PU resin, code UR, is polymerized from polyester (or polyether) and diisocyanamide compounds. Its chemical structure is more complex than that of general elastic polymer, besides repeated carbamate groups, the molecular chain also contains ester group, ether group, aromatic group and other groups. The UR molecular main chains have the advantages of high hardness, good strength, high elasticity, high wear resistance, tear resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, good conductivity and the like due to the acting force of hydrogen bonds, and are incomparable with common rubber.

The PU resin is added on the basis of a general nitrile rubber formula, and a vulcanization system of the nitrile rubber is changed through reasonable proportion, so that a PU resin molecular chain and a nitrile rubber molecular chain are subjected to copolymerization reaction, and the wear resistance of the nitrile rubber is improved.

One of the technical schemes of the invention is that the PU resin type wear-resistant nitrile rubber comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:

100 portions of nitrile rubber

22-27 parts of zinc oxide

preparing various raw materials according to the proportion of the formula, mixing and refining the raw materials by using an internal mixer to prepare a sizing material, performing thin pass for a plurality of times by using an open mill, pressing the sizing material into a rubber sheet, and standing the rubber sheet for 36-48 hours.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

1. according to the invention, the vulcanization system of the nitrile rubber is changed through reasonable proportioning of the raw materials, so that the molecular chain of the PU resin and the molecular chain of the nitrile rubber are subjected to copolymerization reaction;

2. in the raw materials used in the invention, the adopted nitrile rubber can enable linear molecular chains to form three-dimensional reticular molecular chains in a short time at the temperature of below 120 ℃ in the vulcanization process, the cross-linking density of the product is increased after vulcanization, and various performance indexes of the product are superior to those of the product of a universal vulcanization system; the nitrile rubber prepared by adding the PU resin not only has higher wear resistance, but also can play a role of an operation aid in rubber materials, so that the rubber compound is convenient to process; the 1, 4-butanediol plays a role of a temporary plasticizer in the processing process and participates in the vulcanization effect in the vulcanization process, and the vulcanized rubber can be endowed with higher crosslinking density, so that the application of the 1, 4-butanediol not only can improve the processing performance of the nitrile rubber and the quality of products, but also can reduce or replace other auxiliary materials, such as: the usage amount of the softening agent, the accelerator and the carbon black, thus greatly reducing the cost on the use of raw materials;

3. the wear resistance of the nitrile rubber is greatly improved.

Detailed Description

Nitrile rubber 6280 in the following examples was purchased from LG of korea; polyurethane resin D3145 was purchased from norway polyurethane, inc, shandong; the plasticizer is dioctyl terephthalate (environment-friendly LF-30).
