A small snow removing device comprises a main frame (1), wheels (2) and rolling brushes (3), wherein the wheels (2) and the rolling brushes (3) are connected with the main frame (1), and is characterized in that a plunger pump (5), an engine (4) for driving the plunger pump (5), a hydraulic oil tank (6), a walking hydraulic motor (9) for driving the wheels (2) to rotate, a rolling brush hydraulic motor (10) for driving the rolling brushes (3) to rotate and a control device are arranged on the main frame (1), and the plunger pump (5), the walking hydraulic motor (9) and the rolling brush hydraulic motor (10) are all connected with the hydraulic oil tank (6);

control valves are arranged among the walking hydraulic motor (9), the rolling brush hydraulic motor (10) and the plunger pump (5) so as to control the working states of the walking hydraulic motor (9) and the rolling brush hydraulic motor (10) by controlling the flow of oil liquid;

4. The small snow removing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said traveling hydraulic motor (9) and said rolling brush hydraulic motor (10) are connected to said hydraulic oil tank (6) through an oil return pipe, said oil return pipe being provided with a filter (11) for filtering said oil.

The small snow removing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said rolling brush (3) is connected to the front end of said main frame (1) by a rolling brush positioning wheel (13), said rolling brush positioning wheel (13) comprising an outer rod connected to said rolling brush (3), a positioning wheel for contacting with the ground, and an inner rod connected to said positioning wheel, said outer rod being sleeved with said inner rod and both being slidably connected.

6. The small snow removing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein an end of said main frame (1) remote from said rolling brush (3) is provided with a handrail (14) for a user to hold to adjust a traveling direction, said handrail (14) being bolted to said main frame (1).

7. The small snow removing apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the number of said handrails (14) is two, and two of said handrails (14) are symmetrically distributed about an axis of said main frame (1).

8. The small snow removing apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that said control means includes a control panel (7), said control panel (7) being mounted on said armrest (14).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of snow removal, in particular to small-sized snow removal equipment.

Background

The snow problem often appears in winter in the north, to narrow or light load road surface, can't use large-scale snow breaker snow removing, mainly clears up through artifical or the small-size snow removing equipment of mechanical transmission formula.

The treatment efficiency of manually cleaning accumulated snow on the road surface is low, and the working time is long; and the failure rate of mechanical parts in the mechanically-driven small snow removing apparatus increases in cold environments.

In summary, how to provide a small-sized snow removing device suitable for narrow or light-load road surfaces is a problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a small-sized snow removing device which meets the snow removing requirement of light-load or light-load road surfaces.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

control valves are arranged among the walking hydraulic motor, the rolling brush hydraulic motor and the plunger pump so as to control the working states of the walking hydraulic motor and the rolling brush hydraulic motor by controlling the flow of oil liquid;

the engine and the control valve are connected with the control device so as to control the rotating speed of the engine and the opening degree of the control valve.

Preferably, the plunger pump comprises an in-line axial plunger pump.

Preferably, the main frame is provided with a radiator for radiating the hydraulic oil tank.

Preferably, the walking hydraulic motor and the rolling brush hydraulic motor are connected with the hydraulic oil tank through an oil return pipeline, and a filter for filtering the oil is arranged on the oil return pipeline.

When the small snow removing equipment provided by the invention works, the control device controls the engine to start, the engine drives the piston in the plunger pump to reciprocate, oil flowing into the plunger pump from the hydraulic oil tank is compressed, mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic pressure energy, high-pressure oil enters the walking hydraulic motor and the rolling brush hydraulic motor from the control valve respectively, the hydraulic pressure energy is converted into mechanical energy to drive wheels and rolling brushes to rotate respectively, and meanwhile, the oil flows back into the hydraulic oil tank.

It should be noted that the operating state of the traveling hydraulic motor and the operating state of the rolling brush hydraulic motor are independent of each other, and are controlled by the control device through the control valve.

Therefore, the small snow removing equipment provided by the invention adopts a hydraulic transmission mode, avoids mechanical faults caused by the influence of cold environment on the performance of parts, and has stable transmission and long service life; meanwhile, the size of the hydraulic transmission device is smaller than that of the mechanical transmission device under the same power, the snow removing device is small in size, light in weight and compact in structure, size and weight of small snow removing equipment can be further reduced, and the snow removing device is more suitable for snow removal in narrow and light-load road environments.

The invention provides small snow removing equipment which comprises a main frame 1, wheels 2 and rolling brushes 3, wherein the wheels 2 and the rolling brushes 3 are connected with the main frame 1, a plunger pump 5, an engine 4 for driving the plunger pump 5, a hydraulic oil tank 6, a walking hydraulic motor 9 for driving the wheels 2 to rotate, a rolling brush hydraulic motor 10 for driving the rolling brushes 3 to rotate and a control device are arranged on the main frame 1, and the plunger pump 5, the walking hydraulic motor 9 and the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10 are connected with the hydraulic oil tank 6; control valves are arranged among the traveling hydraulic motor 9, the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10 and the plunger pump 5 so as to control the working states of the traveling hydraulic motor 9 and the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10 by controlling the oil flow; the engine 4 and the control valve are connected to a control device for controlling the rotation speed of the engine 4 and the opening of the control valve.

The main frame 1 is a main bearing component of small-sized snow removing equipment, and a hydraulic transmission device, a traveling device and a cleaning device of the small-sized snow removing equipment are installed on the main frame.

The wheels 2 are advancing devices of the small snow removing equipment and are used for driving the rolling brushes 3 connected to the main frame 1 to move, preferably, referring to fig. 1, in order to reduce the mass and the volume of the small snow removing equipment, the wheels can be designed to be single-axle structures, and the two ends of each axle are respectively connected with the wheels 2.

The size of the wheel 2 is determined by the size of the main frame 1 and the like, and it should be noted that a material having a certain cold resistance, such as fluororubber, is selected to manufacture the tire of the wheel 2 in consideration of the cold working environment.

The round brush 3 is the cleaning device of small-size snow removing equipment, and through the rotation of the brush hair on the round brush 3, the round brush 3 is cleared up the snow that covers on the road surface.

Preferably, the rolling brush 3 is connected to the front end of the main frame 1 through a rolling brush positioning wheel 13, the rolling brush positioning wheel 13 comprises an outer rod connected with the rolling brush 3, a positioning wheel used for contacting with the ground and an inner rod connected with the positioning wheel, and the outer rod is sleeved with the inner rod and is in sliding connection with the inner rod. Therefore, the height of the outer rod from the road surface can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the overlapped section of the inner rod and the outer rod, so that the height of the rolling brush 3 connected with the outer rod from the road surface is adjusted, and the height of the brush hair of the rolling brush 3 from the road surface is adjusted according to the accumulated snow condition of the road surface.

The hydraulic transmission device is arranged on the main frame 1 and mainly comprises an engine 4, a plunger pump 5, a hydraulic oil tank 6, a walking hydraulic motor 9, a rolling brush hydraulic motor 10, a control valve and a control device.

The engine 4 may be a diesel engine or a gasoline engine, and preferably, the engine 4 may be a gasoline engine in consideration of a high ignition point of the diesel engine and a slow starting speed in a cold environment.

The plunger pump 5 is connected with the engine 4 through a transmission shaft, and the engine 4 does work to drive a piston in the plunger pump 5 to reciprocate, so that the volume of the cavity is changed and oil in the cavity is compressed.

Preferably, the plunger pump 5 can comprise a serial axial plunger pump, only one transmission shaft is needed, the number of parts of the hydraulic transmission device is reduced, the connection relation between the plunger pump 5 and the engine 4 is simplified, meanwhile, the quality of the small snow removing device is reduced, and the size of the small snow removing device is reduced.

The type of the plunger pump 5 should match the power of the engine 4, and the selection of the specific type is referred to the prior art and will not be described herein.

Of course, other kinds of plunger pumps 5 can be selected according to the actual production requirements, and the details are not repeated.

The hydraulic oil tank 6 is communicated with the plunger pump 5 through an oil outlet pipeline and supplies oil to the plunger pump 5, and meanwhile, the hydraulic oil tank 6 is communicated with the walking hydraulic motor 9 and the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10 through an oil return pipeline so as to facilitate oil return.

Preferably, referring to fig. 1, the main frame 1 is provided with a radiator 12 for radiating heat of the hydraulic oil tank 6.

Preferably, the radiator 12 may be provided as an air-cooling type radiator, and the hydraulic oil tank 6 may be provided at a downdraft of the air-cooling type radiator.

Of course, other types of heat sinks 12 can be selected, and the types and mounting positions of the heat sinks 12 are not described in detail herein, referring to the prior art.

The output shaft of the walking hydraulic motor 9 is connected with the axle to drive the axle to rotate; an output shaft of the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10 is connected with a rotating shaft of the rolling brush 3 to drive the rolling brush 3 to rotate.

The control valve is used for controlling whether high-pressure oil can enter the walking hydraulic motor 9 and the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10, preferably, a reversing valve 8 is arranged between the walking hydraulic motor 9, the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10 and the plunger pump 5, an inlet of the reversing valve 8 is connected with an oil outlet of the plunger pump 5, and two outlets of the reversing valve 8 are respectively connected with the walking hydraulic motor 9 and the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10.

The directional control valve 8 may be divided into a manual directional control valve, an electromagnetic directional control valve, an electro-hydraulic directional control valve, and the like according to the different ways of changing the fluid flow.

When the hydraulic oil pump works, the control device controls the engine 4 to be started, the engine 4 drives the piston in the plunger pump 5 to reciprocate, oil flowing into the plunger pump 5 from the hydraulic oil tank 6 is compressed, mechanical energy is converted into liquid pressure energy, the high-pressure oil enters the walking hydraulic motor 9 and the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10 from the control valve respectively, the liquid pressure energy is converted into mechanical energy in the walking hydraulic motor 9 and the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10, the wheels 2 and the rolling brushes 3 are driven to rotate respectively, and meanwhile, the oil flows back to the hydraulic oil tank 6.

The operation of the traveling hydraulic motor 9 and the operation of the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10 are independent of each other and are not affected by each other.

Therefore, the small snow removing equipment provided by the embodiment adopts a hydraulic transmission mode, avoids mechanical faults caused by the influence of cold environment on the performance of parts, and has stable transmission and long service life; meanwhile, the size of the hydraulic transmission device is smaller than that of the mechanical transmission device under the same power, the snow removing device is small in size, light in weight and compact in structure, size and weight of small snow removing equipment can be further reduced, and the snow removing device is more suitable for snow removal in narrow and light-load road environments.

Preferably, the traveling hydraulic motor 9 and the rolling brush hydraulic motor 10 are connected with the hydraulic oil tank 6 through an oil return pipeline, and a filter 11 for filtering oil is arranged on the oil return pipeline.

For the type of the filter 11, please refer to the prior art, which is not described herein.

On the basis of the above embodiment, referring to fig. 1, an end of the main frame 1 away from the rolling brush 3 is provided with a handrail 14 for a user to hold and adjust a traveling direction, and the handrail 14 is bolted to the main frame 1. In use, a user can hold the handrail 14 to adjust the traveling direction of the small snow removing apparatus.

The height of the armrest 14 is determined according to the height of the main frame 1 and the height suitable for human body operation, so as to improve the comfort of the user during operation.

The armrest 14 may be shaped like a nearly L-shape as shown in fig. 1, and has one end serving as a fixed end connected to the main frame 1 and the other end serving as a holding end for a user to hold.

Preferably, the number of the handrails 14 may be two, and the two handrails 14 are symmetrically distributed about the axis of the main frame 1.

On the basis of the above embodiment, the control device may include a control panel 7, and the control panel 7 is mounted on the armrest 14 to facilitate the control operation of the user.

Preferably, the control panel 7 may be provided with a switch button for starting the engine 4, a rotation speed control knob for adjusting the rotation speed of the engine 4, a travel start button for controlling the rotation of the wheel 2, and a rolling brush start button for controlling the rotation of the rolling brush 3, so as to adjust the movement states of the wheel 2 and the rolling brush 3.
