1. The preparation method of the air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens film is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:

2. The method of claim 1, wherein in step 2, the outer protective layer film is an optical-grade PET film with a thickness of 5-250 μm.

3. The method for preparing an air-sealing security lens film as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step 2, the dry film thickness of the glue coating layer is 2-20 μm.

The method for preparing an air-sealing anti-counterfeiting lens film according to claim 3, wherein in the step 2, glue of the glue coating layer is wet-coated on the surface of the outer protective layer film by adopting a wet coating process, and then the glue is heated by an oven to be cured to form the glue coating layer.

5. The method for preparing an air-sealing anti-counterfeiting lens film according to claim 4, wherein in the step 2, the high-viscosity glue is acrylic glue or rubber with high transparency.

The method for preparing an air-sealing anti-counterfeiting lens film according to claim 5, wherein in the step 3, after the glue coating layer is adhered to the top of the spherical cap of the lens layer, the two layers are overlapped in the vertical direction to a thickness of more than 1 micron.

Background

The certificate card ticket, various hot-sale commodity trademarks, marks, packages and the like are counterfeited in a dispute, a consumer often spends a large amount of money but purchases fake commodities, and the loss to manufacturers and the loss of the country are caused in the face of wide complaints of the consumer and counterfeiting of the brand of the consumer; the current counterfeiter approach is more and more advanced, which is also a serious challenge for manufacturers and anti-counterfeiting industries. The commodity anti-counterfeiting has the characteristics of magic height and high height, and the anti-counterfeiting capability of any anti-counterfeiting technology is gradually weakened along with the increase of application time. The market continuously demands anti-counterfeiting technologies with novel characteristics, and the dynamic and naked eye three-dimensional display anti-counterfeiting technology is one of the technologies with novel anti-counterfeiting functions.

With the application development of anti-counterfeiting lens films, the requirements on the thickness of the film are more and more strict; the film produced conventionally at present needs to be coated with an outer protective layer on the surface of the lens for packaging in order to prevent the lens from abrasion, fouling and failure, in order to ensure the imaging reliability of the lens, the outer protective layer needs to be made of a material with a low refractive index, and is packaged by adopting a film coating mode, a UV resin coating mode and the like, so that the thickness of the outer protective layer only reaches 20 μm (the thickness of a product is mainly determined by focal plane focusing, and the packaged product becomes large/thick due to the fact that the difference of the refractive index between the micro-lens layer and the outer protective layer is small, and the thickness of the product is increased), thus the whole thickness of the anti-counterfeiting lens film can reach more than 80 μm, the use of the anti-counterfeiting lens film is influenced, especially, the anti-counterfeiting lens film is difficult to be applied to occasions with higher requirements on flexibility, and only the size of a single anti-counterfeiting lens film can be reduced or the anti-counterfeiting lens film can be applied to the surface of a rigid flat product.

In view of the above problems, there is a need to improve the packaging structure of the anti-counterfeit lens film, so as to reduce the overall film thickness and further meet the market application requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of an air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens film, which aims to effectively reduce the thickness of the whole product on the basis of ensuring the three-dimensional dynamic anti-counterfeiting display effect.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a preparation method of an air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens film, which is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:

step 1: coating a micro-lens array structure on one surface of the transparent substrate layer by using a UV (ultraviolet) forming process to form a lens layer; coating the other surface with a corresponding micro image-text array structure to form an image-text layer; forming a microlens film;

step 2: selecting another transparent substrate as an outer protective layer film, and coating high-viscosity glue on the surface of the outer protective layer film to form a glue coating layer; forming a packaging film;

and step 3: compounding the microlens film formed in the step 1 with the packaging film formed in the step 2; wherein the glue coating layer is attached to the lens layer; the glue coating layer is only attached to the top of the spherical crown of the micro-lens structure, and the rest parts of the micro-lens structure, which are not attached to the glue, seal the air layer inside to form the air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens film.

As a further improvement of the invention, in the step 2, the outer protective layer film is an optical grade PET film, and the thickness is 5-250 microns.

Further, in the step 2, the dry film thickness of the glue coating layer is 2-20 microns.

Further, in the step 2, glue of the glue coating layer is wet coated on the surface of the outer protective layer film by adopting a wet coating process, and then the glue is cured by heating in an oven to form the glue coating layer.

Still further, in the step 2, the high-viscosity glue is high-transparency acrylic glue or rubber.

Still further, in the step 3, after the glue coating layer is adhered to the top of the spherical cap of the lens layer, the thickness of the glue coating layer and the top of the spherical cap in the vertical direction is larger than 1 micron.

On the basis of the direct display type anti-counterfeiting lens film, the thin packaging film is adopted for packaging, so that the product is thinned, and a good dynamic anti-counterfeiting effect can be obtained when water is dripped; and the packaged product can be attached with a transparent material at will by matching with IMD/IMR and other processes.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below with reference to the following figures and specific examples.

When the air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens film is used, as shown in figure 1, people can observe the front surface of the air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens 1 to see amplified pictures and texts.

The specific structure of the air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens 1 is shown in fig. 2, and the air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens comprises an image-text layer 11, a base material layer 12, a lens layer 13, a glue coating layer 14 and an outer protection layer 15 from bottom to top; the outer protective layer 15 is attached to the lens layer 13 through a glue coating layer 14, and an air outer protective layer 16 is formed between the spherical lens of the lens layer 13 and the glue coating layer 14.

The preparation method of the air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens film mainly comprises the following steps:

step 1: coating a microlens array structure on one surface of a transparent substrate layer 12 such as PET (polyethylene terephthalate) by using a UV (ultraviolet) forming process to form a lens layer 13, and coating a corresponding micro image-text array structure on the other surface of the transparent substrate layer to form an image-text layer 11; forming a microlens film;

step 2: selecting another transparent substrate, such as PET as an outer protective layer 15 film, coating high-viscosity glue with the thickness of 1-10 microns on the surface of the transparent substrate to form a glue coating layer 14; adopting a wet coating process or solvent coating, and finally curing after heating in an oven; forming a packaging film;

and step 3: compounding the microlens film formed in the step 1 with the packaging film formed in the step 2; wherein the glue-coated layer 14 is attached to the lens layer 13; controlling the thickness of the glue coating layer 14 to ensure that the glue coating layer 14 can only be attached to the top of the spherical crown of the micro-lens structure, and sealing an air layer inside the micro-lens structure without the other parts which are not attached to glue to form the air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens film; the glue layer 14, when bonded, partially covers the spherical cap of the lens layer 13.

Air encapsulation principle: due to the existence of the air layer packaged in the micro lens material, the refractive index difference between the micro lens material and the air is formed, the thinning of the product is realized, and the product can be optionally bonded with a transparent material and matched with IMD/IMR and other processes.

The specific requirements of the materials of each layer are as follows:

1. an image-text layer 11; the material is as follows: UV resin, thickness: 3-20 microns;

2. a base material layer 12; the material is as follows: optical grade PET, thickness: 12-300 microns;

3. a lens layer 13; the material is as follows: UV resin, thickness: 5-200 microns;

4. a glue-coated layer 14; the material is as follows: high-viscosity glue such as acrylic glue or rubber, and dry film thickness: 2-20 microns; the transparency is more than 80 percent;

the glue layer 14 serves to bond the outer protective layer 15 to the top of the spherical cap of the lens layer 13;

the glue coating layer 14 is adhered to the top of the spherical cap of the lens layer 13, and the overlapping thickness in the vertical direction is more than 1 micron.

The adhesive layer 14 has a high viscosity and a peeling force of more than 100gf on both sides.

5. An outer protective layer 15; the material is as follows: optical grade PET film, thickness: 5-250 microns;

the outer protective layer 15 plays a role in isolating the packaging lens layer 13, and ensures the display effect of the lens;

conventionally, the optical-grade PET film with the thickness of 5-20 microns can realize the external protection effect, but the thickness of the optical-grade PET film used by the external protection layer 15 can be increased in consideration of other application requirements of end products;

6. total thickness of the film product: 26-500 μm;

the air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens film produced by the preparation method of the air-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens film can be as thin as 26 microns as possible, is greatly lower than the thickness (at least 59 microns) of the existing resin-encapsulated anti-counterfeiting lens film, greatly reduces the usage amount of film materials and reduces the material cost.
