Background

In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of power equipment, the power system needs to carry out sample sending detection on the working medium at regular intervals or under the condition. The oil for electric power equipment mainly comprises insulating oil, turbine oil, fire-resistant oil, hydraulic oil and the like, wherein the oil for electric power equipment needs to detect tens of indexes such as particle pollution degree, acid value, foam characteristic, kinematic viscosity, moisture, oxidation stability, chromaticity, resistivity and the like. Because the related detection items are more, except that each unit independently detects, a large amount of samples need to be sent to a mechanism with detection capability for detection and evaluation, and sample detection reagent bottles need to be used in the storage and transportation processes of oil samples for electric power.

As well as in a chinese patent publication No. CN209522030U, whose publication date is 22/10/2019, the publication date is CN209522030U, a sealed reagent bottle is disclosed, which comprises a bottle body, a bottle stopper and a protective cover, and the design thereof changes the defect that the sealing effect of a smooth glass bottle stopper is relatively poor, thereby solving the defect that the existing bottle stopper is not easy to open for a long time, and the protective cover is arranged outside the bottle stopper, thereby further increasing the sealing effect; however, the bottle body is not provided with the anti-slip layer, so that the reagent bottle is easy to slip and topple when being moved; the round bottle body has the problem that the round bottle body is difficult to package and transport in batches; the outside guard shield that sets up of its bottle plug also can't play effectual sealed effect in the transportation. In summary, at present, a reagent bottle with the functions of leakage prevention, skid prevention and convenient transportation does not exist.

The anti-slip threads are arranged on the outer wall of the bottle cap, the bottle cap inner threads matched with the bottle opening outer threads are arranged inside the bottle cap, tight compaction of the bottle plug can be achieved by screwing, and sample leakage and pollution caused by loosening and falling of the bottle plug can be effectively prevented.
