Background

Please refer to the patent of taiwan patent No. M451141, "heater with fragrance capsule and the fragrance capsule (1)", which discloses a heater with fragrance capsule, comprising: a heating base having an accommodating space; the fragrance capsule is placed in the accommodating space; and a covering member for covering the fragrance capsule, wherein the fragrance capsule comprises: a high temperature resistant vessel in contact with the heating base, the high temperature resistant vessel having an opening; a fragrance block placed in the high temperature resistant container; and the sealing cover is used for sealing the opening so as to seal the fragrance block in the high-temperature-resistant container, and when a user uses the fragrance capsule, the sealing cover can be torn off firstly, and then the high-temperature-resistant container with the fragrance block is placed in the accommodating space.

However, in the heater having the above-described structure, the fragrance capsule is heated by electrically heating the fragrance capsule, and the fragrance block can emit fragrance, but after the fragrance is emitted, the diffusion of the fragrance is very slow in such a manner that the fragrance is diffused only from a region having a high concentration to a region having a low concentration, and it takes a very long time to fill the entire indoor space with the fragrance.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the combustion device not only can provide ornamental purposes, but also can emit fragrance, and the fragrance device can be used as a windshield of the combustor.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a perspective external view and a perspective exploded view of a combustion device with a fragrance effect according to the present invention are shown. The combustion apparatus 10 of the present invention comprises a burner 20 and a fragrance container 30; wherein:

fig. 3 to fig. 6 are a plan view and a sectional structure of the combustion device with fragrance effect according to the present invention. The burner 20 is provided with a tip 21, which tip 21 is provided with a combustion portion 22.

The burner 20 is provided with a bottom end 23 opposite to the top end 21, the burner 20 comprises a fuel container 24 and a core body 25, the fuel container 24 comprises a wide portion 241 and a narrow portion 242, the wide portion 241 is adjacent to the bottom end 23, the width of the narrow portion 242 in the horizontal direction is smaller than that of the wide portion 241, the narrow portion 242 is adjacent to the top end 21, one end of the narrow portion 242 opposite to the wide portion 241 is provided with an opening 243, one end of the core body 25 is inserted into the fuel container 24 through the opening 243, and the other end of the core body is provided with the combustion part 22.

The fragrance container 30 includes a holder 31 and a fragrance box 32, the holder 31 is disposed on the top end 21, the holder 31 is provided with an inner wall 311 and an outer wall 312, the inner wall 311 extends along a vertical direction, the inner wall 311 surrounds the narrow portion 242, one end of the inner wall 311 adjacent to the burner 20 abuts against an outer end surface of one side of the wide portion 241 adjacent to the narrow portion 242, the inner wall 311 is sleeved around the combustion portion 22, the outer wall 312 extends along the vertical direction and surrounds the outer side of the inner wall 311 along a horizontal direction, an accommodating space 313 is disposed between the inner wall 311 and the outer wall 312, and the fragrance box 32 is disposed in the accommodating space 313.

The rack 31 is provided with at least one connecting rib 314, the connecting rib 314 extends along a vertical direction, the connecting rib 314 is disposed in the accommodating space 313, one side of the connecting rib 314 along a horizontal direction is connected to the inner wall 311, and the other side is connected to the outer wall 312. One end of the four connecting ribs 314 adjacent to the burner 20 abuts against the outer end surface of the wide portion 241 adjacent to the narrow portion 242, the outer wall 312 does not contact the fuel container 24, and the accommodating space 313 is communicated with the outside through a gap between the bottom end of the outer wall 312 in the vertical direction and the fuel container 24.

The fragrance device 30 is provided with an upper cover 33, the upper cover 33 abuts against one end of the inner wall 311 opposite to the burner 20 along the vertical direction, a through hole 331 and a plurality of through holes 332 are formed in the upper cover 33, the through hole 331 corresponds to the burning portion 22, one end of the accommodating space 313 opposite to the burner 20 is communicated with the outside through the plurality of through holes 332, and the outer periphery of the upper cover 33 along the horizontal direction corresponds to the inner surface of the outer wall 312 along the horizontal direction.

The rack 31 is an integrally formed structure, the inner wall 311 and the outer wall 312 are in a shape of a circular tube, the central axes of the circular tubes of the inner wall 311 and the outer wall 312 are the same, and the four connecting ribs 314 are in a shape of a sheet.

The material of the rack 31 can be ceramic, glass, aluminum alloy or the like, after the burner 20 is ignited, the temperature of the rack 31 can be raised by the heat energy emitted by the burner 20, the fragrance box 32 is heated by the burner 20 along with the rack 31, the fragrance wax in the fragrance box 32 is melted by heat, and then the fragrance particles are released and emitted to the air through the plurality of through holes 332, and the efficiency of the fragrance box 32 for scattering the fragrance particles can be improved by heating the fragrance box 32 through the burner 20. The burner device 10 can provide not only a decorative purpose but also emit fragrance, and the fragrance applicator 30 can serve as a windshield for the burner 20.
