1. A valve, comprising:
a valve seat;
the valve core is inserted into the valve seat along a first direction and is in limit fit with the valve seat on a plane vertical to the first direction; the valve core is provided with at least one water inlet channel and at least one water outlet channel and is used for controlling the communication between each water inlet channel and each water outlet channel;
and the first joints are inserted into the valve seat along the direction vertical to the first direction, clamped and matched with the valve seat, and respectively inserted into the corresponding water channels and in sealing fit with the corresponding water channels so as to lead water flow into or out of the valve core.
2. The valve of claim 1, wherein: a plurality of second connectors are fixedly arranged on the valve shell of the valve core, and the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel are respectively formed in the second connectors; each first joint is respectively inserted and matched with the corresponding second joint in a sealing way along the direction vertical to the first direction.
3. The valve of claim 1, wherein: the valve seat is provided with a plurality of clamping holes for the first joint to be inserted and matched with; the first joint has joint portion, joint portion is suitable for the first joint inserts cooperate with calorie hole elasticity joint during the card hole, in order to realize the first joint with the joint cooperation of disk seat.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bathroom products, in particular to a valve and a shower device.
Background
Showers typically have a water separator for switching the water output of a hand-held shower head and a top shower head, and the conventional water separator includes a housing, a water passing body, a water separating valve core, a gland, and other components. The water separator comprises a water passing main body, a water dividing valve core, a water passing joint, a water pipe connector, a water dividing valve core and a shell, wherein the water dividing valve core is arranged in the water passing main body through a pressing cover and is in sealing fit with the water passing main body to form a water dividing water channel, a through hole is formed in the shell, the water passing joint of the water passing main body extends out and is communicated with fluid of an external water pipe.
The disadvantages of the water separator are: (1) when the water diversion valve core is assembled to the water passing main body, the water diversion valve core not only needs to be assembled with the water passing main body in a limiting way, but also needs to be matched with the water passing main body in a sealing way; the water passing main body also needs to be limited and assembled with the shell and still needs to be in sealing fit with the external water pipe when the water passing main body is communicated with the external water pipe through fluid, the assembly difficulty and the sealing difficulty are increased due to the cooperation of the multilayer structure, the volume of the water separator is increased, and the material cost is increased; (2) for the water separator, the shell is visible for users, the water separating valve core determines the water separating function of the water separator, the water passing main body is used as an intermediate part and has little significance for users, but the water separating valve core of the water separator can be assembled with the shell through the water passing main body and forms a water path with an external water pipe, so that different water separating valve cores can be matched with the shell through different water passing main bodies when new products are developed, the shells with different structures can be matched with the valve core through different water passing main bodies, the structural complexity of the products and the redundant work during product design are increased, and the development of the new products is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome at least one defect or problem in the background art, and provides a valve with a modular assembly structure and a sealing structure, which has the advantages of compact structure, quick assembly and reliable sealing, and is suitable for being configured into products such as a water separator, a water-through switch, a water mixer and the like of a shower device, thereby being beneficial to the modular design and development of valve products of the shower device, and effectively reducing the material cost of the products.
To achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a valve comprising: a valve seat; the valve core is inserted into the valve seat along a first direction and is in limit fit with the valve seat on a plane vertical to the first direction; the valve core is provided with at least one water inlet channel and at least one water outlet channel and is used for controlling the communication between each water inlet channel and each water outlet channel; and the first joints are inserted into the valve seat along the direction vertical to the first direction, clamped and matched with the valve seat, and respectively inserted into the corresponding water channels and in sealing fit with the corresponding water channels so as to lead water flow into or out of the valve core.
In one possible embodiment: a plurality of second connectors are fixedly arranged on the valve shell of the valve core, and the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel are respectively formed in the second connectors; each first joint is respectively inserted and matched with the corresponding second joint in a sealing way along the direction vertical to the first direction.
In one possible embodiment: the valve seat is provided with a plurality of clamping holes for the first joint to be inserted and matched with; the first joint has joint portion, joint portion is suitable for the first joint inserts cooperate with calorie hole elasticity joint during the card hole, in order to realize the first joint with the joint cooperation of disk seat.
In one possible embodiment: the tail end of the clamping hole in the inserting direction of the first connector is provided with an axial limiting part, and the clamping part is composed of a plurality of elastic clamping claws symmetrically arranged in the circumferential direction of the first connector; the elastic clamping jaw is inserted into the clamping hole and is propped against the inner wall of the clamping hole to contract inwards, and the elastic clamping jaw is released to expand outwards when moving to the axial position corresponding to the axial limiting part and is in axial limiting fit with the axial limiting part along the clamping hole.
In one possible embodiment: the starting end of the clamping hole along the insertion direction of the first connector is provided with a guide inclined plane for guiding the elastic clamping claw to be inserted into the clamping hole.
In one possible embodiment: the inner peripheral wall of the clamping hole is provided with a rotation stopping groove, and the outer peripheral wall of the first joint is provided with a rotation stopping rib; the rotation stopping groove is in limit fit with the rotation stopping rib when the first connector is inserted into the clamping hole, so that relative movement of the first connector and the valve seat along the circumferential direction of the clamping hole is limited.
In one possible embodiment: the valve shell of the valve core is provided with a guide limiting rib; the valve seat is internally provided with a guide limiting groove arranged along the first direction, and the guide limiting groove is in limit fit with the guide limiting rib on a plane perpendicular to the first direction so as to realize the limit fit of the valve core and the valve seat and guide the valve core to be inserted into the valve seat along the first direction, and the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel are aligned with the clamping hole of the valve seat along the direction perpendicular to the first direction.
In one possible embodiment: the valve core is a water diversion valve core which has a revolving body structure and comprises a valve body, a pressing piece, a transmission piece, a first plugging piece, a first elastic piece and a second elastic piece; the valve body is internally provided with the water inlet channel and the water outlet channels, the number of the water inlet channels is one, the number of the water outlet channels is two, and the water inlet channels and the water outlet channels are respectively a first water outlet channel and a second water outlet channel; a water passing cavity and a pressing cavity are formed in the valve body; the water passing cavity is communicated with the water inlet channel, a first water passing port and a second water passing port are arranged along the axial direction of the valve core, and the first water passing port and the second water passing port are respectively used for communicating the water inlet channel to the first water outlet channel and the second water outlet channel; the pressing cavity is provided with a pressing hole along the axial direction of the valve core, the side wall of the pressing cavity is provided with a plurality of convex blocks which are separated from each other by a channel along the circumferential direction of the valve core, the convex blocks are provided with tooth-shaped bottom surfaces, and each tooth-shaped bottom surface comprises a sliding surface inclined to the tooth bottom and a guide surface inclined to the channel; the pressing piece is matched with the valve body in a rotation stopping way and slides relative to the valve body along the axial direction of the valve core, one end of the pressing piece extends out of the pressing hole, and the other end of the pressing piece is provided with an inclined pressing surface; the transmission part is provided with a supported surface opposite to the supporting surface and an outer inclined surface opposite to the sliding surface and the guide surface; the first blocking piece is driven by the transmission piece to slide in the water passing cavity along the axial direction of the valve core and switches and blocks the first water passing port and the second water passing port; the first elastic piece is arranged between the first blocking piece and the transmission piece and drives the transmission piece to move towards the pressing hole to be stopped at the tooth bottom or the channel when the pressing piece is released; and two ends of the second elastic piece are respectively abutted against the valve body and the first plugging piece and used for driving the first plugging piece to reset.

In order to achieve the above object, a second aspect of the present invention provides a shower apparatus including a valve according to any one of the above technical solutions.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the valve provided by the embodiment of the invention, the valve core is inserted into the valve seat, and the first connector is in inserted fit with the valve core and the valve seat to realize the limiting assembly of the valve core and the valve seat in any direction;
the valve core and the valve seat only have a limiting assembly relationship and do not have a sealing assembly relationship, and the valve core and the valve seat are not directly associated when a valve waterway is constructed, so that the valve of the embodiment has the advantages of reduced number of parts, reduced volume, compact integral structure, quick assembly process, reduced material cost and the like, and the valve can be designed and developed only by configuring the valve core and the valve seat to have corresponding limiting assembly structures and correspondingly connecting the valve core and the valve seat through the first connector with a complete modular structure without constructing the limiting assembly relationship and the sealing assembly relationship of the valve core and the valve seat through different intermediate water passing pieces; different valve cores can be used for different valve seats, different valve seats can also be used for different valve cores, and various new valve products can be combined by replacing the valve seats or the valve cores for the existing valves, so that the redundant work in product design is reduced, and the modular design and development of the valve products are facilitated;
in addition, after the first connector is inserted into the valve seat, the first connector is clamped and matched with the valve seat or the valve core so that the first connector can be fixed relative to the valve seat, and the fluid communication relation between the first connector and the valve core cannot be failed due to easy withdrawal of the first connector;
(2) according to the valve provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first connector is provided with the elastic clamping claw, the clamping fit relation between the elastic clamping claw and the valve seat is elastic clamping fit, the structure is simple, the assembly is rapid, the clamping fit relation cannot be released when the first connector is in threaded connection with an external water pipe, and the stability of fluid communication between the first connector and the valve core is good;
(3) according to the valve provided by the embodiment of the invention, the clamping hole is provided with the guide inclined plane, so that the first connector can be guided to be in plug-in fit with the clamping hole, and the valve has the advantage of quick connection;
(4) according to the valve provided by the embodiment of the invention, the inner peripheral wall of the clamping hole is provided with the rotation stopping groove, the outer peripheral wall of the first connector is provided with the rotation stopping rib, and the rotation stopping rib and the first connector are in limit fit along the circumferential direction of the clamping hole when the first connector is inserted into the clamping hole so as to limit the relative movement of the first connector and the valve seat along the circumferential direction of the clamping hole, and the first connector is in threaded connection with an external water pipe;
(5) according to the valve provided by the embodiment of the invention, the guide limiting rib and the guide limiting groove have a limiting fit and a guide fit relation, so that the valve core can be guided to be inserted into the valve seat, and the circumferential position of the valve core assembled into the valve seat can be limited, so that each second connector of the valve core and the corresponding water channel of the second connector are aligned with the clamping hole of the valve seat in the direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the quick connection of the first connector and the valve core is facilitated.
