Background

The main function of the lock core is to transmit torque force by the head, so as to drive other parts of the lock to achieve unlocking and locking. The head structures of lock cylinders of padlocks, drawer locks, door locks and bicycle locks are different, and the torque transmission modes are different, but the functions are the same; the existing lock core is rotated, generally, a key is inserted into a lock hole, a marble reaches a designated position, and the key is twisted to further twist the lock core to realize unlocking, but the existing lock core has single marble and still needs to be further improved in anti-theft safety; in view of the deficiencies of the prior art, a need exists for a lock cylinder that improves the security of the lock cylinder against theft.

The invention aims to provide a lock cylinder, which can improve the anti-theft safety of the lock cylinder.

The invention provides the following technical scheme:

a lock cylinder includes a lock cylinder and a key; the end part of the lock cylinder is provided with a key hole, and the upper end and the side part of the lock cylinder are respectively provided with a first spring hole and a second spring hole; a first marble and a second marble are respectively arranged in the first marble hole and the second marble hole;

the upper end surface and the side part of the key are respectively provided with a plurality of first marble grooves and second marble grooves which are matched with the first marbles and the second marbles; the first marble groove is a strip-shaped groove viewed from the top, and the second marble groove is a circular groove viewed from the top; one end of the first pin tumbler is wedge-shaped, and the end part of the second pin tumbler is cone-shaped;

semicircular clamping rings are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lock core, a limiting groove is formed in the other end of the first pin, and the end portion of each clamping ring can be embedded into the limiting groove when the lock core rotates.

Preferably, the cross section of the first pin tumbler is of an inverted convex structure, the limiting groove is arranged on the larger end face of the first pin tumbler, and the wedge-shaped structure is arranged on the smaller end face of the first pin tumbler.

Preferably, the first pin grooves are arranged in a non-parallel manner, that is, included angles between the first pin grooves are different from each other.

Preferably, the two sides of the lock cylinder are provided with clamping grooves, and the upper ends of the clamping grooves are communicated with the first pin holes; the clamping ring is embedded into the clamping groove, and a lug for fixing is arranged on the outer side of the clamping ring, namely the lug is fixed when the lock cylinder rotates, and the clamping ring is in a static state;

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a lock cylinder includes a lock cylinder 1 and a key 2; the end part of the lock cylinder 1 is provided with a key hole, and the upper end and the side part of the lock cylinder 1 are respectively provided with a first spring hole 11 and a second spring hole 12; a first marble 4 and a second marble 5 are respectively arranged in the first marble hole 11 and the second marble hole 12; the upper end surface and the side part of the key 1 are respectively provided with a plurality of first marble grooves 21 and second marble grooves 22 which are matched with the first marbles 4 and the second marbles 5; the first bullet groove 21 is a strip-shaped groove in plan view, and the second bullet groove 22 is a circular groove in plan view; one end of the first pin 4 is wedge-shaped, and the end of the first pin 5 is cone-shaped; semicircular clamping rings 3 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lock core 1, a limiting groove is formed in the other end of the first pin 4, and the end part of each clamping ring 3 can be embedded into the limiting groove when the lock core 1 rotates; by arranging two different marbles and marble grooves, the anti-theft safety performance can be greatly improved.
