When the device is in use, firstly, a solar panel 2, an objective table 8, a water reservoir 4 and a water pump 9 are installed according to the position shown in the drawing, then, a wastewater recovery device 3 and a locking device 1 are installed at the specified position of the solar panel 2, finally, a steering mechanism 5, a cleaning device 6 and a branch vibration device 7 are installed on the objective table 8, the branch vibration device 7 is installed on baffle plates 604 on the left side and the right side of the cleaning device 6, the cleaning device 6 is tightly connected with a driving rod 502 by means of a steel wire rope, an electromagnet B505, and the situation that the cleaning device 7 does not shake in the rotating process is ensured. When the device is used, the second hydraulic rod 610 is started first to jack up the cleaning device 6, then the first motor 501 and the second motor 503 are started to control the movement of the steel wire rope, the cleaning device 7 is pulled until the cleaning device abuts against the electromagnet B505, the electromagnet B505 attracts the cleaning device 6, then the first motor 501 and the second motor 503 stop moving, under the rotation of the third motor 508, the cleaning device 6 and the branch vibration device 7 are turned to the solar panel 2 from the objective table 8, the driving wheel 504 reaches the locking device 1, the rotating body formed by the left rotating body 103 and the right rotating body 105 is close to the vertical plate 101, then the electromagnet A102 is electrified to rotate the right rotating body 105 clockwise, and attracts the right rotating body 105 from which the driving wheel 504 is prevented from moving, and then the third motor 508 stops moving. Then the second hydraulic rod 610 moves to put down the sweeping device 6 and the tree branch placing vibration device 7, when the putting down is finished, the roller 611 protrudes out of the bottom end of the baffle 604, the roller 611 is in contact with the solar panel 2, namely, the sweeping device 6 can move on the solar panel 2 by virtue of the roller 611 during the sweeping process, and the bristles 613 of the brush roller 612 are in contact with the solar panel 2 when the putting down is finished; the first hydraulic rod 608 is then retracted, bringing the side rollers 609 into abutment against the edge of the solar panel 2; then the electromagnet B505, the water pump 9, the first motor 501, the second motor 503, the fourth motor 606 and the motor 708 are started, the electromagnet B505 is powered off to separate the cleaning device 6 from the driving rod 502, the cleaning device 6 is lowered down along the solar panel 2 by the pulling force of the steel wire rope under the action of the first motor 501 and the second motor 503 and moves on the solar panel 2 through the side roller 609 and the roller 611, the water pump 9 is started to convey water from the reservoir 4 to the spraying plate 601, the water is sprayed out of the water outlet 60101 of the spraying plate 601 and sprayed to the bristles 613 and the solar panel 2, the movement of the fourth motor 606 can drive the first belt 605 and the second belt 607 to move, so as to drive the two brush rollers 612 to rotate, so as to clean dust on the panel, in the moving process, the scraping strip 61502 at the lower part of the scraping plate 615 scrapes the waste water from the surface of the solar panel 2, the waste water flows to the waste, the waste water in the lower partition 301 is further directed to the filter 303 via the high and low positions, so that the filtered waste water is re-directed to the reservoir 4 for reuse. During the movement of the sweeping device 6 along the solar panel 2, the motor 708 rotates to move the ram 704 under the action of the cam 707, and the branches on the surface of the panel are removed. After the cleaning process is completed, the entire apparatus is returned to the stage 2 in reverse order of operation.
