1. An ice sample holding device, comprising:

a frame;

the clamp is rotatably arranged on the rack around a vertical axis and is used for fixing the bottom of the ice sample;

the top extrusion piece is vertically movably arranged on the rack;

and the elastic piece is connected between the top extruding piece and the rack and is used for driving the top extruding piece to move and enabling the top extruding piece to extrude the top of the ice sample.

2. An ice sample holding device according to claim 1, further comprising a dial;

the drive plate is connected to the clamp and used for driving the drive plate to rotate.

3. An ice-like holding device according to claim 2, further comprising an open-top vessel;

9. An ice-like holding device according to claim 1, wherein said clamp comprises a base, a first clamp, a second clamp and a drive unit;

the base is rotatably connected with the rack;

the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are oppositely arranged and are movably arranged on the base;

the driving unit is used for driving the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece to be close to each other, so that the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece clamp the bottom of the ice sample together.
