The method has wide use value for regions with little land and more people, rural regions with less water and modern cities. The stereoscopic planting tower can be placed in rural areas to save land, can also be placed in urban districts, gardens and the like, can be used as a landscape and can be used for planting organic plants, and becomes an urban mobile farm. But for stereoscopic planting and vertical planting, a plurality of problems which need to be developed and overcome exist. The previous stereoscopic planting facilities also have some defects, such as complex installation and maintenance and inconvenient transportation of large pieces, and particularly, the stereoscopic planting towers are usually of integral structures, so that great troubles are brought to assembly and transportation, and the popularization of the stereoscopic planting towers is influenced.

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the planting tower of the present embodiment is a square column. A plurality of upright posts 5 similar to L-shaped sections made of metal plates are respectively and fixedly connected with a corner fitting assembly 2 made of metal plates in the vertical direction through bolts. The two sides of the corner fitting assembly 2 are horizontally connected with a rectangular section beam 11 made of a metal plate through a corner beam connecting piece 4. The number of the upright columns in the embodiment is four, and the four upright columns 5 are connected with each other through an angle assembly 2, an angle beam connecting piece 4 and a cross beam 11 to form a frame. The planting tower body is formed by vertically stacking a plurality of frames, and the height of the planting tower body can be increased as required by vertically connecting the frames. The planting tower of the embodiment is composed of four frames. The corner joint parts 9 of the frame and the frame are vertically connected into a whole by bolts in the corner fitting assembly 2.

The angle beam connector 4 is a hollow connector. One end of the angle beam connecting piece 4 is a hollow rectangular column 4-2, and a plurality of fixing holes 4-3 connected with the beam 11 are formed in the rectangular column 4-2. Four fixing holes are provided in this embodiment. The cross beam 11 is sleeved on the rectangular column 4-2 and fixed through bolts. The other end of the angle beam connecting piece 4 is provided with a U-shaped groove 4-1 matched with the column sleeve 2-4 on the angle piece assembly 2 and a connecting hole. The angle-beam connecting piece 4 is clamped on the column sleeve 2-4 of the angle assembly 2 through a U-shaped groove 4-1 and fixed through a connecting hole through a bolt, see figure 4.

The planting tower of this embodiment comprises four frames, and every stand 5 in every frame is equipped with several angle connector 3 perpendicularly at a certain height interval, is equipped with three angle connector 3 on every stand 5 of this embodiment. The two sides of the angle connector 3 are fixedly connected with the cross beam 11 in the horizontal direction. Four corner connectors 3 at the same height are connected to each other in the horizontal direction via a cross beam 11. The upright posts 5 are vertically provided with angle connectors 3 at certain intervals to form a plurality of layers in the frame. The upright post 5 of the embodiment is vertically provided with three corner connectors 3 at certain intervals to be divided into four layers. The two sides of the angle connector 3 are fixedly connected with the cross beam 11 through bolts in the horizontal direction. The tower body of the planting tower combined by four frames can be divided into 16 layers.

The angle connector 3 is a hollow connector similar to a right triangle, a round hole 3-2 is arranged in the middle of the hollow connector, fixing holes 3-3 for fixing the upright posts 5 are arranged on two right-angle sides, and the angle connector 3 is embedded on the cross beam 11 and fixed through bolts. The extension sections of the two right-angle sides are hollow rectangular columns 3-1, connecting holes with the cross beam 11 are formed in the rectangular columns 3-1, and the cross beam 11 is sleeved on the rectangular columns 3-1 and fixed through bolts.
