When bleeding occurs, the right index finger can be used for poking back the rotating lantern ring 401 of the rotator 4 immediately, the telescopic electrocoagulation hook 1 is hidden in the suction tube 3, the traditional laparoscopic aspirator is changed into the laparoscopic aspirator for sucking accumulated blood, if the bleeding speed is not fast, the right index finger can be used for pushing out the rotating lantern ring 401 of the rotator 4 forwards after the wound surface accumulated blood is sucked completely, the electrocoagulation hook is used for accurately stopping bleeding, if the bleeding speed is fast, the telescopic electrocoagulation hook 1 is fixed at the suction pipe opening, and the accurate electrocoagulation stopping bleeding is performed during suction.
