Background

The electric heating plate is mainly used for laminating machine equipment, the laminating machine equipment is mechanical equipment for laminating multiple layers of materials as the name implies, and the vacuum laminating machine is mechanical equipment for laminating the multiple layers of materials under a vacuum condition; the electric heating of hot plate has two kinds of arrangement methods and structure on the market at present: the first is a dot-matrix thick plate electric heating, which adopts a thick iron plate and is provided with a plurality of short dot-matrix vertical small holes; heating, wherein the thickness of the heating plate is about 75, each small yellow block is a heating group, and the number of the small heating pipes is about 9-16, and the defects are that the thickness of the used iron plate is larger, the power consumption is large, the number of the small heating pipes is large, the temperature uniformity is not well controlled, problems are inconvenient to check, and the like, and the heat preservation and grounding requirements are strict; the other is to adopt a plug-in type electric heating mode, the existing arrangement mode of the heating plate is that the thickness of the heating plate is usually 40-50mm, the length of the heating pipe is usually between 700 and 900mm, and the arrangement distance is about 100 mm; the diameter of the heating hole is phi 13 mm; each heating pipe is heated in two sections; the power and the length of the two sections of heating pipes are different; the edge of the iron plate radiates fast, and the power of the heating pipe is larger; usually, each platinum resistor controls 9-12 heating pipes; the control area is 1.5 square meters. Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an arrangement structure of an electric heating plate, which reduces the manufacturing cost of equipment, simplifies the manufacturing, mounting and overhauling processes and improves the temperature control precision.

The arrangement structure of the electric heating plate comprises the heating plate, wherein the back surface of the heating plate is provided with a plurality of rows of first snake-shaped grooves in an array manner; a snake-shaped right-angled wire column heating pipe is arranged in each first snake-shaped groove; the top surface of each first snake-shaped groove is fixedly provided with a cast aluminum gland through a screw; the cast aluminum gland is provided with a second snake-shaped groove opposite to the first snake-shaped groove; the snakelike right-angle wire column heating pipe is clamped in a cavity formed by the first snakelike groove and the second snakelike groove; one side of the cast aluminum gland is provided with two open grooves; two ends of the snakelike right-angle wire column heating pipe are led out from the open groove; the heating plate is provided with temperature sensors at the adjacent rows of the first snake-shaped grooves; the driver and the temperature sensor of the snake-shaped rectangular wire column heating pipe are electrically connected to the PID adjusting end of the PLC; the PLC is adopted to adjust the starting of the heat-receiving pipe through the PID, the closing time is long, the uniformity of the temperature of the heating plate is guaranteed, the temperature sensor adopts a platinum resistor PT100 which is screwed into the heating plate in a threaded mode to detect and feed back the temperature of the heating plate, the platinum resistor adopts redundant installation, and the platinum resistor adopts two resistors which are in a group respectively and are used for standby.

Further, the serpentine right-angle string heating tube comprises a plurality of straight segments; one end of the straight line section at the end part is provided with a right-angle section clamped with the open groove; the other end is in transition connection with the adjacent straight line section through an arc section; the middle multiple straight line sections are in transition connection through circular arc sections; the adjacent circular arc sections are arranged in a staggered manner from front to back.

Furthermore, support beams are fixed on two sides of the cast aluminum gland of the heating plate; a heat-preservation rock wool plate is arranged between the adjacent support beams; the heat-preservation rock wool board is tightly attached to the cast aluminum gland; and a heat-insulating sealing plate for coating the heat-insulating rock wool plate is arranged between the adjacent supporting beams.

An arrangement mode of an electric heating plate is as follows:

firstly, arranging heating plates, wherein the heating plates are made of 35 mm-thick iron plates, the strength and the heating rate of the iron plates during heating are met, and the back surfaces of the iron plates are provided with first serpentine grooves in four rows and six rows by machining through a milling machine; the first snake-shaped groove is a groove with a semicircular diameter of 14.6 mm; a plurality of screw holes are formed in the first snake-shaped groove; the heating plate adopts an iron plate with the thickness of 35mm, the requirements of strength and heating rate are completely met, the thickness of the heating plate is greatly reduced, raw materials are saved, and the weight of equipment is also reduced; the back of the iron plate is machined with a continuous semicircular groove with the diameter of 14.6mm by a milling machine and is used for clamping and fixing the snakelike right-angle wire column heating pipe, and when the heating plate is machined, a deep hole drill machining mode is not needed to be adopted to machine a large number of deep holes with high precision requirements, so that the machining difficulty is greatly reduced;

secondly, arranging cast aluminum glands; integrally casting a second snake-shaped groove with the same structure as the first snake-shaped groove on the aluminum plate; meanwhile, open grooves are formed in the two ends of the second snake-shaped groove of the aluminum plate; arranging a plurality of rows of through holes on the aluminum plate; the cast aluminum gland is easy to process, light in weight and convenient to install and maintain later.

Thirdly, mounting the snakelike right-angle wire column heating pipe, clamping the snakelike right-angle wire column heating pipe to the first snakelike groove, simultaneously covering the first snake-like groove with a cast aluminum pressing cover, and enabling two ends of the snakelike right-angle wire column heating pipe to penetrate out of the open groove; pressing a second snake-shaped groove on the bottom surface of the cast aluminum gland with the upper surface of the snake-shaped right-angled wire column heating pipe; finally, fixing the through hole on the cast aluminum gland and the screw hole on the heating plate through screws; the heating plate with the structure can be directly mounted, dismounted and replaced from the lower part; the snakelike right-angle wire column heating pipe is convenient to disassemble and assemble, large in temperature control range, high in control precision, low in electric appliance cost and suitable for all types of electric heating plates, and can well solve the problems that the existing opposite-insertion type electric heating mode and the existing dot-matrix thick plate electric heating mode need to completely disassemble parts on two side faces, especially a chain of a transmission part, an oil cylinder part of a lifting structure and the like, and the transmission part and the lifting part need to be debugged again after the replacement is finished, so that the heating pipe is very inconvenient; the arrangement structure of the electric heating plate is characterized in that the arrangement structure takes an electric heating plate with the external shape of 4890 × 2560mm as an example, compared with electric heating pipes adopting a 'plug-in type electric heating mode' and a 'dot matrix thick plate electric heating mode', the number of the electric heating pipes adopting the scheme is 24, the number of the electric heating pipes adopting the structure of the 'plug-in type electric heating mode' is about 90, and the number of the electric heating pipes adopting the 'dot matrix thick plate electric heating mode' is about 300; therefore, the number of the heating pipes required by the scheme is much smaller, so that the defects of more heating pipes, poor temperature uniformity control, inconvenient problem troubleshooting, strict requirements on heat preservation and grounding and the like caused by two methods adopted at present are avoided;

finally, arranging a temperature control system; the platinum resistor is arranged on the heating plate and electrically connected to a temperature controller, and the temperature controller is electrically connected with the snakelike right-angle wire column heating pipe.

Compared with the prior art, the arrangement structure of the electric heating plate of the invention,

(1) raw materials are saved, and the weight of the equipment is reduced;

(2) the manufacturing is simple, and particularly, the processing of a plurality of deep holes is omitted, the processing working hour of equipment is shortened, and the manufacturing cost is reduced;

(3) the heating pipe is convenient to mount and dismount, and is beneficial to maintenance and overhaul of equipment;

(4) the heating pipes are few in quantity, so that the problems are conveniently checked, the control precision is high, the cost of the electric appliance is low, and the electric heating plate is suitable for all types of electric heating plates.
