on one of the glass (when manufacturing the two-glass three-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass);

7) sheet combining and pressing: combining the two pieces of glass together, and performing rolling or plate pressing;

8) gluing: and filling structural adhesive in a space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer side of the spacing frame, and curing the structural adhesive to obtain the suspended membrane hollow glass.

The invention provides single glass suspended membrane hollow glass, which comprises glass, a spacing frame 2, a membrane stretching frame 8, a suspended membrane 3 and an adhesive, wherein the spacing frame 2 is fixedly bonded on the periphery of the glass through the adhesive, the adhesive at least contains a quick-drying adhesive 7, the quick-drying adhesive 7 provides enough bonding force in a short time (1-300s), the spacing frame 2 is fixedly fixed on the glass, and the spacing frame 2 is ensured not to shift in the next membrane stretching process; two opposite edges of four edges of the suspended membrane 3 are fixed on the spacing frame 2 in one or two modes of bonding, welding or clamping, and the other two opposite edges are not fixed in a free state so as to release stress and prevent the suspended membrane 3 from wrinkling; or the four edges of the suspension film 3 are fixed on the spacing frame 2 in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are not fixed, and the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or slotting way to release stress and prevent the suspension film 3 from wrinkling at the corners; the adjacent two spacing frames 2 in contact with the suspended membrane 3 or the surfaces of the spacing frames 2 corresponding to the membrane stretching frames 8 are provided with convex-concave structures which are matched with each other, the convex-concave structures are positioned at the inner sides of the fixed positions of the suspended membrane 3, the convex-concave structures are mutually embedded when the spacing frames 2 and the membrane stretching frames 8 are pressed, the suspended membrane 3 can be stretched tightly, and the glass and the suspended membrane 3 or the suspended membrane 3 and the suspended membrane 3 form a cavity to form the suspended membrane hollow glass with single cavity, double cavities or multiple cavities.

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass, which comprises the following steps:

1) manufacturing glass: cutting glass according to the size of the manufactured hollow glass, edging, cleaning and drying the glass, and carrying out tempering treatment if the glass needs to be tempered;

2) manufacturing a spacing frame and a film stretching frame: selecting proper materials and manufacturing a die to produce a spacing bar and a film stretching bar with convex-concave structures, and manufacturing a spacing frame and a film stretching frame with corresponding sizes;

3) fixing the spacing frame: a circle of sealant is applied to the bonding surface of the spacing frame or the glass to bond the spacing frame on the glass; quick-drying glue is applied to the contact position of the inner ring or the outer ring of the spacing frame and the glass, so that the spacing frame is firmly fixed on the glass;

4) installing a suspension film: connecting and fixing the upper and lower opposite edges of four edges of the selected suspended film at the upper and lower ends of the spacing frame by one or two methods of bonding, welding or clamping in a mode of cutting after first mounting or cutting after first mounting, wherein the left and right opposite edges are not fixed and are in a free state, the upper and lower edges of the suspended film exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm, and the left and right edges of the suspended film have the same size as the inner ring of the spacing frame; or the four edges of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or slotting way, so that the wrinkles of the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented, and the four edges of the suspended membrane exceed the spacing frame by 2-3 mm;

5) installing a film stretching frame: and coating sealant or not coating the joint surface of the spacing frame or the film stretching frame, installing the film stretching frame on the outer side of the suspended film, mutually embedding the convex-concave structures of the spacing frame and the film stretching frame together by rolling or plate pressing, simultaneously stretching the suspended film, and forming a cavity between the glass and the suspended film to form the suspended film hollow glass.

The single-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass is obtained by the manufacturing method, and the steps 2) to 4) are repeated to obtain the double-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass and the multi-cavity suspended membrane hollow glass.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention also discloses double-glass suspended membrane hollow glass which comprises two single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass, a spacing frame 2, sealant 5 and structural adhesive 6, wherein the sealant 5 is uniformly coated on two side surfaces of the spacing frame 2 by using a glue spreader, the spacing frame 2 is clamped between the two single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass and is fixed together after being pressed, the structural adhesive 6 is fully coated in a space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer side of the spacing frame 2, and the structural adhesive 6 is cured to form the double-glass suspended membrane hollow glass.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention also discloses a simpler double-glass suspended membrane hollow glass manufactured by using the single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass, one piece of single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass and one piece of flat glass with the same size or two pieces of single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass with the same size are taken, the membrane stretching frame 8 of the one piece of single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass is uniformly coated with the sealant 5 by a glue spreader, the two pieces of glass and the space formed by the outer sides of the membrane stretching frame 8 are filled with the structural glue 6 after combination and pressing, and the structural glue 6 is cured to form the double-glass suspended membrane hollow glass.

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the double-glass-film hollow glass, which comprises the following steps:

1) manufacturing a spacing frame: selecting a spacer bar with proper material and size to manufacture a spacer frame with the same size as that of the single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass;

2) coating a sealant: uniformly coating the sealant on the two bonding surfaces of the spacing frame by using a glue spreader;

3) installing a spacing frame: bonding and fixing the glued spacing frame on one of the single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass;

4) sheet combining and pressing: combining two pieces of single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass together, and performing rolling or plate pressing;

5) gluing: and filling structural adhesive in a space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer side of the spacing frame, and curing the structural adhesive to obtain the double-glass film hollow glass.

The cavity film provided by the invention comprises a spacing frame 2 and two suspension films 3, wherein two opposite sides of four sides of each suspension film 3 are fixed on the spacing frame 2 in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the other two opposite sides are not fixed in a free state, or four sides of each suspension film 3 are fixed on the spacing frame 2 in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, four corners are not fixed, and the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or slotting way, so that the corners of the suspension films are prevented from being wrinkled; two suspension films 3 are respectively fixed on two sides of the spacing frame 2, and a cavity is formed among the suspension films 3, the spacing frame 2 and the suspension films 3 to form a cavity film.

The film is a single-cavity film, and a double-cavity film and a multi-cavity film can be sequentially manufactured.

The invention provides a cavity film with a stretched film frame, which comprises a spacing frame 2, two suspended films 3 and two stretched film frames 8, wherein two opposite edges of four edges of each suspended film 3 are fixed on the spacing frame 2 in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the other two opposite edges are not fixed and are in a free state, or four edges of each suspended film 3 are fixed on the spacing frame 2 in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, four corners are not fixed, and the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or slotting way, so that wrinkles are prevented from being generated at the corners of the suspended films; two suspension films 3 are respectively fixed on two sides of the spacing frame 2, and a cavity is formed among the suspension films 3, the spacing frame 2 and the suspension films 3; the outer sides of the two suspended membranes 3 are respectively provided with a membrane stretching frame 8, the surfaces of the spacing frame 2 corresponding to the membrane stretching frames 8 are provided with convex-concave structures which are matched with each other, the convex-concave structures are positioned at the inner sides of the fixed positions of the suspended membranes 3, and the convex-concave structures are mutually embedded to stretch the suspended membranes 3 when the membrane stretching frames 8 and the spacing frame 2 are pressed.

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the cavity film with the film stretching frame, which comprises the following steps:

1) manufacturing a spacing frame and a film stretching frame: selecting proper materials and manufacturing a die to produce a spacing bar and a film stretching bar with convex-concave structures, and manufacturing a spacing frame and a film stretching frame with corresponding sizes;

2) installing a suspension film: connecting and fixing the upper and lower opposite edges of four edges of the selected suspended film at the upper and lower ends of the spacing frame by one or two methods of bonding, welding or clamping in a mode of cutting after first mounting or cutting after first mounting, wherein the left and right opposite edges are not fixed and are in a free state, the upper and lower edges of the suspended film exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm, and the left and right edges of the suspended film have the same size as the inner ring of the spacing frame; or the four edges of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or slotting way, so that the wrinkles of the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented, and the four edges of the suspended membrane exceed the spacing frame by 2-3 mm; two sides of the spacing frame are respectively provided with a suspension film, and a cavity is formed among the suspension film, the spacing frame and the suspension film;

3) installing a film stretching frame: and coating sealant or not coating the sealant on the spacing frame (or the suspended membrane) or the combination surface of the membrane stretching frame, respectively installing the membrane stretching frame on the outer sides of the two suspended membranes, mutually embedding the convex-concave structures of the spacing frame and the membrane stretching frame together by rolling or plate pressing, and simultaneously stretching the suspended membranes to form a cavity membrane.

The film is a single-cavity film, and a double-cavity film and a multi-cavity film can be sequentially manufactured.

The invention provides a cavity membrane with a membrane stretching frame and supporting strips, which comprises a spacing frame 2, two suspended membranes 3, two membrane stretching frames 8 and supporting strips, wherein the supporting strips are arranged in the spacing frame 2 and are in any geometric patterns, and can play a supporting role for the spacing frame and ensure that the spacing frame 2 is not deformed in the membrane stretching process; two opposite sides of four sides of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame 2 in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the other two opposite sides are not fixed in a free state, or four sides of the suspended membrane 3 are fixed on the spacing frame 2 in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, four corners are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or slotting way, and the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented from being wrinkled; two suspension films 3 are respectively fixed on two sides of the spacing frame 2, and a cavity is formed among the suspension films 3, the spacing frame 2 and the suspension films 3; the outer sides of the two suspended membranes 3 are respectively provided with a membrane stretching frame 8, the surfaces of the spacing frame 2 corresponding to the membrane stretching frames 8 are provided with convex-concave structures which are matched with each other, the convex-concave structures are positioned at the inner sides of the fixed positions of the suspended membranes 3, and the convex-concave structures are mutually embedded to stretch the suspended membranes 3 when the membrane stretching frames 8 and the spacing frame 2 are pressed.

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the cavity film with the film stretching frame and the supporting bars, which comprises the following steps:

1) manufacturing a spacing frame and a film stretching frame: selecting proper materials and manufacturing a die to produce spacing bars and film stretching bars with convex-concave structures, manufacturing spacing frames and film stretching frames with corresponding sizes, mounting support bars in the spacing frames, wherein the support bodies can be made of the same spacing bars or can be manufactured independently, and the support bars mainly play a role in supporting the spacing frames and prevent the large-size spacing frames from deforming due to the tensile force of the films when the films are stretched;

2) installing a suspension film: connecting and fixing the upper and lower opposite edges of four edges of the selected suspended film at the upper and lower ends of the spacing frame by one or two methods of bonding, welding or clamping in a mode of cutting after first mounting or cutting after first mounting, wherein the left and right opposite edges are not fixed and are in a free state, the upper and lower edges of the suspended film exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm, and the left and right edges of the suspended film have the same size as the inner ring of the spacing frame; or the four edges of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are free in the mode of corner cutting, punching or slotting, the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented from being wrinkled, and the four edges of the suspended membrane exceed the spacing frame by 2-3 mm; two sides of the spacing frame are respectively provided with a suspension film, and a cavity is formed among the suspension film, the spacing frame and the suspension film;

3) installing a film stretching frame: and coating sealant or not coating the sealant on the spacing frame (or the suspended membrane) or the combination surface of the membrane stretching frame, respectively installing the membrane stretching frame on the outer sides of the two suspended membranes, mutually embedding the convex-concave structures of the spacing frame and the membrane stretching frame together by rolling or plate pressing, and simultaneously stretching the suspended membranes to form a cavity membrane.

The film is a single-cavity film, and a double-cavity film and a multi-cavity film can be sequentially manufactured.

The invention provides a suspended membrane hollow glass with a cavity membrane, which comprises a front glass 1, a rear glass 4, a membrane stretching frame 8, the cavity membrane, an adhesive and a structural adhesive 6, wherein the membrane stretching frame 8 is bonded at the corresponding positions of the peripheries of the front glass 1 and the rear glass 4 through the adhesive, the adhesive at least contains a quick-drying adhesive 7, the quick-drying adhesive 7 provides enough bonding force in a short time (1-300s), the membrane stretching frame 8 is firmly fixed on the glass, and the membrane stretching frame 8 is ensured not to be displaced in the next membrane stretching process; the cavity film is clamped between the film stretching frames 8 of the front glass 1 and the rear glass 4, the spacing frame 2 and the film stretching frame 8 in the cavity film are provided with convex-concave structures which are matched with each other, the convex-concave structures are positioned at the inner sides of the fixed positions of the suspension films 3, the suspension films 3 on the cavity film can be tightened by mutually embedding the convex-concave structures when the front glass 1 and the rear glass 4 are laminated and pressed, and a cavity is formed between the cavity film and the front glass 1 as well as between the cavity film and the rear glass 4; the space formed by the front glass 1, the rear glass 4, the cavity film and the outer side of the film stretching frame 8 is fully coated with the structural adhesive 6, and the structural adhesive 6 is cured to form the two-glass three-cavity suspended film hollow glass.

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the suspended membrane hollow glass with the cavity membrane, which comprises the following steps:

1) manufacturing glass: cutting two pieces of glass according to the size of the manufactured hollow glass, edging, cleaning and drying, and carrying out toughening treatment if the glass needs to be toughened;

2) manufacturing a spacing frame and a film stretching frame: selecting proper materials and manufacturing a mold to produce a spacing strip and a film stretching strip with convex-concave structures, and manufacturing a spacing frame and a film stretching frame with corresponding sizes and matched convex-concave structures;

3) fixing the film stretching frame: a circle of sealant is applied to the bonding surface of the stretched film frame or the glass to bond the stretched film frame to the glass; quick-drying glue is applied to the contact position of the inner ring or the outer ring of the film stretching frame and the glass, so that the spacing frame is firmly fixed on the glass;

4) manufacturing a cavity film: connecting and fixing the upper and lower opposite edges of the four edges of the selected suspended film at the upper and lower ends of the spacing frame by one or two methods of bonding, welding or clamping in a mode of cutting after first loading or cutting after first loading, wherein the left and right opposite edges are not fixed and are in a free state, the upper and lower edges of the suspended film exceed the spacing frame by 2-3mm, and the left and right edges of the suspended film have the same size as the inner ring of the spacing frame; or the four edges of the suspended membrane are fixed on the spacing frame in one or two ways of bonding, welding or clamping, the four corners are not fixed, the corners are in a free state in a corner cutting, punching or slotting way, so that the wrinkles of the corners of the suspended membrane are prevented, and the four edges of the suspended membrane exceed the spacing frame by 2-3 mm;

5) coating a sealant: uniformly coating the sealant on the bonding surface of the stretched membrane frame by using a glue spreader, or directly coating the sealant on the bonding part of the cavity membrane;

6) installing a cavity film: bonding and fixing the cavity film on one of the film stretching frames of the glass;

7) sheet combining and pressing: the two pieces of glass are combined together and are rolled or pressed to enable the convex-concave structures on the spacing frame and the film stretching frame to be mutually embedded together and simultaneously stretch the suspended film tightly;

8) gluing: and filling structural adhesive in a space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer sides of the spacing frame and the film stretching frame, and curing the structural adhesive to obtain the suspended film hollow glass.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention also discloses a simpler double-glass suspended membrane hollow glass manufactured by utilizing the cavity membrane with the stretched membrane frame, two pieces of flat glass with the size matched with that of the cavity membrane with the stretched membrane frame 8 are taken, the stretched membrane frame 8 of the cavity membrane is uniformly coated with sealant by a glue spreader, the flat glass and the sealant are fixed together after being laminated and pressed, the space formed by the two pieces of glass and the outer side of the stretched membrane frame 8 is filled with the structural adhesive 7, and the structural adhesive 7 is cured to form the double-glass suspended membrane hollow glass.

Wherein:

the glass adopts common glass, ultra-white glass, toughened glass, semi-toughened glass, Low-e glass, colored glaze glass or sandwich glass and the like used by the existing hollow glass, and can also adopt photovoltaic glass, such as transparent cadmium telluride photovoltaic glass or opaque crystalline silicon photovoltaic glass, thin film photovoltaic glass and the like;

the glass is plane glass or cambered surface glass;

the spacing frame 2 is a closed frame which is made of warm edge spacing bars, aluminum spacing bars or stainless steel spacing bars through bending, welding or splicing and the like, preferably the warm edge spacing bars are adopted, and drying agents such as molecular sieves and the like are contained in the spacing bars;

the suspension film 3 is a plastic film such as pvc, pe, ps, pc, pet, pp or pof film, preferably pc, pet, pp or pof film;

the suspension film 3 can be a common film or a functional film, such as a hot mirror film, a color printing film, a color changing film, an infrared ray blocking film, an ultraviolet ray blocking film, a water vapor blocking film and the like;

the suspension film 3 has one to several layers, preferably one to three layers, and a spacing frame is arranged between two adjacent suspension films;

the thickness of the suspension film 3 is 0.005-1mm, preferably 0.01-0.15 mm.

The spacing frame 2 or the cavity can be provided with a lamp or an image-displaying device.

The thickness of the cavity is 1-30mm, preferably 6-15 mm;

the thickness of the cavity is equal or unequal, preferably unequal, for example, from the environment side, the thickness of the cavity is increased in sequence, and the thickness of each cavity can be taken according to an equal difference or equal ratio array, so that the breathing phenomenon of the hollow glass can be more effectively improved, and the heat insulation and sound insulation performance is improved;

the adhesive used for bonding the glass and the spacing frame 2 and the suspended membrane 3 at least comprises a quick-drying adhesive 7, the curing time of the quick-drying adhesive 7 is 1-300 seconds, preferably 10-200 seconds, the requirement of a continuous production line can be met, the quick-drying adhesive 7 can be cured to form bonding force in a production beat, and the movement of the spacing frame 2 or the suspended membrane frame 8 and the wrinkle of the suspended membrane 3 caused by the contraction force of the suspended membrane 3 in the membrane stretching process are prevented; the quick-drying adhesive 7 can be selected from hot melt adhesive, UV adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, AB adhesive, thermosetting phenolic resin adhesive or epoxy resin adhesive and the like; the adhesive can also comprise a sealant, preferably a sealant 5 with good air tightness, such as butyl rubber, hot melt adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive and the like; the adhesive preferably comprises a quick-drying glue 7 and a sealant 5, both glues.

The welding between the spacing frame 2 and the suspension film 3 is preferably ultrasonic welding or welding by a heat sealing machine;

the clamping between the spacing frames 2 and the suspension film 3 is mechanical connection and fixation, preferably, the clamping connection or the mortise and tenon structural connection, namely, the two spacing frames 2 and the suspension film 3 clamped between the two spacing frames are mutually connected and fixed together by utilizing the embedding between the convex-concave structures on the spacing frames 2;

the side surface of each spacing frame 2 is provided with a convex-concave structure, and the adjacent spacing frames 2 can be mutually embedded, so that the spacing frames 2 can be used for positioning and fixing and can also be used for tightening the film surface; or other types of securing and film stretching structures or members, such as projecting wings, lips, etc.;

the wing membranes are arranged at the two free sides of the suspension membrane 3 of the cavity, the wing membranes are fixedly bonded on the spacing frame 2 and are overlapped with the suspension membrane 3, and the width of the overlapped part is preferably 1-10 mm;

the connection between the spacing frame 2 and the suspension film 3 can adopt two modes of bonding, welding or clamping, namely a composite connection and fixation mode.

The cavity can be filled with gas to replace air, such as inert gas argon or greenhouse gas carbon dioxide, so as to improve the heat preservation, heat insulation performance and oxidation resistance, prevent the film from being oxidized, and the like.

The invention also provides a continuous production line for producing the film-suspended hollow glass, which comprises a glass original sheet storage system, a cutting machine, an edge grinding machine, a cleaning machine, a toughening furnace, a spacing frame placing machine, a film covering machine, a film stretching frame placing machine, a film combining machine, a pressing machine, a gluing line, a film discharging machine and a product storage system, and is formed by adding a film covering machine, a film stretching frame placing machine or a cavity film making and placing machine and other equipment on the basis of the existing hollow glass continuous production line and modifying the process, wherein the equipment adopts automatic line connection and can carry out mechanical and continuous production, and the production takt is 2-6 minutes per piece of glass; the whole production line toughening furnace is horizontally installed before the whole production line toughening furnace, and the whole production line toughening furnace is horizontally or vertically installed after the whole production line toughening furnace; the equipment can be increased or decreased according to the configuration of the product, if common glass can omit a toughening furnace, and the single-glass suspended membrane hollow glass can be connected with a sheet discharging machine after coming out of the pressing machine; if the number of the film cavities needs to be increased, the number of the spacing frame placing machines, the film laminating machines and the like needs to be correspondingly increased; the production line also needs to be matched with some conventional equipment used for producing the existing hollow glass, such as a spacer bending machine or a welding machine, a butyl rubber gluing machine, a molecular sieve filling machine and the like.

The technical solution of the present invention is further described with reference to the following specific examples.
