1. A method for manufacturing a peep-proof film is characterized by comprising the following steps:

A. the grating device is used for shielding part of light rays emitted by the ultraviolet light source, so that the ultraviolet light rays penetrating through the grating are strip-shaped light rays which are separated at equal intervals;

D. and compounding a protective layer on the surface of the white glue protective layer, and then irradiating an ultraviolet light source to complete white glue curing.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a peep-proof film.

Background

The peep-proof film is an optical film with a shutter grating structure, and the grating structure is used for selectively shielding light of the display to protect privacy and prevent other people around from peeping display contents. At present, the peep-proof film in industry is produced and prepared by transferring a fine concave structure on a white glue layer by using a precise carving coating rod, coating black glue, scraping redundant black glue and compounding the black glue with a protective layer. The coating roller of the scheme is difficult to carve, the grating structure is easy to damage in the process of scraping excessive black glue, and the production cost is high.

As described in chinese patent CN103818074A, after the transparent resin protruding units are engraved, the gaps are filled with black materials, and this scheme is not only difficult to engrave the protruding units, but also difficult to fill the gaps with black materials, and the black materials will cover the transparent protruding units to affect the light transmittance and reduce the use effect.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the peep-proof film manufacturing method in the prior art, the invention provides the peep-proof film manufacturing method which improves the production efficiency and the product using effect.

C. coating photo-curing white glue on the black glue grating structure on the surface of the substrate layer, filling gaps of the black glue grating structure and forming a white glue protective layer on the surface of the black glue grating structure;

D. and compounding a protective layer on the surface of the white glue protective layer, and then irradiating an ultraviolet light source to complete white glue curing.

Preferably, the grating device has a single grating width of 30-50 microns.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the striped parallel light source is prepared by utilizing the grating structure, and the peep-proof film shutter structure prepared by curing the black glue has the characteristics of high speed, high precision, low implementation cost and good peep-proof effect of the product.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.

A method for manufacturing a peep-proof film comprises the following steps:

A. the light emitted by the ultraviolet light source is partially shielded by the grating device, so that the ultraviolet light penetrating through the grating is strip-shaped light at equal intervals, and the width of a single grating of the grating device is preferably controlled to be 30-50 microns.

The surface of a substrate layer (generally PET) is uniformly coated with a photocuring black glue layer, and the substrate layer is sent into stripe-shaped light formed by a grating device for curing.

B. And after the curing is finished, immersing the photocuring black glue layer into a solvent to clean the uncured photocuring black glue to form the black glue grating structure on the surface of the substrate layer, wherein the solvent is generally an organic solvent, and can be any one of toluene, butanone, ethanol, ethyl acetate and cyclohexane.

C. And coating the photo-curing white glue on the black glue grating structure on the surface of the substrate layer, filling gaps of the black glue grating structure and forming a white glue protective layer on the surface of the black glue grating structure.

D. After a protective layer (generally PET) is compounded on the surface of the white glue protective layer, the white glue is cured by irradiating an ultraviolet light source.
