Technical Field

The present invention relates to a listening device using bone conduction that recognizes sound by applying vibration to bones, and more particularly to a listening device that can be used according to the physical characteristics of the wearer.

Background

Conventionally, devices for listening to sounds and music worn on the ears, such as headphones and earphones (hereinafter, referred to as listening devices), have been widely used as means for listening to sounds of music, radio, television, and the like, or means for using mobile phones or wireless conversations.

For example, a general headphone is a listening device including a device to be worn in an ear hole, a device to cover the entire ear, and the like, and these devices have the following structure: a sound source inputted as an electric signal is converted into air vibration and transmitted to the eardrum, and the vibration of the eardrum is transmitted to the brain through the middle ear inside the ear to recognize the sound information.

However, in recent years, a listening device has been developed which utilizes bone conduction for applying sound vibration to the skull bone and recognizing the sound by the bone vibration, and this listening device is not configured to vibrate the eardrum by air vibration as described above. Listening devices using bone conduction do not need to be inserted into ear holes for use as headphones or earphones, and therefore, ambient sounds enter the ears without being obstructed, and therefore, the listening devices are safe to wear, and also, people with reduced hearing can recognize sounds without using vibration of the tympanic membrane, and hearing aids and the like are being used.

The listening device using bone conduction converts an acoustic signal input as an electrical signal into mechanical vibration, applies the vibration to a bone from an appropriate position, transmits the vibration to the bone, recognizes a sound using bone conduction sound transmitted by the vibration,

as the appropriate position, a periphery of the temple, a large protrusion periphery located posterior and inferior to a temporal bone called a mastoid, may be cited.

Since the periphery of the temple is the skull itself, and if the vibrating portion is brought into sufficient contact with the periphery of the temple, the sound vibration can be accurately applied to the bone, a device that comes into contact with the temple is widely used in listening devices using bone conduction, particularly in headphone types.

In addition, in the listening device using bone conduction of this type, it is important that the vibrating portion accurately contact the periphery of the temple, and therefore, the listening device has an arm shape that can be used while being hung on the upper portion of the ear.

On the other hand, as a device for applying vibration to the mastoid rather than the periphery of the temple, for example, patent document 1 discloses a device having a structure in which a speaker of a bone conduction mechanism is disposed in a housing having a shape of a substantially english letter C so as to cover almost the mastoid of the listener.

The device having a structure for imparting vibration to the periphery of the temple and the device having a structure for imparting vibration to the mastoid as described above can be worn without being pushed into the ear, and as described above, the surrounding sound enters the ear without being obstructed, and therefore, the device is safe to wear and can be listened to even by a person with impaired hearing.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

As described above, the listening device using bone conduction can listen to sound by bringing the vibrating portion into contact with an appropriate position. Further, in order to transmit vibration from the vibrating portion in contact with an appropriate position to the bone, a certain degree of contact pressure must be applied, and therefore fastening is required. This is because vibration cannot be transmitted well to the extent that the fastening is weak and only contact is made, and it is difficult to recognize sound.

However, in the listening device using the bone conduction in which the vibrating portion is brought into contact with the periphery of the temple, the fastening of the periphery of the temple may be strong pressure, causing pain, and the arm-shaped ear-hook portion hooked on the upper portion of the ear may be unsuitable depending on the shape of the ear of the wearer, causing pain, and when the vibrating portion is displaced from an appropriate position due to unstable wearing, the vibrating portion must be readjusted to be brought into contact with an appropriate position, and the listening device is difficult to use during exercise or the like.

Further, in the device configured to cover the mastoid, the vibrating portion is not fastened around the temple as in patent document 1, but the housing having a substantially english letter C shape is heavy, noticeable and lacks in design property, and is configured to be worn between the ear and the head at the rear of the ear, and therefore, the shape of the english letter C must be adjusted according to the size of the ear.

In addition, the positions of the mastoids are not uniform, and therefore, there are also the following problems: the position where the vibrating portion of the listening device is arranged and contacted needs to be adjusted, several devices of different sizes need to be manufactured and prepared according to the physical characteristics of the wearer, and the devices need to be manufactured according to the order of use, which hinders the popularization of the voice recognition device using bone conduction.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a listening device using bone conduction that can be easily worn in accordance with the physical characteristics of the wearer.

Means for solving the problems

The present inventors have conducted extensive studies in order to achieve the above object, and as a result, invented a device as described below.

(1) A listening device using bone conduction is characterized in that,

comprises a bone conduction speaker containing a bone conduction driver and an ear-hook part,

the relative position of the bone conduction speaker and the ear hook part can be changed.

(2) The listening device using bone conduction as set forth in (1), wherein the change of the relative position of the bone conduction speaker and the ear hook is realized by a telescopic mechanism of an ear-hook-arm support part constituting the ear hook.

(3) Listening device using bone conduction as in (1) above, characterized in that,

the relative position of the bone conduction speaker and the ear hook is changed by a mechanism in which a tubular ear hook provided around a part of the ear hook is used as a guide and the bone conduction speaker can be moved from one end of the ear hook to the other end of the ear hook.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described configuration and the configuration described in the detailed description of the invention described later, and various modifications may be made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, there is provided,

(1) in the listening device using bone conduction, which is composed of the bone conduction speaker in which the bone conduction driver is accommodated and the ear-hook part, the relative position between the bone conduction speaker and the ear-hook part can be changed, so that the ear-hook part and the bone conduction speaker can be aligned according to the physical characteristics of the wearer, the pressure caused by fastening is not felt, and the listening device is small in size, light in weight, excellent in design, easy to wear and take off, and excellent in comfort when worn.

Further, since the hearing device uses bone conduction, it does not block the ear hole, is highly safe, and can be used in various fields such as a helmet and the like which can realize a conversation in a work site with intense noise, such as a headphone and a microphone, a hearing aid, and the like.

(2) In addition, since the relative position between the bone conduction speaker and the ear hook is changed by the telescopic mechanism of the arm support portion constituting the ear hook, the positions of the ear hook and the bone conduction speaker can be easily adjusted by the wearer when wearing the ear-hook.

(3) Further, since the relative position of the bone conduction speaker and the ear hook portion is changed by a mechanism in which a tubular ear hook arm provided at a part of the periphery of the ear hook portion is used as a guide and the bone conduction speaker can be moved between one end and the other end of the ear hook arm, the bone conduction speaker can be easily placed at an appropriate position by adjusting the position of the bone conduction speaker only by moving the position of the bone conduction speaker when the bone conduction speaker is worn by the wearer.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a listening device using bone conduction according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings of the embodiments.
