Technical Field

The invention relates to a shirt, comprising front and rear panels which are connected to one another and each have an inner face which, when worn, faces directly towards the skin of the wearer and an outer face which, when worn, faces away from the skin of the wearer, wherein the sleeves are provided with sleeve seams and a shirt collar and connecting trims are sewn onto the panels, and wherein an integrated knitted textile lining is provided which comprises a base lining and a plurality of textile rib-like protrusions for fastening to a shirt, jacket or coat.

Background

There are various structural forms of shirts available today, of which particularly interesting business shirts, are usually designed in one color, white or blue, and consist of a front panel and a rear panel connected thereto. The sleeves, the connecting trims and the lapels are fixed on the knitted front piece and the knitted back piece. The cuff is secured to the sleeve, usually with slight reinforcement. Preferably, the shirt comprises two layers of fabric made of different materials, thereby forming a high quality and strong fabric. The type and color of fabric used will vary according to fashion trends. There are different fit styles, where the surface of a business shirt should generally be wrinkle-free and smooth.

Compared to sportswear, the shirt is very thin and inelastic. Until now, shirts have no effect of regulating damp-heat.

In today's business environment, various backpacks are straddled on the shoulder, such as: rucksacks and rucksacks. These backpacks have one or more straps that are in direct contact with the shoulder area of the wearer. Previously a jacket was worn, but now the jacket was taken off, so that the main weight of the backpack was located between the neck and shoulder joints of the wearer and was distributed directly on the outside of the shirt. Depending on the shirt fabric selected, wrinkles are generated to various degrees, making it uncomfortable to wear, and sweat more due to increased heat at the skin-contacting portion of the wearer. More sweat is formed on the skin of the wearer and under the straps, and sweat stain can be seen after the backpack is taken off.

Attempts have been made to reduce this problem by backpacks or shoulder strap cushions, by distributing the backpack weight over a larger area along the shoulder between the shirt collar and the shirt sleeve shoulder. The folds of the shirt may be reduced by adding a back cushion. However, this solution does not eliminate the increased heat build-up at the harness location.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the invention is to improve the wearing comfort of the shirt and the comfort of the wearer of the shirt, especially when carried on a shoulder bag.

According to the invention, the weight of the harness is better distributed, reducing wrinkles in the shirt during use, and thus reducing perspiration on the wearer.

Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to improve the wearing comfort of a jacket or jacket in a commercial environment.

Detailed Description

A shirt 1 is herein described by way of example, as a business men's coat shirt 1, designed with front panels I and back panels II joined together along shoulder seams 12 and side seams 13. In the field of business shirts 1, many structural forms of back panels II are known. Here, a shirt 1 with front and rear panels I, II is described in its simplest form, wherein the shoulder seams 12 are mainly described in the shoulder area.

All panels I, II are usually made of known textile fabrics of different material compositions and are sewn together. The shirt 1 has an attachment border 14, in particular in the form of a button fly 14, on the front piece I or the rear piece II, by means of which the shirt can be closed. The shirt collar 15 has differently designed openings and is sewn to the panels I, II. The panels I, II each have an inner face 10 and an outer face 11 which, when worn, are directed towards the skin of the wearer. The sleeves 16 are fastened to the panels I, II by sleeve seams 160, wherein a cuff is additionally provided on the sleeve 16.

The shoulder area including the shoulder seam 12 extends from the shirt collar 15 to the sleeve 16 or sleeve seam 160. Shoulder seams 12 connect front panel I and back panel II. When the shirt 1 is worn, the shoulder region extends from the neck of the wearer along the trapezius muscles to the shoulder muscles or joints.

To this end, a textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is used, to the inner face 10 of which at least one panel 10, 11 is fixed. Wherein the textile lining 2 of the knitted fabric is fixed on the front and back pieces I, II. The textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is designed completely inside the shirt 1, pointing towards the inner face of the shirt 1 fabric. When the shirt 1 is worn, the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is located inside the shirt 1, facing the skin of the wearer in the shoulder area between the neck and the shoulder joint, above the collar bone, and designed between the skin and the fabric of the shirt 1.

The textile lining 2 of knitted fabric forms an independent textile unit which is fixed to the inner faces of the panels I, II. Although the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is designed to be flexible, it is only fixed to the inner face 10 point by point, so that a sufficient freedom of movement is achieved. Furthermore, a textile lining 2 of knitted fabric covers the shoulder area between the neck and the shoulder joint and covers the skin of the wearer.

In order not to irritate the skin, the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is designed as a seamless knitted fabric knitted from at least one yarn, which has a rib-like structure formed by a bottom lining 21 and protruding textile rib-like protrusions 20. The fabric rib-like protrusions 20 are arranged on the inner side of the textile lining 2 of the knitted fabric, wherein the inner side represents the side of the textile lining 2 directed from the shirt 1 fabric to the knitted fabric. The fabric rib-like protrusions 20 are formed by a suitable weaving pattern in which the protruding ends of the fabric rib-like protrusions 20 are spaced from the backing 21 by a plurality of yarn thicknesses. The design of a textile lining 2 of knitted fabric with a ribbed structure consisting of textile ribs 21 and the method of designing a plurality of textile ribs by which type of knitting or knitting pattern is to be used is known to the expert. The height of the fabric rib-like protrusions 20 should not be so high that the rib-like structure of the knitted fabric lining 2 does not press against the outer faces 11 of the panels I, II.

This knitted fabric, which is called "seamless" and has a plurality of fabric rib-like protrusions 20 and rib-like structures, has a high elongation and an elongation of at least 40% in the direction of elongation, depending on the pattern of the knitted fabric. Preferably, the elongation may be between 50% and about 100%. Since there are no seams and the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is integrally formed, wearing comfort is improved because the disturbing influence of the seams is eliminated. Furthermore, the production process of the shirt 1 with the knitted fabric textile lining 2 is simplified, since no cutting and/or sewing along the outer edge of the knitted fabric textile lining 2 is required. The textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is stretchable and variable in size, so it is difficult to see from the outside and only at the lower part of the shirt 1. Due to the extensibility and the type of fixation of the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric, it can be pressed against the skin. The textile lining 2 of the knitted fabric is made with as little extra yarn as possible, thereby improving the mechanical characteristics and the wet heat regulating effect of the shirt 1. Preferably, the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is fixed, in particular sewn, to the shirt collar 15 or to the neck seam, the sleeves 16, the inner face 10 of the sleeve seam 160.

Due to the rib-like projections 20 of the fabric, the textile lining 2 of the knitted fabric exhibits a capillary action, which can conduct water away from the inside of the textile lining 2 of the knitted fabric. The moisture is distributed in the textile lining 2 of the knitted fabric, whereby a cooling effect is achieved. The evaporation surface is moved correspondingly on the skin, so that the skin surface remains dry. Due to the ribbed design of the knitted-fabric textile lining 2, it does not touch the entire surface, but is in the form of strips, and furthermore, in the area between the bottom lining 21 and the skin, cavities are formed parallel to the fabric rib-like elevations 20.

Through the cavity, an air cushion is formed between the skin of the wearer and the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric. The air permeability is increased by the rib-like structure, so that moisture can be better removed.

In terms of mechanics, the pressure of the backpack harness may also be evenly distributed over the skin of the wearer. The seamless knitted fabric with multiple fabric rib-like protrusions 20 can be used as a mechanical protection for the shoulder area, and due to its flexibility, it hardly changes the wearing comfort with or without load due to the backpack harness. Furthermore, a damp-heat regulating effect is achieved and sweating is reduced. All this is achieved by a textile lining 2 of knitted fabric of hidden design, since it is designed inside the shirt 1 and is completely hidden by the shirt 1 fabric.

The textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is designed in single or multiple layers and preferably comprises yarns made of various synthetic and/or natural fibers.

Preferably, the textile lining of the knitted fabric has a trapezoidal cross section, wherein the base, i.e. the longer base of the trapezoidal cross section, is formed on the side of the inner face of the shirt 1 facing the sleeves 16. The shorter bottom surface is secured towards the shirt collar 15. The fabric rib-like protrusions 20 extend parallel to the bottom surface of the trapezoidal cross-section. At the fixing point 22, at least the corners of the trapezoidal cross section are fixed. More preferably, the trapezoidal cross section is designed as an isosceles trapezoid.

Preferably, the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is fixed at least at four fixing points 22 on the inner face of the shirt 1.

In terms of physics, the fastening points 22 are not to be understood as points, but as point-shaped regions and extend along the corner regions of the textile lining 2 of the knitted fabric, thus as point-shaped fastening regions. Preferably, the fixing point is designed to be non-detachable or inseparable, and can be realized by sewing or pasting. The woven lining 2 of knitted fabric and the shirt 1 should not be separated during the washing process. The textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is also not allowed to turn over during use, otherwise wrinkles may form. Possible fixing seams are indicated in fig. 3 by dashed lines. For example, in one embodiment, a fastening seam may be provided along the bottom surface facing the shirt collar 15 and sleeves 16, respectively, while the side lines are not attached. This fixing can be realized in a concealed manner at the inner face 10 of the shirt 1.

The production process of such a shirt 1 is only slightly more complicated than a shirt without a textile lining 2 of knitted fabric. The textile lining 2 of prefabricated knitted fabric can extend partly freely inside the shirt 1 and is only fixed at several fixing points 22 of the inner face 10. Nowadays, the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric is computer-controlled, sometimes also according to very complex knitting patterns, automatically generating the fabric rib-like projections in the form of ribs and projecting from the bottom lining 21. Wherein, by means of a suitable weaving pattern and/or the yarns used, an excellent capillarity and extensibility can be achieved, ensuring an improved wearing comfort as described herein.

The knitted fabric textile lining 2 described above may also be secured to the inside of a jacket or coat to enhance comfort, wherein the knitted fabric textile lining 2 is secured and designed in the manner described above. The textile lining 2 of knitted fabric should also be fixed in the area between the collar and the sleeves of the shoulder or jacket or coat, so that a flexible fixation is achieved on the inner face of the jacket or coat, in particular in this area to improve the wearing comfort.

Here, the fabric rib-like protrusions 20 protruding from the seamless knitted fabric of the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric should also face the skin of the wearer or face the textile layer of the underwear, for example: a T-shirt or a shirt.

Preferably, the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric described here has textile rib-like projections 20 designed in the form of projections 3d, which are arranged or formed on the bottom lining 21 and project therefrom. As an alternative to the raised 3d structure, a separate mat, a textile seam or a plurality of plastic beads, in particular made of silicone, can also be applied to the bottom web 21. Even if these raised 3d structures are not strip-shaped, cavities are formed. The desired air cushion effect and increased breathability are achieved by the cavity formed between the wearer's skin and the textile lining 2 of knitted fabric. The production of the embossed 3d structures can be more or less complicated in different ways.
