a hinge bracket;

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the present invention is directed to solve the technical problem of the prior art that the auxiliary screen cannot be conveniently used in a folded or unfolded state due to the fact that the hinge structure cannot adjust the angle of the auxiliary screen, and provides a hinge structure and an electronic device.

According to a first aspect, the present invention provides a hinge structure comprising: a hinge bracket; the hinge bracket is rotatably supported by the hinge bracket, the hinge bracket is provided with an installation part and a first gear, the installation part drives the rotating shaft to rotate when rotating, and the rotating shaft drives the first gear to rotate when rotating; the transmission assembly comprises a rotating part and a second gear, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the rotating part; the second gear is meshed with the first gear for rotation; a cavity for accommodating the first gear and the second gear is formed in the rotating part, the rotating part is provided with internal teeth meshed with the second gear, and the rotating part is driven to rotate along the rotating shaft when the second gear rotates; the sliding limiting part is arranged on the rotating shaft, a sliding rod and a sliding groove which are matched with each other are arranged on the sliding limiting part and the rotating part, and the sliding groove is an arc-shaped groove; the sliding rod slides in the sliding groove to limit the rotating angle of the rotating part.

The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following advantages:

1. according to the hinge structure provided by the invention, the first gear on the rotating shaft drives the second gears which are mutually meshed to rotate, and the second gear drives the rotating part with the inner teeth to rotate, so that the rotating part and the first gear rotate in opposite directions, and therefore, in the unfolding or folding process of the electronic equipment, the first machine body and the third machine body rotate in opposite directions, the angle of the third machine body can be flexibly adjusted, the third machine body cannot be covered by the first machine body in the folding state of the electronic equipment, and forms a certain angle with the second machine body in the unfolding state, so that a user can conveniently look up the hinge structure, and the electronic equipment can conveniently use the third machine body in the unfolding or folding states.

The rotation shaft 2 passes through the through hole of the rotation part 31, the first gear 22 on the rotation shaft 2 is meshed with the second gear 32 for rotation, and the second gear 32 is rotatably supported by the hinge bracket 1. Referring to fig. 1-5, the sliding limiting member 4 is disposed on the rotating shaft 2, the sliding limiting member 4 and the rotating portion 31 are disposed with a sliding rod 41 and a sliding slot 312 that are engaged with each other, one end of the axis of the second gear 32 in the rotating assembly 3 passes through a through hole of the sliding limiting member 4, the other end passes through the sliding slot 312 of the rotating portion 31 and is connected with the upper slot of the hinge bracket 1, and the second gear 32 is rotatably supported by the sliding limiting member 4 and the hinge bracket 1. The sliding rod 41 is disposed on the sliding limiting member 4, and is parallel to the rotating shaft 2, and may be one or more, the sliding slot 312 is disposed on the rotating portion 31, the sliding slot 312 is an arc-shaped slot, and the sliding rod 41 on the sliding limiting member 4 slides in the sliding slot 312 to limit the rotating angle of the rotating portion 31, so as to limit the unfolding angle of the electronic device. Referring to fig. 1-3, the other end of the rotating shaft 2 is sleeved with a torsion portion 5, and the torsion portion 5 is disposed on a side of the sliding limiting member 4 away from the sliding rod 41 and includes a nut 51, a spacer 52 and an elastic sheet 53. Gaskets 52 are respectively arranged between the sliding limiting piece 4 and the elastic sheet 53 and between the elastic sheet 53 and the nut 51, the nut 51 is fixed at one end of the rotating shaft 2, and the elastic sheet 53 is compressed to form damping when the rotating shaft rotates. The torsion portion 5 can make the rotating shaft 2 and the second body 7 connected thereon, the rotating portion 31 driven by the rotating shaft 2 and the third body 8 connected thereon capable of freely stopping when rotating.

Referring to fig. 1-2, an installation portion 21 is disposed at one end of the rotating shaft 2, the installation portion 21 protrudes along a radial direction of the rotating shaft 2 to form an installation plate 211, and the first body is detachably installed on the installation plate 211, so that the installation is simple and convenient.

Referring to fig. 1-7, during the use of the electronic device, when the first body 6 is rotated, the mounting part 21 mounted with the first body 6 rotates along with the first body, and drives the first gear 22 on the rotating shaft 2 to rotate in the same direction, when the first gear 22 rotates, the second gear 32 rotates in the opposite direction, the second gear 32 drives the rotating part 31 to rotate in the same direction with the second gear 32, namely, the rotating part 31 and the first gear 22 rotate reversely, so that the first body 6 and the third body 8 rotate reversely during the unfolding or folding process of the electronic device, so that, in the folded state as shown in fig. 6, the third body 8 is not covered by the first body 6, in the unfolded state as shown in fig. 7, the third body 8 is at an angle to the second body 7, which is easy for the user to view, so that the electronic device can conveniently use the third body 8 in both the unfolded state and the folded state.
