Background

Blackheads are hardened lipid plugs, mainly "plugs" of sebum, cell debris and bacteria, which are formed at the opening of the hair follicle. Paeonol: is an effective component extracted from dried root bark of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. Paeonol is white or yellowish needle crystal with luster, and colorless needle crystal (ethanol). Melting point 49-51 deg.C, special smell, slightly spicy taste, easy to dissolve in ethanol and methanol, soluble in diethyl ether, acetone, benzene, chloroform and carbon disulfide, slightly soluble in water, soluble in hot water, insoluble in cold water, and capable of volatilizing with water vapor. In the composition, the paeonol has the functions of sedation, hypnosis, antibiosis, anti-inflammation and antioxidation, and has strong activity and low toxic and side effect.
