The packaging material often has a requirement for waterproof performance, and most manufacturers can apply waterproof paint on the corrugated board to waterproof the packaging material.

As is well known, metals have good conductivity, and there are reports on using metal particles to reduce the resistance of materials in the technical fields of electromagnetic shielding films, engineering plastics, antistatic coatings, etc., for example, chinese patent publication No. CN105860848A discloses an antistatic coating for a measuring cabinet, copper powder is added in the coating, and further, chinese patent publication No. CN103289251A discloses an antistatic PVC plastic and a preparation method thereof, and certain metal powder is added in the formula to reduce the surface resistance of the materials.

However, in the field of papermaking, no related technical scheme and literature report of adding metal powder into paper pulp exists, which is mainly because the metal powder and graphite powder have different properties, and the addition of the metal powder into the paper pulp can reduce the strength of finally obtained paper, and can not meet the basic requirements for manufacturing corrugated boards any more. In addition, although the coating of corrugated cardboard is a technique commonly used by those skilled in the art, for example, patent document No. CN107022926B discloses a process for coating antistatic coating on the surface of corrugated cardboard, but the insufficient adhesion between the coating and the cardboard causes the coating to be easily scraped off, and thus the function of the coating cannot be well realized. The paint which has an antistatic function and a waterproof function and has good adhesive force with the corrugated board is difficult to find in the market, and the corrugated board is thickened by using a double-coating method, so that the corrugated board loses light and thin texture. In summary, it is difficult to obtain a corrugated paper packaging material with good waterproof performance and good antistatic performance by some methods in the prior art.

In view of the above, there is a need to design a waterproof and antistatic corrugated board, which overcomes the above technical difficulties in the corrugated paper processing field.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the application is to provide a waterproof antistatic corrugated container board, this kind of cardboard use metal powder as the batching of paper pulp, and the cardboard intensity that final machine-shaping obtained is better, and the waterproof coating of coating and corrugated container board bonding are better, can be waterproof effectively.

However, the strength of paper is insufficient due to the addition of excessive fillers, the technical defect is overcome by applicants, glycine grafted cellulose with the grafting rate of 1.5-3% is adopted as functional cellulose, and the functional cellulose can greatly reduce the influence of the fillers on the final paper, mainly because amino groups on the glycine can enable the fillers to be better adsorbed to the surface of the fiber, the influence of the fillers on the fiber structure forming in the paper forming process is reduced, and the strength of the whole fiber structure is further ensured when the paper pulp is formed. In the waterproof layer coating, the filler is functional cellulose instead of kaolin, calcium carbonate and other fillers commonly used in the coating field, which is also a technical improvement for better bonding the waterproof layer coating with corrugated boards.

Preferably, the base cellulose powder is prepared by the following method:
