Background

With the popularization of photovoltaic power generation, photovoltaic power stations are increasingly built. The photovoltaic power generation system is small as a resident power generation system, large as a roof photovoltaic power generation system of a commercial and enterprise factory building and a large-scale northwest ground photovoltaic power generation system. A similar problem is encountered in these several use locations: when the angle of the photovoltaic panel is smaller, a small part of accumulated water at the edge of the rain can adsorb dust, so that the power generation efficiency is reduced, and even power generation cannot be performed. The first bottom plate of the fixing piece is provided with a threaded hole, and the screw penetrates through the threaded hole and is in threaded connection with the first bottom plate of the fixing piece.

The drainage device for photovoltaic power generation panels described in CN109617520A is mainly used in specific locations: the side of the photovoltaic panel that is not spliced. Are not suitable for installation between photovoltaic panels.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a water guide assembly for use between photovoltaic panels 26 includes a water guide 1 and a fixing member 2, the water guide 1 includes a first water guide sheet 3 and a second water guide sheet 4, the first water guide sheet 3 and the second water guide sheet 4 are connected together by a connecting member 5 and formed in a shape having a groove 6, the fixing member 2 includes a first fixing clip 7 and a second fixing clip 8, the first fixing clip 7 and the second fixing clip 8 are connected together by a transition member 9 and formed in a shape having a protrusion 10; the bulge 10 is pressed into the groove 6, the first water guide sheet 3 is fixed by the first fixing clamp 7, and the second water guide sheet 4 is fixed by the second fixing clamp 8.

The first water guide sheet 3, the second water guide sheet 4 and the connecting piece 5 are integrally formed by the same soft material; the first fixing clip 7, the second fixing clip 8 and the transition piece 9 are integrally formed by the same metal material. The first water guide sheet 3, the second water guide sheet 4 and the connecting member 5 may be made of a flexible material having elasticity and wettability for water absorption and drainage. The same material is convenient for processing and preparation.

The first fixing clip 7 fixes the first water guide sheet 3 and the second fixing clip 8 fixes the second water guide sheet 4 by pressing the protrusion 10 into the groove 6, so that the water guide member 1 can be rapidly installed between the two photovoltaic panels 26.

As a preferred embodiment, the connecting member 5 includes a first connecting rod 11, a second connecting rod 12 and a connecting piece 13, which are respectively connected to the first water guide piece 3 and the second water guide piece 4, the connecting piece 13 is located between the first connecting rod 11 and the second connecting rod 12, and an arc-shaped transition section 14 is disposed among the first connecting rod 11, the second connecting rod 12 and the connecting piece 13. The arc-shaped transition section 14 has elasticity and cushioning effect, so that the installation is more convenient and the water guide 1 is not easily damaged.

As a further preferred embodiment, the connecting piece 13 is located at a position lower than the first connecting rod 11 and the second connecting rod 12, so that the first connecting rod 11, the second connecting rod 12 and the connecting piece 13 form a recessed area 15, and the protrusion 10 is partially pressed into the recessed area 15, that is, the bottom end portion of the protrusion 10 is pressed into the recessed area 15. The fixing member 2 can be fixed to the water guide 1 better, and the pre-assembly member can be pre-assembled and then installed between the photovoltaic panels 26, so that the installation speed can be increased. The recessed area 15 may serve to fix the fixing member 2 in advance.

In one embodiment, the connecting plate 13 has a first through hole 16 in the middle. The first through hole 16 functions to further improve the cushioning and elastic effects and to provide a drainage space. The transition piece 9 of the fixing piece 2 may be provided with a second through hole 17, the position of the second through hole 17 corresponding to the position of the first through hole 16. The second through hole 17 has the function of preventing water from accumulating in the fixing part 2 and also has a certain positioning function.

As a more preferable embodiment, the side surfaces of the first water guide 1 and the second water guide 1 are provided with the hollow grooves 18. This can further increase the drainage space.

As a preferred embodiment, the first water guiding sheet 3 and the second water guiding sheet 4 each comprise a leading edge surfacing surface 19, a water guiding surface 20 and a water discharging surface 21 which are integrally formed in sequence, the leading edge surfacing surface 19 has a radian for contacting and adhering to the photovoltaic panel 26 downwards, and the water guiding surface 20 is in upward transition relative to the water guiding surface 20; the angle between the drainage surface 21 and the water guiding surface 20 is less than 90 degrees and not less than 85 degrees. For example, the angle between the drainage surface 21 and the water directing surface 20 includes, but is not limited to 88.5 °, 89 °, 89.5 °, and the like.

In this embodiment, the leading edge flashing surface 19 has a curvature for contacting and flashing down the photovoltaic panel 26 so that it can contact the photovoltaic panel 26 sufficiently with its own curvature; the leading water flow surface 20 transitions upwardly relative to the leading water flow surface 20 to direct the water flow out of the photovoltaic panel 26. The included angle between the drainage surface 21 and the water guiding surface 20 is smaller than 90 degrees and not smaller than 85 degrees, so that a gap similar to a horn mouth is formed between the drainage surface 21 and the water guiding surface 20, the water flow can keep flowing continuously, and foreign matters are not easy to block.

In a preferred embodiment, the water guiding surface 20 is provided with a first arc surface 22 extending outwards and integrally formed on both sides thereof, the water discharging surface 21 is provided with a second arc surface 23 extending outwards and integrally formed on both sides thereof, and the first arc surface 22 and the second arc surface 23 are integrally formed and transitionally connected. In a further preferred embodiment, the leading water surface 19 is provided with a notch 24, the middle of the water guiding surface 20 is provided with a concave channel 25, the concave channel 25 leads to the hollow groove 18, and the hollow groove 18 is arranged in the middle of the water discharging surface 21. Thus, it is equivalent to provide a water flow channel along which the water flow can be discharged from the hollow groove 18.
