step six, under the condition that the rotating shaft 5 is not moved, the movable column 81 is magnetically connected with the magnetic block 84 through the magnet ring 82 with the detachably connected surface, so that the rubber strip 83 is attached to the magnet ring 82, and is also attached around the movable column 81, therefore, when the movable column 81 rotates rapidly, the magnetic block 84 is thrown out through centrifugal force, the rubber strip 83 fixedly connected to the surface of the magnet ring 82 rotates rapidly, and therefore, the bottom of the switch cabinet is cleaned by fast impurity removal through wind power generated by the rubber strip 83 and self thrust, and the rapidity of cleaning is improved;

and seventhly, shaping and protecting the rubber strip 83 through the round blocks 9 fixedly connected with the two ends of the movable column 81 when the movable column rotates, and enabling the rubber strip 83 to contract and not to be disordered when the movable column stops working, so that the whole impurity removal cleaning process is completed.
