Referring to fig. 1, the length of the conveyor belt 1 can be adapted to a plurality of segments as a table, and when one segment of the conveyor belt 1 needs to be cleaned, the rotating wheel 3 rotates to rotate the other segment of the conveyor belt 1 to the table position. The section following cleaning can be put into a waiting next-time use mode, before the next use the conveyor belt 1 of this section is in a state of silence, replacing the section of the conveyor belt 1 currently in use when the turning wheel 3 is turned again. When each section enters the use table surface, the section on the conveyor belt 1 can be subjected to dust collection by using the dust collection device 8, and the power of the dust collection device 8 can be provided by the power device 7 of the rotating wheel 3, so that each time the rotating wheel 3 is operated, the dust collection device 8 performs dust collection on the section of the conveyor belt 1 which is about to operate to the table surface. The rotating wheel 3 only needs to rotate for a fixed number of turns each time to meet the requirement of alternately using a plurality of table top sections on the conveyor belt 1.

In a preferred embodiment, a bearing platform 6 is arranged below the conveyor belt 1, frames 9 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bearing platform 6, and the frames 9 and the bearing platform 6 can be detached. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, when the conveyor belt 1 is used as a table top, because the conveyor belt 1 is a soft belt and has elasticity, a certain degree of deformation can occur, which does not meet the relevant regulations of the tobacco leaf grading screening, and a bearing platform 6 is needed to be designed to ensure that the conveyor belt 1 becomes a flat table top. The platform 6 is placed below the conveyor belt 1 so that when the conveyor belt 1 is positioned above the platform 6, the conveyor belt 1 can act as a work surface, meeting the regulations. The front side and the rear side of the bearing platform 6 can be provided with frames 9, the frames 9 can be used for protecting the edge parts of the conveyor belt 1, and meanwhile, the moving range of the conveyor belt 1 can be limited and cannot be deviated. It can be understood that the bearing platform 6 and the frame 9 can be detached independently, so that the related devices can be cleaned and maintained conveniently and timely.

As a preferred embodiment, the frame 9 is provided with a limiting member 91, the limiting member 91 is located above the conveyor belt 1, and the frame 9, the limiting member 91, and the bearing platform 6 wrap the edges of the two sides of the conveyor belt 1. Referring to fig. 3, the frame 9 may be slightly higher than the table top position where the conveyor belt 1 is located, and then a limiting member 91 extends toward the center of the table top, and the limiting member 91 covers the edge position of the conveyor belt 1, so that the bearing platform 6, the frame 9, and the limiting member 91 can wrap the edge of the conveyor belt 1 located above the bearing platform 6, and play a role in pressing the edge portion of the conveyor belt 1, thereby further leveling the conveyor belt 1 located above the bearing platform 6.

As a preferred embodiment, the outer surface of the conveyor belt 1 is provided with a teflon coating. The polytetrafluoroethylene has excellent chemical properties, corrosion resistance, high lubrication non-adhesiveness, electric insulation and good ageing resistance. The outer surface of the conveyor belt 1 can be provided with a polytetrafluoroethylene coating to increase the smoothness of the outer surface, alkaline substances contained in tobacco leaves cannot generate chemical damage to the polytetrafluoroethylene, and tobacco leaf scraps are easier to clean when being positioned on the surface of the coating.
