Background

The projection lamp projects the advertisement content on the manufactured lamp piece to the advertisement surface needing projection, such as the floor, the wall or the ground, by using the optical projection principle and adopting a high-brightness light source. The projection lamp can image any pattern in the form of light on any opaque medium.

When the existing projection lamp is installed through the installation rod, the adjustment of the position of the projection lamp holder is not facilitated. If the projection lamp is installed after the installation rod is installed, the installation of the projection lamp is very inconvenient and the installation efficiency is low due to the fact that the installation rod is high.

If install the projection lamp on the installation pole now, will install the pole again and fix subaerial, nevertheless the projection angle or the position of projection lamp can't be guaranteed to this mode when the projection lamp installation, and the installation pole installation back owing to have certain height to can't adjust the projection lamp.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an adjustable mounting rod for a projection lamp, which realizes the height adjustment of a lamp post through a screw rod and a screw rod nut, realizes the adjustment of the irradiation angle of a projection lamp fixing seat through rotating a first one-way gear and a second one-way gear through a guide rod, and solves the problems of inconvenient angle adjustment and influence on mounting efficiency of the existing projection lamp.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention is an adjustable mounting rod for a projection lamp, including a fixing rod 1; the fixed rod 1 is a tubular structure with two closed ends, and the bottom of the fixed rod 1 is fixed on the ground. The fixed plate 101 is welded on the inner wall of the fixed rod 1, and the fixed plate 101 is located at the position close to the lower end of the fixed rod 1, so that a person can stand conveniently.

As shown in fig. 2-4, a screw rod 2 and a guide rod 3 are rotatably connected between the inner top wall of the fixing rod 1 and the fixing plate 101. The lower ends of the screw rod 2 and the guide rod 3 penetrate through the fixing plate 101 and are respectively and fixedly connected with hand wheels 201;

a straight notch 102 is axially formed in the side wall of the fixing rod 1, and the lower end of the straight notch 102 is flush with the fixing plate 101. An operation opening 103 is formed in the side wall of the fixed rod 1 corresponding to the hand wheel 201; the operation opening 103 can be used for rotating the screw rod 2 or the guide rod 3 through the hand wheel 201.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lead screw 2 is fitted with a lead screw nut 202; the peripheral side surface of the screw rod nut 202 is rotationally connected with a lamp post 4 through a bearing seat; the guide rod 3 is connected with an adjusting block 5 in a sliding way; the adjusting block 5 is provided with a through hole penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface, the sliding with the guide rod 3 is realized through the through hole, and the side surface of the adjusting block 5 is provided with a through hole; the through hole and the through hole are perpendicular to each other and are not communicated with each other. The peripheral side surface of the upper end of the guide rod 3 is fixedly connected with a driving wheel 301.

The lamp post 4 is of a tubular structure and is rotatably connected with the through hole through a one-way bearing, so that the lamp post 4 can only rotate towards one direction relative to the adjusting block 5. The lamp post 4 extends out of the fixing rod 1 through the straight notch 102.

As shown in fig. 3, the end of the lamp post 4 extending out of the fixing rod 1 is provided with an adjusting notch 401; a fixing seat 402 for mounting the projection lamp is rotatably connected in the adjusting notch 401. The inner wall of the guide post 6 and the lamp post 4 are in clearance fit, the peripheral side surface of the guide post 6 is welded or in threaded connection with a limiting column 601 in clearance fit with the waist-shaped hole 403, and the end part of the limiting column 601 extends out of the outer wall of the lamp post 4. The end surface of the guide post 6 is hinged with a connecting rod 602, and one end of the connecting rod 602 is hinged with the fixed seat 402; then, the fixing base 402 is pulled by the connecting rod 602 through the axial movement of the guide post 6 inside the lamp post 4, so as to realize the rotation of the fixing base 402, i.e. adjust the orientation direction of the projection lamp.

The peripheral side surface of the lamp post 4 is connected with a first one-way gear 404 and a shaft sleeve 405; the first one-way gear 404 and the bushing 405 are respectively located at both sides of the adjusting block 5.

The sleeve 405 is rotatably connected to the lamp stem 4 by means of bearings and defines an axial position. The inner wall of the shaft sleeve 405 is provided with a cam channel matched with the end part of the limit column 601, the cam channel is a wavy annular groove and is used for rotating through the shaft sleeve 405, the limit column 601 reciprocates along the waist-shaped hole 403 by utilizing the cam channel, namely, the axial movement of the guide column 6 is realized, and the projection lamp is adjusted.

The peripheral side surface of the shaft sleeve 405 is connected with a second one-way gear 406; the upper surface of the adjusting block 5 is rotatably connected with a connecting wheel 501, and the connecting wheel 501 is a gear. The connecting wheel 501 can be simultaneously engaged with the driving wheel 301, the first one-way gear 404 and the second one-way gear 406.

During installation, the lamp post 4 is lowered to the installation position convenient to install by rotating the screw rod 2, and the projection lamp is installed on the fixed seat 402. After the lamp post is installed, the screw rod 2 is rotated to enable the lamp post 4 to ascend to the top end of the fixed rod 1, and the cover plate 104 is covered.

When the guide rod 3 is rotated, the driving wheel 301 drives the connecting wheel 501 to rotate, for example, clockwise, and the connecting wheel 501 drives the first one-way gear 404 and the second one-way gear 406 to rotate at the same time.

At this time, the first one-way gear 404 is locked, the one-way bearing connecting the lamp post 4 and the through hole is in a free rotation state, and the second one-way gear 406 is in a free rotation state. When the connecting wheel 501 rotates counterclockwise, the first one-way gear 404 is in a free rotation state, and the one-way bearing connecting the lamp post 4 and the through hole is in a locked state, so that the lamp post 4 cannot rotate. And the second one-way gear 406 is in a locked state, so as to drive the shaft sleeve 405 to rotate, the shaft sleeve 405 rotates, and the cam groove of the inner wall is matched with the limiting column 601, so that the limiting column 601 moves along the waist-shaped hole 403, that is, the guide column 6 moves axially, that is, the irradiation position of the projection lamp along the axial direction of the lamp post 4 is adjusted.

Therefore, through the independent rotation of the lamp post 4 and the fixing seat 402, the irradiation direction of the projection lamp can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the installation convenience of the projection lamp and the flexible adjustment of the irradiation position are greatly improved.

Preferably, a lamp post notch 105 in clearance fit with the lamp post 4 is formed in the inner top surface of the straight notch 102, and a rubber pad is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the cover plate 104; the upper surface of the rubber pad is abutted against the inner top surface of the straight notch 102. The lamp post notch 105 can have certain fixed limiting effect on the lamp post 4, and the sealing performance can be improved by utilizing the rubber pad, and meanwhile, the lamp post 4 is supported.

Meanwhile, the arc-shaped notch 106 attached to the outer wall of the lamp post 4 is formed in the upper surface of the rubber gasket, the arc-shaped notch 106 limits the position of the lamp post 4, and the stability of the lamp post 4 is guaranteed.

Preferably, the end face of the limiting column 601 is of a spherical structure, and is in contact fit with the cam groove channel through a spherical surface, so that the friction force is reduced, and the smoothness and the reliability of adjustment are improved.
