Technical Field

Background

The existing partial cooking appliance has a voice prompt function, and can prompt various attentions of a user in a voice mode. For example, information indicating the start and completion of cooking. However, the existing cooking appliances are not intelligent enough, cannot perform selective prompting according to the change of scenes or time, and cannot bring better use experience to users.

Therefore, there is a need to provide a cooking appliance and a control method for a cooking appliance to at least partially solve the above-mentioned problems.

In order to at least partially solve the above-mentioned problems, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cooking appliance including:

a voice output device configured to output voice information; and

It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the embodiments of the invention.

In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art. The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention, however, the invention is capable of other embodiments in addition to those detailed.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there are provided a cooking appliance and a control method of cooking using the same.

The cooking utensil shown by the invention can be an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric stewpan and the like.

As shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance 100 according to the present invention includes a cover 120 and a pot body 110. The pot body 110 is substantially in a rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and has a cylindrical inner pot receiving portion into or from which the inner pot 111 can be freely put or taken out to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot 111. The upper surface of the inner pot 111 has a circular opening for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., therein. The bottom of the inner pan 111 is typically also provided with heating means 170 for heating the inner pan. It is understood that the cooking appliance 100 according to the present invention may cook other miscellaneous grain rice such as bean rice, in addition to rice. The cooking appliance 100 will be described in detail below, taking rice cooking as an example.

The cover 120 has a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and substantially corresponds to the shape of the pot body 110. The lid body 120 is pivotally connected to the pot body 110 in an openable and closable manner for covering the pot body 110 and constituting a cooking space between the inner pot 111 and the lid body 120.

As shown in fig. 2, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a control device 130. The control device 130 includes a main control chip, which may be electrically connected to functional elements of the cooking appliance 100, such as the heating device 170, and send signals to control the functional elements to perform corresponding operations. According to the present invention, a Real-Time Clock (RTC) module is disposed in the main control chip, so that the control device 130 can implement a Real-Time timing function.

It can be understood that the main control chip needs to consume electric energy when executing the real-time timing function. As shown in fig. 2, the cooking appliance 100 includes a main power supply 180 and a timing power supply 190. The main power 180 may be commercial power used in daily life of a household, and the timer power 190 may be a battery provided on the cooking appliance 100. The timing power supply 190 is used to supply power to the main control chip to provide the power consumption required to maintain the timing function. Therefore, the main control chip can continuously perform real-time timing without being limited by external conditions.

Preferably, the timing of the control device 130 can be kept synchronized with the Beijing time. However, the timing of the control device 130 can also be synchronized with the times of other time zones, if desired.

In addition, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a voice output device 140 electrically connected to the control device 130 and capable of outputting various information fed back by the cooking appliance 100 to the user in a voice manner in response to the control of the control device 130. In a preferred embodiment, the voice output device 140 is a speaker, which can be controlled by a voice chip.

Preferably, the cooking appliance 100 is further provided with an input device 150 and a display device 160. The input device 150 is used for a user to input information and transmit the information to the control device 130. For example, the information input by the user may be time information, recipe information, number of people information, taste information, and the like. In one embodiment, the input device 150 may be configured in the form of a key. The display device 160 is used to display information output from the cooking appliance 100 to a user as visual information. In particular, the display device 160 may be a display screen. Preferably, the input device 150 and the display device 160 may be configured in the form of a display provided with a touch screen device or operation keys. In this embodiment, the user may input cooking information by operating a touch screen or keys on the display. Thus, the two are formed into an integral component, and the number of parts can be reduced.

According to the cooking appliance 100 of the present invention, the control device 130 is configured to control the voice output device 140 to output voice information matching the current time, prompt or greeting the user, etc. when the main power supply 180 is turned on. This is described in detail below in conjunction with the flow chart shown in fig. 3.

First, when the cooking appliance 100 turns on the main power supply 180, the control device 130 first reads the counted current time and determines a time period in which the current time is located. The time period can be divided into day and night according to normal daily work and rest. For example, 8am to 8pm per day may be divided into a time period of day, and 8pm per day to 8am on the following day may be divided into a time period of night. According to the time period of the current time, the control device 130 controls the voice output device 140 to output different voice information.

Specifically, when the control device 130 determines that the current time zone is daytime, it controls the voice output device 140 to output daytime information about daytime, "good morning", "good afternoon", and the like. When the control means 130 determines that the current time period is night (i.e., evening), it controls the voice output means 140 to output night information related to night, such as "good night" or the like.

In addition, since the surrounding environments are different between day and night, the volume required for outputting the corresponding voice information is also different. For example, the noise of the daytime surroundings is relatively large, and therefore the output volume corresponding to the daytime information is large. And the ambient environment at night is relatively quiet, so the output volume corresponding to the night information is low. Preferably, according to the present invention, the cooking appliance 100 may be provided with four volume levels: VL1, VL2, VL3, VL 4. Wherein, the size relation of each volume level is VL1< VL2< VL3< VL 4. For example, the voice output device 140 may output daytime information at a volume level of VL3 or VL4, and nighttime information at a volume level of VL1 or VL 2.

Preferably, a mute time period may also be provided for convenience of use in order to prevent the cooking appliance 100 from undesirably outputting voice information when the main power supply 180 is turned on. Specifically, the user may set a specific range of the silent period through the input device 150. When the control device 130 determines that the current time is in the mute time period, the voice output device 140 is controlled to keep mute, so as to realize the function of avoiding disturbance. For example, 9pm per day to 8pm the following day may be set as the silent period according to daily work and rest.

The control method according to the present invention is exemplified below.

For example, the user uses the cooking appliance 100 at 10 am 8. When the main power supply 180 is turned on, the control apparatus 130 first reads that the current time is 8am, 10 minutes in beijing, which is located in the time period of the day, to determine that the voice output apparatus 140 needs to output the day information at a high volume of VL3 or VL 4. Thereby judging that the current time of 10 minutes at 8am is outside the silent period, and controlling the voice output device 140 to operate to output corresponding daytime information. Meanwhile, the control device 130 may also control the display device 160 to display visual information matching the daytime information. The cooking appliance 100 may then perform the next operation.

For example, the user uses cooking appliance 100 at 9pm and 30 minutes. When the main power 180 is turned on, the control device 130 first reads that the current time is 9 o' clock 30 minutes in beijing, which is located in a period of nighttime, at night, thereby determining that the voice output device 140 needs to output nighttime information at a low volume of VL1 or VL 2. And if the user sets the mute time period, judging whether the current time is in the mute time period. For example, a mute period of 9pm per day to 8pm the following day is set as the mute period. Thereby judging that the time of 30 minutes at 9pm is within the mute time period, and controlling the voice output device 140 to keep mute and not output the night information. Meanwhile, the control device 130 may also control the display device 160 to display visual information matching the night information. The cooking appliance 100 may then perform the next operation.

It is understood that the above description is for illustrative purposes only, and the user can flexibly set the time corresponding to the time period and flexibly set the time of the mute time period according to the requirement. Furthermore, the control device 130 may be configured to first make a judgment about the silent period after reading the current time and then judge the corresponding period (day or night).
