1. A guide bracket for use in a well, the guide bracket being for guiding a tubular as it is being blanked into the well;

The guide bracket according to claim 4, wherein fixing blocks are arranged at the ends of the first support rod and the second support rod, which are far away from the bracket body, and mounting holes are formed in the fixing blocks, and the fixing blocks are fixed on the well chamber through mounting pieces in a penetrating manner.

Background

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the disclosed embodiments provide a guide bracket that at least partially solves the problems in the prior art.

In a first aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a guide bracket for use in a well, the guide bracket being configured to guide a tubular while the tubular is being blanked into the well;

the guide support comprises a support body and guide pulleys, two ends of the support body are fixed to two side walls of the well chamber, and the guide pulleys are sleeved on the support body.

According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the disclosure, fixing pieces are arranged at two ends of the support body and are fixed on two side walls of the well chamber.

According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the fixing member is a screw.

According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the guide bracket further includes a first support rod and a second support rod, the first support rod and the second support rod are respectively connected to the bracket body and located at two sides of the guide pulley, and the first support rod and the second support rod are fixed to the well chamber.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a guide bracket 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided, the guide bracket 100 being used in a well, the guide bracket 100 being used to guide a pipe when the pipe is blanked into the well;

the guide support 100 comprises a support body 10 and guide pulleys 20, two ends of the support body 10 are fixed to two side walls of the well chamber, and the guide pulleys 20 are sleeved on the support body 10.

In the disclosed embodiment, the guide bracket 100 is used in a well, such as in various underground pipes. The guide bracket 100 is used to guide a pipe when blanking the pipe into the well chamber. When a pipe is put into a pipeline, if the pipe is directly pulled by a tractor at the position of a nozzle, the pipe is easily damaged by sand at the edge of the nozzle or rough edges of the nozzle. Because the guide support 100 in the embodiment is arranged in the pipeline, preferably at the height of the pipeline 2/3, the pipe is guided in the pipeline by the guide support 100 to form a structure similar to a pulley, so that the pipe can be smoothly pulled by a tractor, and the damage to the edge of the pipeline opening can be reduced.

The guide bracket 100 in this embodiment includes a bracket body 10 and a guide pulley 20, where the bracket body 10 is fixed on two side walls of the well, specifically, two ends of the bracket body 10 are fixed on two side walls of the well. The holder body 10 is fixed to both side walls of the well, so that the holder body 10 is supported in the well as a main support body, and specifically, the length of the holder body 10 may be designed as needed, for example, the holder body may be supported at a central position of the well, or the length of the holder body 10 may be reduced. The guide pulley 20 is sleeved on the support body 10, specifically, at a central position of the support body 10. In this embodiment, the bracket body 10, the first support bar 31, and the second support bar 32 are all made of steel, but in other embodiments, other materials may be selected.

In this embodiment, fixing members are disposed at two ends of the support body 10, and the fixing members are fixed on two side walls of the well chamber. In this embodiment, the fixing member is a screw 11. The fixing member may be an integral structure with the bracket body 10, or may be a separate structure from the bracket body 10. In this embodiment, the fixing member and the bracket body 10 are of an integrated structure, the fixing member is a screw rod 11, and the screw rods 11 are formed at two ends of the bracket body 10. The screws 11 are screwed into two side walls of the well chamber to form stable fixation.

In addition, the guide bracket 100 further includes a first support bar 31 and a second support bar 32, the first support bar 31 and the second support bar 32 are respectively connected to the bracket body 10 at two sides of the guide pulley 20, and the first support bar 31 and the second support bar 32 are fixed on the well. In this embodiment, the guide bracket 100 further includes a first support bar 31 and a second support bar 32, and the first support bar 31 and the second support bar 32 are used to enhance the fixation of the entire guide bracket 100 in the well. further, the first support rod 31 and the second support rod 32 are far away from one end of the support body 10 is provided with a fixing block 33, a mounting hole is formed in the fixing block 33, and the fixing block 33 is fixed on the well chamber through the mounting piece in a penetrating mode through the mounting hole. The fixed block 33 enlarges the contact surface between the first support rod 31 and the second support rod 32 and the side wall of the well chamber, and is convenient to install. In an embodiment of the disclosure, the mounting member is an expansion screw.

The specific working process is as follows: the bracket body 10 is fixed on two side walls in the well chamber, and the first support rod 31 and the second support rod 32 are obliquely fixed at the well mouth through expansion screws, so that the installation of the guide bracket 100 is completed. In use, the pipe is lapped on one side of the guide pulley 20 and then pulled to a designated position by the traction of the traction machine. The abrasion of the pipe at the pipe opening is reduced through the action of the guide bracket 100. After use, the guide bracket 100 is removed from the well and the subsequent work operations are continued.
