The invention relates to construction of a fully-mechanized excavating machine, in particular to an automatic steel wire rope splicing machine for splicing work of mine steel wire ropes.

Background

Along with the development of coal mine technology, the unit mainly carries out comprehensive digging machine construction, and an endless rope winch, a small winch, a dispatching winch, a comprehensive digging machine traction belt tail and the like are often used for a steel wire inserting hook head to form a set of complete transportation system. The steel wire rope is formed by twisting a plurality of strands around a rope core according to a certain process, and the strands are formed by twisting a plurality of steel wires and the strand core. The traditional splicing steel wire rope firstly needs to be stranded, and the splicing length of the steel wire rope is not less than 1000 times of the diameter of the steel wire rope according to the stipulation of coal mine safety regulations. The length which is larger than the diameter of the steel wire rope by 500 is measured from the rope end, after six steel wires are broken, one person fixes the steel wire rope on the road plate, and after the other person uses the pointed cone and the hammer to cooperatively break the main rope strand, the other person inserts the strand dividing rope, so that the rope inserting work can be finished, and the time and labor are wasted. In order to solve the unsafe factors that steel wire ropes can be inserted and stranded only after being broken by a pointed cone and a hammer, and human injury accidents are easily caused, the automatic steel wire rope inserting machine is designed and manufactured.

The invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:

the automatic wire rope plugging machine is manufactured according to daily experience on the basis of the conventional pneumatic rope plugging machine, a foot-operated control push rod telescopic switch is arranged, a 24V direct-current motor push rod motor is adopted as a power supply, a direct-current motor forward and reverse rotation control module is used, and the voltage is changed from 220V to 24V, so that the automatic wire rope plugging machine is ensured to work in a safe voltage. The automatic steel wire rope plugging machine is manufactured by a standing rod, an electric heavy industrial push rod motor, a 24v power supply converter, a hollow conical head, a base, a pedal control switch and the like. The main strand of the steel wire rope fixed on the steel wire rope fixing clamp is punched by a hollow conical head through the downward thrust of a push rod motor (load 6000N, stroke 150mm and speed 10 mm/s), then the strand dividing ropes are inserted, and the operation is performed in sequence until all the rope ends enter the main rope body. The designed and manufactured automatic splicing machine can directly fix the stranded steel wire rope on the rope support frame, extracts the rope core from the first retained long rope head, controls a motor push rod to break the stranded steel wire rope main body by using a pointed cone by treading with feet, and then performs splicing and stranding to complete splicing work.

The automatic splicing machine for the steel wire rope is characterized in that: the system has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, economy, practicality, convenient processing and installation, low voltage consumption, easy maintenance and strong reliability.

The plug-in machine has the following functions: the single person can independently complete the splicing work of the steel wire rope, and various types of steel wire ropes can be automatically spliced, so that the service cycle of the steel wire rope is prolonged, the replacement times of the whole rope are reduced, the cost of the steel wire rope can be saved for 1.6 ten thousand yuan per month, and better economic benefit is obtained.
