9. Hair curler according to claim 7, characterized in that said handle (1) comprises an upper handle cover (11) and a lower handle cover (12) which are removably connected, said lower handle cover (12) being connected to said hair roller (2) by means of an adapter (8).

10. A hair curler as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that said adaptor (8) is provided with a fixed shaft (81), and said rocker (4) is provided with a mounting hole (41) for a rotatable engagement with said fixed shaft (81).

Technical Field

Background

As a hand-held hair curling appliance for curling hair, a hair curler is widely used in daily life.

The hair curler generally comprises a handle part and a heating winding drum part, wherein the heating winding drum part comprises a clamping piece and a winding drum body, the clamping piece is connected with a rotatable wane, the clamping piece can be tilted by pressing the wane, and a certain gap is formed between the clamping piece and the winding drum body so as to clamp hair; when the wane is loosened, the clamping piece is reset to clamp the tail part of the hair, and the hair is slowly curled to the root of the hair under the condition that the heating winding drum part generates heat, so that the hair curls.

However, in the prior art, the clamping force of the clamping pieces is fixed, i.e., the clamping force on the hair is not adjustable, which is inconvenient for the user.

Therefore, it is an urgent problem to be solved by those skilled in the art to provide a hair curler with adjustable clamping force.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a curling iron with adjustable clip pressure.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The invention provides a hair curler which mainly comprises a handle 1, a hair roller 2, a clamping piece 3, a warping plate 4, an elastic piece 5, a pressing piece 6 and the like.

Specifically, the handle 1 is connected with the hair roller 2, and the clamping piece 3 is used for clamping hair in cooperation with the hair roller 2 to achieve hair curling.

More importantly, the pressing piece 6 is movably connected with the handle 1, when the pressing piece 6 moves relative to the handle 1, the deformation amount of the elastic piece 5 is changed, so that the pressure exerted by the elastic piece 5 on the warping plate 4 is changed, and the pressure exerted by the clamping piece 3 on the hair roller 2 is changed.

That is, the hair curler provided by the present invention applies different pressures to the elastic member 5 by arranging the movable pressing member 6 and utilizing the movement of the pressing member 6 relative to the handle 1, so as to change the deformation amount of the elastic member 5, further change the pressure applied by the elastic member 5 to the rocker 4, and finally adjust the pressure generated by the clip 3 to the hair roller 2. Therefore, when the pressure adjusting device is used, a user can adjust the pressure of the clamping piece 3 according to actual needs so as to meet the requirements of the user on the pressure of different clamping pieces 3 and bring convenience to the user.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the specific structure of the pressing member 6 and the specific connection manner between the pressing member 6 and the handle 1, for example, the pressing member 6 may be an adjusting screw, and the adjusting screw is screwed with the handle 1, so that the position of the adjusting screw is changed by rotating the adjusting screw, and the adjusting screw pushes the elastic member 5 to compress or causes the elastic member 5 to rebound.

Of course, the adjustment of the pressure of the elastic element 5 may also be achieved by matching an adjusting nut with a stud, for example, by screwing the adjusting nut to move the stud in its axial direction, thereby changing the pressure exerted by the stud and the elastic element 5.

In view of the convenience of adjustment, it is preferable that the pressing member 6 is rotatably connected to the handle 1 based on the above-mentioned embodiment, one end of the pressing member 6 facing the elastic member 5 has a height surface 61 with unevenness, and different height positions of the height surface 61 are abutted against the elastic member 5 when the pressing member 6 is rotated relative to the handle 1.

That is, the pressing member 6 in this embodiment is a knob provided on the handle 1, and by rotating the knob, different height positions of the high and low surfaces 61 of the knob are brought into contact with the elastic member 5, so as to change the expansion and contraction of the elastic member 5, and change the deformation amount of the elastic member 5 and the pressure generated by the elastic member 5 on the rocker 4.

In the present embodiment, the specific shape of the high-low surface 61 is not limited, and the high-low surface 61 is preferably an annular high-low surface 61, and more preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the high-low surface 61 is a symmetrical high-low surface 61. Of course, as shown in fig. 7, the high-low surface 61 may be an asymmetric high-low surface 61.

It should be noted that, the pressing member 6 can realize circumferential limiting of the pressing member 6 through a limiting structure between the pressing member 6 and the handle 1, so that the pressing member 6 can be positioned at different circumferential positions, that is, the pressing member 6 has different gears, and the clamping pieces 3 have different determined pressures at different gears, so as to facilitate adjustment by a user.

In consideration of the realization of a specific limiting structure between the pressing member 6 and the handle 1, on the basis of the above embodiment, the assembly hole of the handle 1 for assembling the pressing member 6 is provided with at least two first bosses 121, the outer periphery of the pressing member 6 is provided with a second boss 62 with elasticity, and when the pressing member 6 is rotated, the second boss 62 is matched with different first bosses 121 for limiting, so as to position the pressing member 6 at different circumferential positions, and enable the high-low surface 61 to apply different pressures to the elastic member 5.

It can be understood that, because the second boss 62 has elasticity, when the pressing member 6 is rotated, the second boss 62 can rotate the salient point of the first boss 121, when the second boss 62 just rotates away from the first boss 121, the second boss 62 springs out and resets under the action of its own elastic restoring force, and the second boss 62 abuts against the side surface of the first boss 121, so that the circumferential limit of the pressing member 6 is realized.

It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the specific number of the first bosses 121 is not limited, and the larger the number of the first bosses 121 is, the larger the number of the shift positions of the pressing member 6 is.

In addition, the specific number of the second bosses 62 is not limited in the embodiment, and it can be understood that a plurality of second bosses 62 may be provided, so that the plurality of second bosses 62 are simultaneously matched with different first bosses 121 for limiting, so as to improve the stability of circumferential limiting of the pressing member 6.

Preferably, the number of the first bosses 121 is six, and the six first bosses 121 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the assembly hole of the handle 1; the number of the second bosses 62 is two, and the two second bosses 62 are symmetrically arranged. It can be understood that the cantilever-shaped second projection 62 can be pressed into the inner hole of the pressing member 6 under the compression of the first projection 121, and when the second projection 62 crosses the highest point (i.e. the second end) of the first projection 121, the second projection 62 can be ejected and reset, so that the free end of the second projection 62 abuts against the side surface opposite to the second end of the first projection 121, thereby achieving the unidirectional limiting effect.

Further, in order to prevent the pressing member 6 from being separated from the handle 1 and ensure the reliability of the rotatable connection between the pressing member 6 and the handle 1, on the basis of the above embodiment, the outer periphery of the pressing member 6 is provided with a buckle 63, and the handle 1 is provided with a clamping groove for being matched and clamped with the buckle 63.

That is to say, after the pressing member 6 is assembled with the handle 1, the buckle 63 is in fit clamping connection with the clamping groove, so that the pressing member 6 is limited along the deformation direction of the elastic member 5, and the pressing member 6 is prevented from being separated from the handle 1.

It can be understood that the clamping groove is an annular clamping groove which is communicated with the circumferential direction and is arranged on the inner circumferential portion of the assembling hole, so that when the pressing piece 6 rotates, the clamping buckle 63 rotates along the circumferential direction of the clamping groove, and the clamping groove is prevented from interfering with the rotation of the pressing piece 6.

In view of the stability of the pressing member 6 to apply pressure to the elastic member 5, on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment, the handle 1 further comprises an adapter 7 for being assembled with an end of the elastic member 5 away from the rocker 4, and the pressing member 6 applies pressure to the elastic member 5 through the adapter 7.

That is to say, elastic component 5 in this embodiment, one end links to each other with wane 4, and the other end assembles with adapter 7, and preferably, adapter 7 is equipped with the recess that is used for holding the one end that elastic component 5 kept away from wane 4, and the tip of elastic component 5 offsets with the tank bottom of recess, and the cell wall of recess plays spacing and guide's effect to this end of elastic component 5, avoids elastic component 5 skew etc..

In order to make the adaptor base 7 move only along the extension and contraction direction of the elastic element 5, and avoid the rotation thereof, etc., it is preferable that the handle 1 is provided with a guide groove 123 for guiding the adaptor base 7, and the adaptor base 7 is provided with a slider 72 for sliding in cooperation with the guide groove 123.

Preferably, the high-low surface 61 is a symmetrical high-low surface 61; the number of the rotation shafts 71 is two, and the two rotation shafts 71 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the adapter 7.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, two symmetrical slide blocks 72 are disposed on the outer side wall of the adapter 7, the slide blocks 72 are provided with shaft holes, and the rotating shaft 71 is connected with the shaft holes in a matching manner.

In view of the ease of assembly, the handle 1 comprises, on the basis of the above-described embodiment, an upper handle cover 11 and a lower handle cover 12, which are detachably connected, the lower handle cover 12 being connected to the hair roller 2 via the adapter 8.

Preferably, the handle lower cover 12 is snap-fitted with the adaptor 8; the handle upper cover 11 and the handle lower cover 12 are detachably connected through screws.

Preferably, the pressing piece 6 is movably connected with the handle lower cover 12; the rocker 4 is connected to the adapter 8.

In view of the specific connection of the rocker 4 to the adaptor 8, on the basis of the above-described embodiment, the adaptor 8 is provided with a fixed shaft 81, and the rocker 4 is provided with a mounting hole 41 for rotationally cooperating with the fixed shaft 81.

That is, in this embodiment, the rocker 4 is connected to the handle 1 via the adaptor 8. When rocker 4 is pressed, rocker 4 rotates about fixed shaft 81 on pivot connection 8.

It is further noted that, in the present specification, relational terms such as first and second, and the like are used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions.
