Detailed Description

In this embodiment, the top splint 2.3 has a first elongated hole 20 formed on the plate surface; a connecting hole 21 is formed in the position, corresponding to the first strip hole 20, of the adapter plate 2.4; the adjusting bolt 2.5 is correspondingly arranged in the first strip hole 20 and the connecting hole 21 in a penetrating way.

In this embodiment, the lower connecting member 3 includes a lower anchor plate 3.1, a lower anchor rib 3.2 and a bottom inserting plate 3.3; the lower anchor plate 3.1 is anchored on the top surface of the floor slab 8 at a position close to the edge; the lower anchor bars 3.2 are connected to the bottom of the lower anchor plate 3.1 and anchored in the floor slab 8; the bottom inserting plate 3.3 is welded and connected to the top surface of the lower anchor plate 3.1, the inner section of the bottom inserting plate 3.3 is welded and connected with the lower anchor plate 3.1, and the outer section of the bottom inserting plate 3.3 is cantilevered out of the outer side surface of the floor slab 8; the bottom inserting plate 3.3 is inserted at the bottom of the vertical keel 4 and connected through a second connecting bolt 22.

In the embodiment, the longitudinal section of the transverse keel 5 is in an inverted U shape, and a transverse strip-shaped clamping groove 23 is arranged at the top of the transverse keel 5 and close to the outer side surface; a horizontal partition plate 24 is arranged at the upper part of the inner cavity of the transverse keel 5; a baffle plate 25 is arranged below the horizontal partition plate 24 and close to the lower end of the transverse keel 5; the number of the baffles 25 is two, and the baffles are respectively connected to two side walls of the inner cavity of the transverse keel 5.

In this embodiment, the upper anchor bar 2.2 is in a horizontal T shape; the lower anchor bars 3.2 are inverted T-shaped.

The construction method of the curtain wall keel reverse installation system comprises the following steps.

Step one, positioning and installing an upper connecting piece 2 and a lower connecting piece 3 according to a design drawing; a bottom inserting plate 3.3 of the vertical keel 4 is welded on the lower anchor plate 3.1 and used as a bottom inserting piece of the vertical keel 4; the adapter plates 2.4 at the tops of the vertical keels 4 are respectively made of L-shaped hot-dip galvanized steel plates, and the outer sides of the adapter plates 2.4 are adjustably connected with the top clamping plate 2.3 through adjusting bolts 2.5; the inner end of the adapter plate 2.4 is welded to the upper anchor plate 2.1.

And step two, mounting the vertical keel 4, wherein the specific mounting method is as follows.

Step A, checking the model and specification of the vertical keel 4.

And step B, checking the number in place.

And step C, sleeving the lower end of the vertical keel 4 on the bottom inserting plate 3.3.

And D, penetrating the first connecting bolt 2.6 to fix the upper end of the vertical keel 4.

And E, adjusting the three-dimensional direction of the vertical keel 4.

And step three, installing the transverse keel, wherein the specific installation method is as follows.

And a, checking the model and specification of the transverse keel 5.

And b, installing the inserting cores 14 at the two ends of the transverse keel 5, and fixing by adopting self-tapping screws 29.

And c, inserting the screw tail taper pin 15 into the inserting hole 28.

And d, compressing the screw tail taper pin 15 to enable the transverse keel 5 to be installed between the two vertical keels 4.

And e, adjusting the three-dimensional direction of the transverse keel 5.

Step four, installing a glass curtain wall plate 6;

and step five, injecting glue.

And step six, mounting the decorative plate 7 until the construction is finished.
