Background

The rock burst is a major disaster threatening the safety production of the mining industry, once the rock burst occurs underground, roadway deformation and rib caving, roof caving, bottom bulging or support collapse, roadway blockage and even roof and bottom plate closure can be caused, personal injury to operators and even death accidents can be caused, and due to the low use cost of the wooden shed, the traditional roadway supporting method mainly adopts the wooden shed for supporting, but the supporting strength of the wooden shed is low, and the roadway is often destroyed integrally once the rock burst occurs; with the reform of the roadway supporting mode, rigid supporting equipment is produced, the structure is adopted at present, the structure can achieve a good impact effect (such as a ladder iron shed) on the roadway, but the rigid supporting cannot buffer impact ground pressure when the impact ground pressure occurs, so that the support is easy to damage, and the supporting cost of a coal mine is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an anti-rock burst support frame for mining, which not only can have a better supporting effect on a roadway, but also can buffer impact force when rock burst occurs, so that the impact force on the support frame is reduced, the service life of the support frame is prolonged, and the supporting cost of a coal mine is effectively reduced.

Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts a combination mode of the fixed bottom plate, the bearing block, the pressing plate, the two supporting plates, the two buffer plates, the two rubber plates, the arc-shaped supporting plate and the arc-shaped pressure-resisting plate, and in the supporting process, if the roadway roof is subjected to impact force generated by rock burst, the arc-shaped supporting plate, the arc-shaped pressure-resisting plate and the triangular supporting frame bear pressure, the pressure is transmitted to the two rubber plates, the rubber plates are deformed under stress to buffer the impact force, and the rubber plates are reset after the buffer is finished; the triangular support frame is arranged, the principle that the triangle has stability is effectively utilized, and therefore the compression resistance of the arc-shaped support plate and the arc-shaped compression resistant plate is improved; if the lateral wall of the roadway is subjected to impact force generated by rock burst, the impact force is applied to the buffer plate through the anchor rod, the buffer plate moves towards the weighing block after being stressed, the first spring and the second spring are deformed under stress to buffer the impact force, the first spring and the second spring reset after the buffering is completed, and the supporting stability of the roadway is guaranteed. Therefore, the invention not only can play a better supporting effect on the roadway, but also can buffer the impact force when rock burst occurs, thereby reducing the impact force on the support frame, prolonging the service life of the support frame and effectively reducing the support cost of the coal mine.

Firstly, fixing a fixed bottom plate 1 to a roadway bottom plate to be supported through a fastener, then assembling the structure of the invention in sequence, and inserting anchor rods 4 into the wall bodies on two sides of the roadway in the installation process to complete the assembly and support process of the invention; in the using process, if the tunnel top plate is subjected to impact force generated by rock burst, the arc-shaped support guard plate 7, the arc-shaped pressure-resistant plate 10 and the triangular support frame 9 bear pressure, the pressure is transmitted to the two rubber plates 6, the rubber plates 6 are deformed under the stress to buffer the impact force, and the rubber plates 6 reset after the buffering; the triangular support frame 9 is arranged, the principle that the triangle has stability is effectively utilized, and therefore the compression resistance of the arc-shaped support guard plate 7 and the arc-shaped compression resistant plate 10 is improved; if the lateral wall of the roadway is subjected to impact force generated by rock burst, the impact force is applied to the buffer plate 2 through the anchor rod 4, the buffer plate 2 moves towards the weighting block 12 after being stressed, the first spring 3 and the second spring 13 deform under stress to buffer the impact force, the first spring 3 and the second spring 13 reset after the buffering is completed, and the supporting stability of the roadway is ensured.
