1. The high-performance lubricant is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:

10-70% of nonionic surfactant;

unsaturated fatty acid: 10 to 40 percent;

5. A method of preparing a high performance lubricant according to any of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:

1) weighing the components in proportion, mixing, putting into a stirring tank, introducing inert gas, and stirring for 2-10 hours to obtain a primary product;

2) and (2) cooling the initial product obtained in the step 1), then carrying out vacuum dehydration treatment, adding a decoloring agent, and stirring for 0.5-1h to obtain the high-performance lubricant.

6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the temperature of the stirring tank in step 1) is 100-200 ℃.

7. The method of claim 5, wherein the inert gas is nitrogen.

Background

The lubricating oil is a liquid or semisolid lubricating agent used on automobiles and mechanical equipment to reduce friction and protect machines and workpieces, and mainly plays roles in lubrication, cooling, rust prevention, cleaning, sealing, buffering and the like. The lubricating oil consists of base oil and additive, the base oil is the main component of the lubricating oil and determines the basic property of the lubricating oil, and the additive can make up and improve the deficiency of the base oil in performance, endow certain new performance and is an important component of the lubricating oil

At present, a method of adding a high-performance lubricant into lubricating oil is widely adopted, and the high-performance lubricant has the functions of dispersing oil sludge, paint films and precursors of carbon deposit in oil, preventing the oil sludge, the paint films and the carbon deposit from forming, prolonging the oil change period and further prolonging the service life of an internal combustion engine. However, many high-performance lubricants produced in the existing market contain elements such as sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine, and the like, and the high-performance lubricants have an unobvious dispersing effect and low efficiency.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a high performance lubricant which does not contain metal elements, sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine and other elements; can be widely applied to the processing of semi-synthesis and emulsified oil. Can obviously improve the water-blending emulsibility of the lubricating oil and can be quickly dispersed in water. The invention also provides a corresponding preparation method.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-70% of nonionic surfactant; unsaturated fatty acid: 10 to 40 percent; ethylene glycol: 10 to 70 percent.

Preferably, the nonionic surfactant is a polyalkoxy ether.

Preferably, the unsaturated fatty acid is C12-C22 enoic acid.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-performance lubricant, which comprises the following steps:

1) weighing the components in proportion, mixing, putting into a stirring tank, introducing inert gas, and stirring for 2-10 hours to obtain a primary product;

2) and (2) cooling the initial product obtained in the step 1), then carrying out vacuum dehydration treatment, adding a decoloring agent, and stirring for 0.5-1h to obtain the high-performance lubricant.

Preferably, in the step 1), the temperature of the stirring tank is 100-200 ℃.

Preferably, the inert gas is nitrogen.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the high-performance lubricant disclosed by the invention is combined with unsaturated fatty acid through the nonionic surfactant in a specific ratio, and does not contain metal elements, sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine and other elements; the water-soluble polymer has good compatibility and compatibility, and can obviously improve the water-adding emulsibility when being applied to the processing of semi-synthesis and emulsified oil, so that the water-soluble polymer is easier to disperse in a water-based system; after the high-performance lubricant is added, the lubricating oil still has high-efficiency lubricating performance at higher temperature and is easy to wash away.

2. The nonionic surfactant is polyalkoxy ether, and after being combined with C12-C22 olefine acid, the nonionic surfactant still has high-efficiency lubricating performance at higher temperature and does not generate tar-like residues at high temperature.

3. The preparation method of the invention adopts the protection effect of inert gas, and can effectively improve the generation of mixed phases in the reaction process of polyalkoxy ether and C12-C22 olefine acid; the prepared lubricant has higher purity.
