Because baby's stool and urine can't be self-care, generally adopt diaper or panty-shape diapers etc. to nurse, when prior art's diaper and panty-shape diapers used, there was the change number of times frequent, and it is loaded down with trivial details to change the clearance, can not clear up stool and urine automatically, and the gas permeability is not enough waiting inconvenient problem of use.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is to provide a diaper capable of being automatically cleaned and dried and a method for using the same.

Based on the above purpose, the invention provides an automatic cleaning and drying paper diaper, which comprises a paper diaper body, a excrement containing groove, a liquid storage device, a cleaning device and a drying device,

the paper diaper body comprises a ventral part and a dorsal part, the waist parts of the ventral part and the dorsal part are connected with each other, and the excrement containing groove is connected between the ventral part and the dorsal part; the excrement containing groove is provided with a feeding port, a ventilation opening and a sewage draining outlet; the water outlet end of the cleaning device is connected with the feeding port of the excrement containing groove, and the cleaning device is used for feeding water into the excrement containing groove and cleaning the hip in the excrement containing groove; the air outlet end of the drying device is connected with the inlet of the excrement containing groove, and the drying device is used for sending air into the excrement containing groove and drying buttocks in the excrement containing groove; one end of the excrement containing groove, which is close to the back side portion, is connected with the liquid storage device, and the liquid storage device is provided with an opening which is in butt joint with the sewage draining outlet.

From the above, when the automatic cleaning and drying paper diaper provided by the invention is used, when a baby urinates and defecates, the pressure sensor in the excrement containing groove can sense the change of temperature and humidity in the excrement containing groove, and the signal is fed back to the central control system to control the pressure pump of the cleaning device to spray water through the first water spray pipe and the second water spray pipe so as to clean the hip of the baby. The cleaning sewage flows into the liquid storage device at the bottom through the sewage draining outlet. After the washing is finished, the central control system can control the drying device to start, and the fan sends hot air into the excrement containing groove along the second cavity of the inner shell to dry the buttocks of the baby. Can automatically clean the excrement and urine and is convenient to use.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a conventional diaper.

Referring to fig. 2, a self-cleaning and drying diaper according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a diaper body 100, a waste collection tank 200, a liquid storage 300, a cleaning device 400, and a drying device 500. The diaper body 100 includes a front side portion and a rear side portion, waist portions of the front side portion and the rear side portion are connected to each other, and the waste collection groove 200 is connected between the front side portion and the rear side portion; the excrement containing groove 200 is provided with a feeding port 210, a ventilation port 220 and a sewage draining outlet 230; the water outlet end of the cleaning device 400 is connected with the inlet 210 of the excrement containing groove 200, and the cleaning device 400 is used for sending water into the excrement containing groove 200 and cleaning the buttocks in the excrement containing groove 200; the air outlet end of the drying device 500 is connected with the inlet 210 of the excrement containing groove 200, and the drying device 500 is used for sending air into the excrement containing groove 200 and drying the buttocks in the excrement containing groove 200; one end of the excrement containing groove 200 close to the back side part is connected with the liquid storage device 300, and the liquid storage device 300 is provided with an opening which is in butt joint with the sewage draining outlet 230.

It should be noted that the diaper provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes a central control system, a power supply, and the like, and the central control system controls the operations of the washing device 400 and the drying device 500.

Specifically, the waist-attaching portions of the back side portion and the abdomen side portion of the diaper body 100 have certain elasticity, and the material may be cotton or an elastic material such as spandex.

Referring to fig. 3, the excrement containing groove 200 is a dumbbell-shaped groove and includes a dumbbell-shaped plate 240, a concave plate 250, an upper convex plate 261 and a lower convex plate 262, the upper convex plate 261 and the lower convex plate 262 are respectively enclosed at the short sides of the dumbbell-shaped plate 240, the concave plate 250 is enclosed at the long side of the dumbbell-shaped plate 240, the vent 220 is opened on the upper convex plate 261, the drain outlet 230 is opened on the lower convex plate 262, and the inlet 210 is opened on the dumbbell-shaped plate 240.

Specifically, the two concave plates 250 are respectively disposed at the positions of the waste collection groove 200 near the legs of the baby and directly connected to the diaper body 100. The upper convex plate 261 is disposed at one end of the excrement containing groove 200 close to the ventral portion of the diaper body 100, and the lower convex plate 262 is disposed at one end of the excrement containing groove 200 close to the dorsal portion of the diaper body 100, and is directly connected with the diaper body 100.

Preferably, dumbbell plate 240 is integrally formed with two concave plates 250, an upper convex plate 261, and a lower convex plate 262. The material is preferably silica gel.

Further, the air inlet 210 includes an air inlet and an air outlet which are adjacently disposed. The air supply outlet is used for connecting the drying device 500 and guiding hot air into the excrement containing groove 200. The water supply port is connected to the cleaning device 400, and introduces cleaning water into the excrement receiving tank 200. The separate arrangement of the inlet 210 can better realize the tightness of the excrement containing groove 200 and prevent the sewage from overflowing through the inlet 210.

The water feeding port and the air feeding port are both arranged at one end, close to the back side part, of the dumbbell-shaped plate, so that the structure of the device is simplified, and hot air and water are better guided in. The air supply outlet may be provided at an upper portion of the water supply port. A sensor, which may be a pressure sensor, is disposed in the excrement containing groove 200. The pressure sensor is controlled by the central control system and can sense the change of the environmental signal in the excrement containing groove 200. Preferably, the central control system can set the operation of the sensor to set a delay time of five to ten minutes after sensing the change of the environmental signal in the defecation containing tub 200, so that the baby completes urination and defecation, and then starts the washing device 400.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the cleaning device 400 includes an inner case 420, a closed outer case 410, a water supply pipe 430, and a pressure pump 440; the inner shell 420 is embedded in the outer shell 410, and a first cavity is formed between the inner shell 420 and the outer shell 410 and used for containing cleaning water; the outer shell 410 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, two ends of the water feeding pipeline 430 are respectively connected with the water outlet of the outer shell 410 and the excrement containing groove 200, and the pressure pump 440 is connected on the water feeding pipeline 430 and used for controlling the water feeding pipeline 430 to feed water into the excrement containing groove 200.

The cleaning device 400 further comprises a first water spraying pipe 450 and a second water spraying pipe 460, wherein a first spray head 451 is arranged at the water spraying end of the first water spraying pipe 450, a second spray head 461 is arranged at the water spraying end of the second water spraying pipe, and the first water spraying pipe 450 and the second water spraying pipe are both arranged in the excrement containing groove 200 and extend along the length direction of the excrement containing groove 200; a three-way pipe fitting 470 is arranged at one end of the water feeding pipeline 430 connected with the water feeding inlet 210, the three-way pipe fitting is arranged in the excrement containing groove 200, the longitudinal joint of the three-way pipe fitting is respectively connected with the first water spraying pipeline 450 and the second water spraying pipeline, and the transverse joint of the three-way pipe fitting is connected with the water feeding pipeline 430.

Preferably, at least one flange 411 (see fig. 6) is disposed on a region of the outer housing 410 close to the excrement receiving groove 200, and the excrement receiving groove 200 is correspondingly provided with an insertion groove 241 (see fig. 5) engaged with the flange 411. Specifically, the two flanges 411 are provided, and the insertion catching groove 241 is provided on the dumbbell plate 240 of the stool accommodating groove 200. The arrangement of the flange 411 and the insertion groove 241 can improve the stability of the connection of the waste collection groove 200 and the cleaning device 400.

Preferably, the washing device 400 further includes a heating device and a temperature sensor. The inner shell 420 is provided with a cavity, the heating device and the temperature sensor are arranged in the cavity of the inner shell 420, and the water temperature is controlled within the range of 35-40 ℃ so that the water temperature is close to the temperature of a human body, and the use comfort is improved.

The heating device can be a heating film or the like. The temperature sensor is controlled by a control system and controls the heating film to heat the outer shell 410. The inner housing 420 and the outer housing 410 may be coaxially disposed or non-coaxially disposed. Preferably, the inner housing 420 is nested coaxially with the outer housing 410, so that the heating film can heat the water better and the water temperature is more uniform.

Preferably, the inner case 420 has an upper opening and a lower opening, and communicates with the second chamber to form a passage as an air duct of the drying device 500. A passage for hot air circulation of the drying device 500 is formed in the inner housing 420 of the cleaning device 400, so that an air duct for separately arranging the drying device 500 can be omitted, the structure is simplified, and the convenience of use is improved.

The drying device 500 includes a blower fan 510 and an air supply duct 520. The blower 510 is disposed at an upper opening of the inner case 420, and both ends of the air supply duct 520 are connected to a lower opening of the inner case 420 and an air supply port of the excrement receiving groove 200, respectively. When the water spraying by the pressure pump 440 is finished, the central control system can transmit a signal to the drying device 500 to start the blower 510. The hot air circulates along the second cavity and the air duct from the upper opening of the inner shell 420, enters the excrement containing groove 200 from the air supply opening, is discharged from the air vent 220 of the excrement containing groove 200, and dries the residual water at the buttocks of the baby. The excrement containing groove 200 is slidably connected with the liquid storage device 300, a plurality of positioning ribs are arranged at the end part of the excrement containing groove 200, which is provided with the sewage discharge outlet 230, and a plurality of positioning grooves matched with the plurality of positioning ribs are correspondingly arranged on the liquid storage device 300. The positioning ribs are matched with the positioning grooves, so that the liquid storage device 300 can be conveniently extracted.

Referring to fig. 7, preferably, the reservoir 300 includes a connecting portion 310, and the shape of the connecting portion 310 is adapted to the end of the web portion of the diaper body 100.

The invention also provides a using method of the automatic cleaning and drying paper diaper, the drying temperature of the drying device is 30-50 ℃, and the drying time of the drying device is 10-30 minutes. It should be noted that the drying temperature and drying time of the drying apparatus are controlled by a central control system. When the drying machine works, the central control system can set the specific drying temperature and the specific drying time.

Preferably, the drying temperature is 45 ℃, is close to the temperature of a human body, can improve the comfort during drying, and improves the drying efficiency.

When the automatic cleaning and drying paper diaper provided by the invention is used, when a baby defecates, the pressure sensor in the excrement containing groove 200 can sense the change of temperature and humidity in the excrement containing groove 200, and the signal is fed back to the central control system, so that the pressure pump 440 of the cleaning device 400 is controlled to spray water through the first water spray pipe 450 and the second water spray pipe, and the hip of the baby is cleaned. The wash water flows into the reservoir 300 at the bottom through the sewage discharge outlet 230. After the washing is completed, the central control system can control the drying device 500 to start, and the fan 510 sends hot air into the defecation trough 200 along the second cavity of the inner housing 420, so as to dry the buttocks of the baby.
