and if the target signal sent by the digital relay protection tester is a hard contact signal, the digital relay protection tester is respectively connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device through hard wiring.

The time verification system of claim 2, wherein if the pre-processed signal output by the data conversion device is a GOOSE status signal, the data conversion device is connected to the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device through optical fibers;

and if the preprocessed signal output by the data conversion device is a hard-contact signal, the data conversion device is respectively connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device through hard wiring.

6. The digital relay protection tester time verification system of claim 1, wherein the digital relay protection tester time verification system is further connected with a switching value device;

the switching value device is respectively connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device;

the switching value device is used for outputting hard contact signals and respectively sending the output hard contact signals to the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device;

the digital relay protection tester is used for receiving the hard contact signal, triggering a corresponding output signal based on the hard contact signal, taking the output moment of the output signal as a signal output moment, and sending the hard contact signal and the signal output moment to the network message recording and analyzing device;

the network message recording and analyzing device is used for receiving the hard contact signal and the signal output time, and taking the time when the network message recording and analyzing device receives the hard contact signal as a second receiving time; calculating a third time difference between the signal output time and the second receiving time; and when the third time difference value is within the preset error range, the verification is passed.

The time verification system for digital relay protection tester according to claim 6, wherein the switching value device is connected to the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device through hard wiring respectively; the digital relay protection tester is connected with the network message recording and analyzing device through an optical fiber.

The time verification system of claim 1, wherein the digital relay protection tester is configured to receive at least two target signals, set an initial signal trigger time and a signal trigger time interval value, and send the initial trigger time to the network message recording and analyzing device; sending one of the target signals to the network message recording and analyzing device based on the initial signal triggering moment, and selecting one target signal from the rest of the target signals to send to the network message recording and analyzing device every other signal triggering time interval value;

the network message recording and analyzing device is used for setting a signal time interval value to be compared based on the signal trigger time interval, receiving the initial trigger time and the target signal sent by the digital relay protection tester, taking the time of each target signal received by the network message recording and analyzing device as a target time, and selecting the earliest target time as the current time; based on the current time, selecting the next target time adjacent to the current time as the time to be calculated; calculating a difference value between the time to be calculated and the current time as a target time difference value; and if the difference value between the initial signal triggering moment and the current moment is within a preset moment error range, and the result difference value between the time interval value of the signal to be compared and the target time difference value is within a preset error range, the verification is passed.

9. A time testing method for a digital relay protection tester is characterized by comprising the following steps:

the time synchronization of the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device is carried out through the GPS time service system;

after the computer equipment acquires the test data document and the analysis data document, extracting the first time difference value from the test data document according to a time identifier, and extracting the first receiving time and the transmission time from the analysis data document according to a time identifier; calculating a difference value between the first receiving time and the transmission time as a second time difference value; when the result difference value of the first time difference value and the second time difference value is within a preset error range, the verification is passed; and if the result difference is not within the preset error range, the verification is not passed.

10. The digital relay protection tester time testing method according to claim 9, wherein the target signal comprises a hard-wired signal or a GOOSE status signal;

the digital relay protection tester receives a target signal, and comprises:

if the intelligent substation sends the SCD file to the digital relay protection tester, the digital relay protection tester selects a GOOSE state signal corresponding to the type of the GOOSE file from the SCD file as a target signal;

and if the switching value device is connected with the digital relay protection tester, the digital relay protection tester takes the received hard contact signal as a target signal.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of test and verification of a digital substation of a power system, in particular to a time verification system and method of a digital relay protection tester.

Background

With the development of the power industry in China, the development trend of a digital substation as a future substation becomes one of important components of an intelligent power grid, and a digital relay protection tester is developed in response to the test requirement of the digital substation. The digital relay protection tester is used as important debugging equipment of a digital substation, and can receive and transmit digital messages under different standards of IEC61850-9-1, 61850-9-2, GOOSE and IEC60044-7/8 and perform analysis test on the received messages, and can also perform test on switching value state information.

In the debugging process of the transformer substation, the digital message output and the switching value output of the digital relay protection tester can be used regardless of the protection test or the debugging of other intelligent equipment, so that the time accuracy of the digital message output and the switching value output of the digital relay protection tester is guaranteed to be vital, the time of the digital message output and the time of the switching value output are accurate, the transformer substation can be normally debugged, and the debugging of the transformer substation cannot be normally debugged if the time accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is that the accuracy of digital message output and switching value output time of a digital relay protection tester cannot be verified in the prior art, so that a digital relay protection tester time verification system and a digital relay protection tester time verification method are provided to verify the accuracy of digital message output and switching value output time of the digital relay protection tester and ensure normal debugging of a transformer substation.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a digital relay protection tester time verification system, comprising: the system comprises a GPS time service system, a digital relay protection tester, a data conversion device, a network message recording and analyzing device and computer equipment;

the GPS time service system is respectively connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device, the digital relay protection tester is connected with the network message recording and analyzing device, the data conversion device is respectively connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device, and the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device are respectively connected with the computer equipment;

the GPS time service system is used for carrying out time synchronization on the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device;

the digital relay protection tester is used for receiving a target signal, respectively outputting the target signal to the data conversion device and the network message recording and analyzing device, and taking the time of outputting the target signal as a target output time;

the data conversion device is used for performing conversion processing on the target signal to generate a preprocessing signal and respectively sending the preprocessing signal to the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device;

the digital relay protection tester is used for receiving the preprocessing signal, taking the moment when the digital relay protection tester receives the preprocessing signal as a return moment, and calculating the difference value between the return moment and the target output moment as a first time difference value;

the digital relay protection tester is used for generating a test data file and sending the test data file to computer equipment, wherein the test data file comprises the first time difference value;

the network message recording and analyzing device is used for receiving the target signal and the preprocessed signal, taking the moment when the network message recording and analyzing device receives the target signal as a first receiving moment, and taking the moment when the network message recording and analyzing device receives the preprocessed signal as a transmission moment;

the network message recording and analyzing device is used for generating an analysis data document and sending the analysis data document to the computer equipment, wherein the analysis data document comprises the first receiving time and the transmission time;

the computer equipment is used for extracting the first time difference value from the test data document according to the time identification and extracting the first receiving time and the transmission time from the analysis data document according to the time identification; calculating a difference value between the first receiving time and the transmission time as a second time difference value; and when the difference value of the first time difference value and the second time difference value is within a preset error range, the verification is passed.

Further, the data conversion apparatus is configured to perform conversion processing on the target signal, and includes:

when the target signal is a GOOSE state signal, the data conversion device converts the GOOSE state signal into a hard-contact signal;

and when the target signal is a hard-contact signal, the data conversion device converts the hard-contact signal into a GOOSE state signal.

Furthermore, the GPS time service system is respectively connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device through optical fibers.

Further, if the target signal sent by the digital relay protection tester is a GOOSE state signal, the digital relay protection tester is connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device through optical fibers;

and if the target signal sent by the digital relay protection tester is a hard contact signal, the digital relay protection tester is respectively connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device through hard wiring.

Further, if the preprocessed signal output by the data conversion device is a GOOSE state signal, the data conversion device is respectively connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device through optical fibers;

and if the preprocessed signal output by the data conversion device is a hard-contact signal, the data conversion device is respectively connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device through hard wiring.

Furthermore, the time verification system of the digital relay protection tester is also connected with a switching value device;

the switching value device is respectively connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device;

the switching value device is used for outputting hard contact signals and respectively sending the output hard contact signals to the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device;

the digital relay protection tester is used for receiving the hard contact signal, triggering a corresponding output signal based on the hard contact signal, taking the output moment of the output signal as a signal output moment, and sending the hard contact signal and the signal output moment to the network message recording and analyzing device;

the network message recording and analyzing device is used for receiving the hard contact signal and the signal output time, and taking the time when the network message recording and analyzing device receives the hard contact signal as a second receiving time; calculating a third time difference between the signal output time and the second receiving time; and when the third time difference value is within the preset error range, the verification is passed.

Furthermore, the switching value device is respectively connected with the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device through hard wiring; the digital relay protection tester is connected with the network message recording and analyzing device through an optical fiber.

Further, the digital relay protection tester is used for receiving at least two target signals, setting an initial signal triggering time and a signal triggering time interval value, and sending the initial triggering time to the network message recording and analyzing device; sending one of the target signals to the network message recording and analyzing device based on the initial signal triggering moment, and selecting one target signal from the rest of the target signals to send to the network message recording and analyzing device every other signal triggering time interval value;

the network message recording and analyzing device is used for setting a signal time interval value to be compared based on the signal trigger time interval, receiving the initial trigger time and the target signal sent by the digital relay protection tester, taking the time of each target signal received by the network message recording and analyzing device as a target time, and selecting the earliest target time as the current time; based on the current time, selecting the next target time adjacent to the current time as the time to be calculated; calculating a difference value between the time to be calculated and the current time as a target time difference value; and if the difference value between the initial signal triggering moment and the current moment is within a preset moment error range, and the result difference value between the time interval value of the signal to be compared and the target time difference value is within a preset error range, the verification is passed.

A time testing method for a digital relay protection tester comprises the following steps:

when the time setting time reaches a preset time, the digital relay protection tester receives a target signal, respectively outputs the target signal to the data conversion device and the network message recording and analyzing device, and takes the time of outputting the target signal as a target output time;

the data conversion device is used for converting the target signal after receiving the target signal sent by the digital relay protection tester to generate a preprocessing signal and respectively sending the preprocessing signal to the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device;

the digital relay protection tester takes the moment of receiving the preprocessing signal as a return moment, calculates the difference between the return moment and the target output moment as a first time difference value, generates a test data file and sends the test data file to computer equipment, wherein the test data file comprises the first time difference value;

the network message recording and analyzing device takes the moment of receiving the preprocessing signal as a first receiving moment and the moment of receiving the preprocessing signal as a transmission moment, generates an analysis data document and transmits the analysis data document to computer equipment, wherein the analysis data document comprises the first receiving moment and the transmission moment;

after the computer equipment acquires the test data document and the analysis data document, extracting the first time difference value from the test data document according to a time identifier, and extracting the first receiving time and the transmission time from the analysis data document according to a time identifier; calculating a difference value between the first receiving time and the transmission time as a second time difference value; when the result difference value of the first time difference value and the second time difference value is within a preset error range, the verification is passed; and if the result difference is not within the preset error range, the verification is not passed.

Further, the target signal comprises a hard-contact signal or a GOOSE status signal;

the digital relay protection tester receives a target signal, and comprises:

if the intelligent substation sends the SCD file to the digital relay protection tester, the digital relay protection tester selects a GOOSE state signal corresponding to the type of the GOOSE file from the SCD file as a target signal;

and if the switching value device is connected with the digital relay protection tester, the digital relay protection tester takes the received hard contact signal as a target signal.

The invention provides a time verification system and a method for a digital relay protection tester, which are used for synchronizing the time of the digital relay protection tester and a network message recording and analyzing device through a GPS time service system so as to keep the time of the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device synchronous with the GPS time service system and provide an accurate data base for subsequent steps. After time synchronization is finished, the digital relay protection tester receives a target signal and outputs the target signal to the data conversion device and the network message recording and analyzing device respectively, the time of outputting the target signal is used as a target output time, the data conversion device converts the obtained target signal to generate a preprocessing signal and sends the preprocessing signal to the digital relay protection tester and the network message recording and analyzing device respectively, the digital relay protection tester receives the preprocessing signal and records corresponding time as a return time, the difference value between the return time and the target output time is calculated to be a first time difference value, and a test data file is generated and sent to computer equipment. The network message recording and analyzing device receives the target signal and records the corresponding time as a first receiving time, receives the preprocessing signal and records the corresponding time as a transmission time, generates an analysis data file and sends the analysis data file to the computer equipment. The computer equipment extracts a first time difference value from the test data file according to the time identification, extracts a first receiving time and a transmission time from the analysis data file according to the time identification, calculates the difference value of the first receiving time and the transmission time as a second time difference value, and if the difference value between the first time difference value and the second time difference value is within a preset error range, the time of digital message output and switching value output of the digital relay protection tester is accurate, and the transformer substation can be normally debugged.
