Technical Field

The invention relates to labor protection, in particular to a novel transparent mask.

Background

The N95 mask is one of 9 kinds of particle protective masks certified by NIOSH. "N" means not resistant to oil (nottresistant to oil). "95" indicates that the particle concentration in the mask is 95% or more lower than the particle concentration outside the mask when exposed to a predetermined number of the test particles. Wherein 95% is not the average value but the minimum value. N95 is not a specific product name, and is called "N95 mask" as long as it meets the N95 standard and is approved by NIOSH. The protection grade of N95 indicates that the filtering efficiency of the mask filter material on non-oily particles (such as dust, acid mist, paint mist, microorganisms and the like) reaches 95% under the detection condition specified by the NIOSH standard. Another percentage of other antiparticle mask levels certified by pain point 1 NIOSH also included: n95, N99, N100, R95, R99, R100, P95, P99 and P100, and the total number is 9. These protection levels can all cover the protection range of N95. The detection shows that the filtering effect can reach 95 percent. However, for the N95 mask, theoretically, the more airtight the protective material of the mask is, the better the effect of blocking particulate matters is.

The invention provides a transparent mask integrating mask, goggles, helmet and neck wrap.

The transparent mask of the invention filters the mask at the edge of the mouth, moves the mask from the face to the other position, and sends the filtered air back to the face by a pipeline and a blower, the air pipe sends the filtered air to the nose, and plays a role of fixing a bracket for separating clean air from dirty air, the periphery of the nostril is in a positive air pressure state, thereby preventing the unfiltered air from entering, using electricity to assist breathing, increasing the comfortable feeling and reducing the consumption, and the transparent mask is made into a safety helmet with a deepened type by using a pc number and used for protecting the whole head, and a cooling fan is added at a proper position for regulating the body temperature.

The transparent mask is quickly connected with the neck enclosure at the bottom of the transparent helmet and is easy to replace, and the neck enclosure prevents virus channels and is provided with an electric switch; the filter element and the air inlet of the fan are slightly larger, and are made of 12 layers of N95 mask cloth or other materials capable of filtering air, so that the replacement is convenient and economical; the fan is a micro direct current motor which takes a battery as a power supply; the bracket is made of a transparent helmet and is formed by pressing a mould, and is made of stainless steel or is injection-molded; the battery is fixed at the bottom of the back of the support, which plays the role of power supply and weight balance, lowers the gravity center, is positioned inside or outside the helmet, the back half part of the helmet is the best, and for example, the battery is hung on the body by a charger; the support helmet is a transparent mask fan base, so that the fan can normally operate and can shield wind and rain; the helmet with the lining has all the features of helmet, and the helmet has several functions, including regulating the thickness of transparent helmet, military bulletproof helmet, regulating filter element, and sand storm preventing helmet.

The transparent mask has the following beneficial effects:

according to the transparent mask, the negative pressure fan in the transparent mask timely pumps away waste gas, so that the energy consumption of lung exhaust is reduced, and the left and right blowers directly send clean gas to the nose, so that the breathing is smoother. as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the transparent mask of the present invention comprises a filter element which is movably and interchangeably provided at an air inlet of a blower, a heat dissipation blower 1 is fixed on a transparent helmet 2, the left and right sides of the lower part of the transparent helmet 2 are respectively connected with a blower 5, the blower 5 is connected with a blower pipe 6, the blower pipe 6 is connected with a blower outlet 8, the bottom of the transparent helmet 2 is connected with a negative pressure blower 4 and a negative pressure air pipe 7, the negative pressure air pipe 7 is connected with a negative pressure inlet 9, the middle upper part of the transparent helmet 2 is connected with a cap liner 3, and a heat dissipation fan is provided at a proper position to adjust the body temperature, the bottom of the transparent helmet 2 is rapidly connected with a neck enclosure 10, so as to facilitate replacement, and the neck enclosure 10.
