A novel washing machine balancing device according to claim 4, characterized in that the hanger bar assembly (1) is of a rod-like construction; one end of the suspender component (1) is provided with a connecting part (101); the other end of the suspender component (1) is bent to form a cross bar (102) which is vertical to the suspender component (1); the connecting part (101) is connected with the suspender damping sleeve (9).

A new type of washing machine balancing device, according to claim 1, 2 or 5, characterized in that, the hinge (2) comprises a tubular portion (201); the peripheral side surface of the tubular part (201) is disconnected, and a pair of extending parts (202) which are parallel to each other are formed at the disconnected opening; the extension part (202) is of a triangular structure;

round holes (11) are formed in the surfaces of the extending parts (202); the pipe-shaped part (201) is provided with thickened parts (203) along the pipe orifice and the edge of the extension part (202); friction cotton is matched between the hinge (2) and the neck of the suspender component (1).

Background

Washing machines have become an indispensable daily appliance as an important household appliance. The pulsator washing machine is simple and reliable in structure and convenient to operate, and is widely applied to daily life. The balance performance of the pulsator washing machine is one of the key items of attention of technicians in the development stage. In the daily use process of the pulsator washing machine, clothes cannot be completely and uniformly distributed at the bottom of the inner barrel, more or less eccentricity exists in the dehydration process, and the influence of the eccentricity of the clothes under the high-speed rotation of the inner barrel is amplified. When the ability of rectifying when balanced system is not enough to deal with too big eccentric quantity, the complete machine will be in an unstable state, produces great noise, and washing machine's water-holding bucket can collide with the box, influences that the complete machine is pleasing to the eye and life, and the complete machine can produce great displacement when serious, drags bad power cord and socket, and the machine can collide with the wall body, influences user experience and causes the safety problem even.

At present, a hanger rod is generally arranged on a pulsator washing machine and used for shock absorption of a working part of the whole machine, one end of the hanger rod is hung on an angle plate at the top of a corner of a box body, and the other end of the hanger rod is installed at the bottom of a water containing barrel of the washing machine. Four jibs are located four corners of box respectively, and the jib lower part has been equipped with damping shock mitigation system and has held up the steel ladle, mutual independence and evenly distributed in steel ladle bottom. The balance of the working part is maintained by the damping system in the working process of the washing machine, and the vibration is reduced. However, in these pulsator washing machines, the hanger bar holds up the tub from the bottom, and the tub depth of the washing machine is often large, and the movement state of the top of the tub is hardly affected by the hanger bar. The invention aims to provide a novel balancing device of a washing machine, which is characterized in that a hinge is matched on the peripheral side surface of a suspender component, an elastic part is detachably connected in the hinge and is connected with a barrel cover through a hook, and the problems that the center of gravity is higher, the stability of the whole machine is poorer, the water level is higher in the washing process, and a damping spring at the bottom of the suspender is possibly compacted when the barrel is overloaded when a balancing ring is used for correcting the eccentricity of clothes when the water containing barrel of the existing washing machine is dehydrated are solved.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
