The conductive ink comprises the following components in parts by weight:

Figure BDA0002038970860000041

in the sanitary nursing article, the resin is selected from polyester polyurethane and/or polyether polyurethane.

In the sanitary care product provided by the invention, the dispersant is selected from one or more of polyurethane dispersant, polyacrylate dispersant and acrylic copolymer dispersant.

In the sanitary care product provided by the invention, the defoaming agent is selected from one or more of dimethyl silicone oil, polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent and polysiloxane defoaming agent.

In the sanitary care product provided by the invention, the leveling agent is selected from one or more of silicone oil, polyacrylate leveling agent and silane leveling agent.

In the sanitary care product provided by the invention, the raw material of the conductive ink also comprises an organic solvent, but the organic solvent is volatilized in the process of forming the first conductive wire and/or the second conductive wire, and the organic solvent is selected from one or more of ethyl acetate, ethylene glycol butyl ether, dibasic ester and ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate.

The organic solvent comprises the following components in parts by weight:

in the sanitary nursing article provided by the invention, the contact layer 11 refers to a layer of the sanitary nursing article used for contacting with a human body, and specifically, the contact layer 11 is made of non-woven fabric. The absorption layer 12 refers to a layer of sanitary care product for absorbing feces and urine, and specifically, the absorption layer 12 comprises a mixed layer of wood pulp and high-molecular water-absorbent resin. In another embodiment, in order to prevent the fluffy wood pulp from being too dispersed and also to prevent the resin particles from being too dispersed, paper layers (such as toilet paper) are laid above and below the mixed layer, respectively. The substrate layer 131 is a layer of a sanitary care product for preventing leakage of urine and feces, and may specifically adopt a PE film, a PE composite film, a PE adhesive film, etc., wherein PE (polyethylene) is a short term for polyethylene material, and polyethylene is a thermoplastic resin prepared by polymerizing ethylene.

In the sanitary nursing article provided by the invention, the area of the contact layer 11 and the area of the basal layer 131 are respectively larger than the area of the absorption layer 12; the pattern formed by the first conductive wires 21 and/or the second conductive wires 22 is adapted to the position of the absorption layer 12, wherein the contact layer 11 is adapted to the size of the base layer 131, and the size of the contact layer determines the frame of the sanitary care product, and the size of the absorption layer 12 is slightly smaller than the size of the contact layer 11 and the base layer 131, for example: if the frame of the sanitary care product is 60cm by 90cm, the absorbent layer 12 may be 50cm by 80cm, 60 by 60cm, 60 by 45cm, or the like. Referring to fig. 2A, fig. 2A is a schematic structural diagram of a first conductive wire and a second conductive wire of the sanitary care product of the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 2A, the area indicated by the dashed line is where the absorbent layer 12 is located, i.e., there is no absorbent layer 12 between the dashed line and the frame of the sanitary-care product. The position of the pattern formed by the first conductive line 21 and/or the second conductive line 22 is adapted to the position of the absorption layer 12, thereby improving the monitoring efficiency of urination.

In the health care product provided by the present invention, the first conductive wire 21 and the second conductive wire 22 are usually not conducted before contacting with the water body, and when a sufficient amount of water enters between the absorption layer 12 and the substrate layer 131, the first conductive wire 21 and the second conductive wire 22 can be conducted through the water body, and usually a suitable distance is required between the first conductive wire 21 and the second conductive wire 22, for example, the distance between the first conductive wire 21 and the second conductive wire 22 is 1mm to 500 mm. Specifically, the first conductive lines 21 and the second conductive lines 22 are alternately arranged. The first conductive wire 21 is led out by a first conductive wire outgoing wire 211, the second conductive wire 22 is led out by a second conductive wire outgoing wire 221, and the first conductive wire outgoing wire 211 and the second conductive wire outgoing wire 221 are gathered at one side of the health care product. More specifically, the first conductive line drawing line 211 and the second conductive line drawing line 221 are gathered in a parallel manner. First electric lead wire lead-out wire 211 and second electric lead wire lead-out wire 221 are connected with health care supplies monitoring devices, when first electric lead wire 211 and second electric lead wire lead-out wire 221 do not switch on, monitoring devices can not monitor the signal, first electric lead wire 211 and second electric lead wire lead-out wire 221 switch on the back, but real-time supervision health care supplies such as urine pad are urinated and defecate or not.

More specifically, the sanitary care product is provided with positioning parts 31-34 at the gathering position. Specifically, the positioning portions 31 to 34 include, but are not limited to, patterns printed on the surface of the sanitary care product, depressions etched on the surface of the sanitary care product, and the like. The positioning parts 31 to 34 are used for limiting the clamping position of the health care product monitoring device, so that when the related personnel clamp the health care product monitoring device at the position indicated by the positioning parts 31 to 34, the probe of the health care product monitoring device can be accurately and electrically connected with the first conductive lead wire 211 and the second conductive lead wire 221. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view showing an external structure of the sanitary care product monitoring device. The shell of the health care product monitoring device is provided with a clamping part, and the upper surface of the clamping part is provided with a positive electrode probe 41, a negative electrode probe 42 and an induction electrode probe 43. The positive probe 41 is electrically connected to the positive electrode of the power supply module, the negative probe 42 is electrically connected to an input terminal of the comparison sensing module, and the sensing probe 43 is electrically connected to the processing module.

Referring to fig. 2B, fig. 2B is a schematic structural diagram of a first conductive wire and a second conductive wire of an intelligent health care product in another embodiment. Unlike the design of fig. 2A in which the first conductive lines 21 and the second conductive lines 22 are both linear, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2B, the first conductive lines 21 and the second conductive lines 22 both adopt a diagonal design, which is beneficial to improving the yield of printing.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the aforementioned sanitary care article, the method comprising: providing a mixture of conductive ink and a diluent, and printing the mixture on a substrate layer to obtain a conductive substrate layer; bonding the contact layer, the absorption layer and the conductive substrate layer. The printing method is one of gravure printing, inkjet printing and transfer printing, and gravure printing is preferred.

In the preparation method of the sanitary care product provided by the invention, the diluent is selected from one or more of ethyl acetate, alcohol, aldehyde and ketone.

In the preparation method of the sanitary care product provided by the invention, the gravure printing is to print an electrode pattern (not limited to the electrode pattern in fig. 2A) on the substrate layer by a gravure printing machine, and then dry and roll the substrate layer (by drying at 40-70 degrees with hot air). The production equipment adopts an image identification positioning cutting technology to ensure that the printed pattern is aligned with the absorption layer. Because the rest production process is similar to the production process of common sanitary care products, such as: the automatic production equipment for the health care products sequentially bonds the conductive substrate layer, the absorption layer and the contact layer through the hot melt adhesive and the like, so the details are not described here.

According to the invention, the first conductive wire 21 and the second conductive wire 22 are arranged on the substrate layer of the health care product, the first conductive wire 21 and the second conductive wire 22 of the conductive ink are printed on the substrate layer 131 by using the gravure printing technology, the detection of large-range defecation can be realized by matching with a health care product monitoring device, meanwhile, the conductive substrate layer printed with the conductive ink has good bending resistance and extensibility, the first conductive wire 21 and the second conductive wire 22 can be well attached to the substrate layer 131, so that the conductive ink is not easy to peel off and break, and the resistance changes by less than 50% before and after bending.

The sanitary nursing article of the present invention includes urine pad, paper diaper, etc.

The following examples are provided to further illustrate the advantageous effects of the present invention.
