1. A hand-held device is characterized by comprising a hand-held part and an operating part;

the top of the handheld part is used for mounting a cloud deck, so that the gravity center of the cloud deck is located on the extension line of the top of the handheld part or the circumferential direction of the extension line along the length direction of the handheld part;

4. The handheld device of claim 2 wherein the area surface is a bevel.

5. The hand-held device of claim 2, wherein the first side portion is convexly provided with a bearing member for bearing against the web, the bearing member being contiguous with the area surface.

6. The handheld device of claim 2 wherein the first side comprises an arcuate member positioned below the area face.

7. The hand-held device of claim 2, wherein the first side portion is provided with an arcuate member, and the area is a surface portion of the arcuate member.

8. The hand-held device of claim 6 or 7, wherein the arc-shaped part protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the hand-held part, and the width of the arc-shaped part tends to decrease and then increase along the length direction of the hand-held part.

11. The hand-held device of claim 10 wherein the at least one operating member disposed on a side of the first side portion comprises at least one of an on-off key and a custom key.

12. A hand-held device according to claim 6 or 7, wherein a side of the first side portion is provided with a power cord interface.

13. The handheld device of claim 2, wherein the gripping structure comprises a second side portion opposite the first side portion, the second side portion being provided with a recess for placement of at least one of a middle finger, ring finger, and tail finger.

14. The hand-held device of claim 13, wherein the number of the recesses is plural, and the plural recesses are arranged along a length direction of the hand-held portion.

15. A hand-held device according to claim 13, wherein the second side portion comprises a protrusion above the recess, the protrusion being provided with at least one of the operating members for operation by the index finger.

16. The hand-held device of claim 15 wherein the at least one operating member provided on the projection includes at least one of a lock/centering key and a tracking roller.

17. The handheld device of claim 1, wherein a controller is disposed in the handheld portion, the controller is electrically connected to the operating member and the cradle head, and the controller is configured to control the cradle head and/or a load mounted on the cradle head to operate according to an instruction generated by the operating member.

18. The handheld device of claim 1, wherein a battery is disposed in the handheld portion, and the battery is used for supplying power to the cradle head and/or a load mounted on the cradle head.

19. The handheld device of claim 1, comprising a battery compartment, wherein the battery compartment is connected to a bottom of the handheld portion, and a battery is disposed in the battery compartment and used for supplying power to the cradle head and/or a load mounted on the cradle head.

20. A hand-held head comprising a head and a hand-held device according to any one of claims 1 to 19, the head being mounted on top of the hand-held portion.

21. A hand-held head according to claim 20, wherein the head comprises a yaw axis assembly mounted on top of the hand-held portion, the yaw axis of the yaw axis assembly being located in said extension line.

A hand-held head according to claim 21, wherein the head comprises a roll shaft assembly and a pitch shaft assembly, the roll shaft assembly connecting the yaw shaft assembly and the pitch shaft assembly, or the pitch shaft assembly connecting the yaw shaft assembly and the roll shaft assembly,

a yaw axis of the yaw axle assembly is orthogonal or non-orthogonal to a roll axis of the roll axle assembly;

a yaw axis of the yaw shaft assembly is orthogonal or non-orthogonal to a pitch axis of the pitch shaft assembly;

the roll axis of the roll axle assembly is orthogonal or non-orthogonal to the pitch axis of the pitch axle assembly.

23. A hand-held camera comprising a camera and a hand-held pan/tilt head according to any one of claims 20 to 22, the camera being mounted on the pan/tilt head.
