1. A support member, comprising:

the supporting beams are used for laying the photovoltaic modules;

a column for supporting the support beam; and

2. The support member of claim 1, wherein the spherical cap mount adjustment comprises:

a ball sleeve disposed on one of the support beam and the column;

the ball head is matched with the spherical surface of the ball sleeve;

the ball rod is fixedly connected with the ball head and arranged on the other of the ball rod and the ball head; and

the ball head is limited to be separated from the locking plate of the ball sleeve, and the ball sleeve and the locking plate jointly form a spherical structure matched with the ball head.

3. The support structure of claim 2, wherein the ball sleeve is a unitary structure with the support beam.

4. The support structure of claim 3, wherein the ball sleeve is provided with reinforcing ribs around its circumference.

5. The support structure according to claim 3, wherein the support beam is further provided with a mounting seat on the surface thereof where the ball sleeve is provided, and the locking piece is detachably mounted on the mounting seat.

6. The support member of claim 5, wherein the locking tab is one or more.

7. The support member of claim 6, wherein there are two of the locking tabs symmetrically disposed on either side of the ball sleeve.

8. A photovoltaic support, characterized by comprising a support member according to any one of claims 1 to 7.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic bracket installation, in particular to a supporting member and a photovoltaic bracket.

Background

When the photovoltaic support is installed on a slope, the installation is difficult due to the fact that the angle of the slope is not fixed and the complex environment of the slope is achieved, and particularly when one main beam is supported by a plurality of stand columns, the installation and adjustment are difficult due to the fact that the angle of the main beam is difficult to adjust.

Therefore, how to facilitate the installation and adjustment of the photovoltaic bracket becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is how to facilitate the installation and adjustment of a photovoltaic bracket.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a support member, comprising:

the supporting beams are used for laying the photovoltaic modules;

a column for supporting the support beam; and

the spherical crown seat adjusting piece is detachably arranged between the supporting beam and the upright post.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the spherical cap seat adjuster includes:

a ball sleeve disposed on one of the support beam and the column;

the ball head is matched with the spherical surface of the ball sleeve;

the ball rod is fixedly connected with the ball head and arranged on the other of the ball rod and the ball head; and

the ball head is limited to be separated from the locking plate of the ball sleeve, and the ball sleeve and the locking plate jointly form a spherical structure matched with the ball head.

In one embodiment of the invention, the ball sleeve and the support beam are of an integral structure.

In one embodiment of the invention, reinforcing ribs are arranged around the ball sleeve.

In one embodiment of the invention, the surface of the support beam provided with the ball sleeve is also provided with an installation seat, and the locking plate is detachably arranged on the installation seat.

In one embodiment of the invention, two locking pieces are arranged and are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the ball sleeve respectively.

In an embodiment of the invention, a photovoltaic support is also disclosed, comprising a support member as described in any of the above.

Detailed Description

The core of the invention is to provide a support member and a photovoltaic bracket, so as to facilitate the installation and adjustment of the photovoltaic bracket.

The embodiments described below do not limit the contents of the invention described in the claims. The entire contents of the configurations shown in the following embodiments are not limited to those required as solutions of the inventions described in the claims.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the supporting member in the embodiment of the present invention includes:

a support beam 100 for laying photovoltaic modules;

a column for supporting the support beam 100; and

a spherical cap seat adjusting member 200 detachably provided between the support beam 100 and the pillar.

When the supporting member is adopted, the spherical crown seat adjusting piece 200 is detachably arranged between the supporting beam 100 and the upright post, and the spherical crown seat adjusting piece 200 has the effect of being capable of adjusting from a plurality of angles, so that after the photovoltaic assembly is installed on the supporting beam 100, the angle can be adjusted in a first direction along with the situation of a sloping field, meanwhile, the angle can be adjusted in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the angle is not required to be adjusted before installation, so that the purpose of facilitating the installation and adjustment of the photovoltaic support is achieved.

Wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other, as shown in fig. 2-4, the first direction is within the z-o-x plane, and the second direction is within the z-o-y plane. While the spherical cap mount adjustment member 200 is also able to rotate relative to the axis o-z due to the present invention.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned detachable means that the spherical cap base adjustment member 200 is detachably mounted on the support beam 100 and the upright post, respectively, or the spherical cap base adjustment member 200 itself has a detachable function.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the spherical cap seat adjuster 200 includes:

a ball cover 201 provided on one of the support beam 100 and the pillar;

a ball head 202 which is matched with the ball sleeve 201;

a ball rod 203 fixedly connected with the ball head 202, wherein the ball rod 203 is arranged on the other one of the ball rod and the ball head; and

the ball head 202 is limited from being separated from the locking plate 204 of the ball sleeve 201, and the ball sleeve 201 and the locking plate 204 jointly form a spherical structure matched with the ball head 202.

It is explained that the ball sleeve 201 can be mounted on the support beam 100 or on the upright, when the ball sleeve 201 is mounted on the support beam 100, the ball rod 203 is mounted on the upright; when the ball sleeve 201 is mounted on the pillar, the club 203 is mounted on the support beam 100.

Taking the example that the ball sleeve 201 is installed on the support beam 100, the ball sleeve 201 is detachably installed on the support beam 100, or is non-detachably installed on the support beam 100, wherein the detachable connection mode is mainly a bolt connection mode; in the non-detachable installation mode, the ball sleeve 201 is installed on the support beam 100 by welding, or the ball sleeve 201 and the support beam 100 are in an integrated structure, such as being cast together.

When the ball sleeve 201 and the supporting beam 100 are of an integrated structure, reinforcing ribs 206 are arranged around the ball sleeve 201 to improve the connection strength between the ball sleeve 201 and the supporting beam 100.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the support beam 100 is further provided with a mounting seat 205 on the surface thereof where the ball sleeve 201 is disposed, and the locking plate 204 is detachably mounted on the mounting seat 205. The number of the locking pieces 204 is two, and the two locking pieces 204 are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the ball sleeve 201 in the illustration of the embodiment of the present invention. Of course, the number of locking tabs 204 is not limited to just the above number. When the number of the locking pieces 204 is plural, the locking pieces can be symmetrically arranged around the ball sleeve 201 or asymmetrically arranged around the ball sleeve 201, and the purpose of preventing the ball head 202 from being separated from the ball sleeve is within the protection scope of the present invention.

The invention also discloses a photovoltaic bracket which comprises the supporting member. Because above-mentioned supporting member has above beneficial effect, including above-mentioned supporting member's photovoltaic support also has corresponding effect, and the no longer repeated description here.
