1. A composite sound absorption structure with a seam is characterized in that: comprises an outer frame and a strip seam sound-absorbing board;

the outer frame comprises two first direction frame pieces arranged in parallel and two second direction frame pieces arranged in parallel; the outer frame is an integrally formed structure or is formed by mutually fixing the first direction frame piece and the second direction frame piece;

the strip seam sound-absorbing plate is connected with the outer frame and comprises a plurality of battens; the laths at the two ends of the slit sound-absorbing plate in the first direction exceed or are flush with the second direction frame piece in the first direction.

4. The slatted composite sound absorbing structure of claim 3, wherein the first direction frame pieces are shape-matched to contact portions of the slatted sound absorbing panels.

5. The slatted composite sound absorbing structure of claim 2, wherein the first directional frame members are L-shaped or F-shaped in cross-section.

6. The slatted composite sound absorbing structure of any of claims 1-5, wherein the slatted sound absorbing panel further comprises a slat runner, the slat comprising a panel body and a securing leg disposed on the panel body, the slat being secured to the slat runner by the securing leg.

7. The slatted composite sound absorbing structure of claim 6 wherein the first directional frame members are provided with a plurality of bayonet openings that mate with the mounting legs of the slats of the slatted sound absorbing panel.

8. The slatted composite sound absorbing structure of claim 6, wherein the slats are single or double fixed leg slats.

9. The composite sound absorbing structure of claim 6, wherein the panel surface is a flat surface, an arcuate surface, an arcuate concave surface, a corrugated surface, a convex prism surface, or a concave prism surface; the cross section of the plate body is rectangular, trapezoidal, n-shaped, arched, C-shaped, D-shaped, B-shaped, circular, triangular or elliptical.

The composite sound absorbing structure according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 or 8, further comprising a back sealing part fixed to the outer frame on the opposite side of the slit sound absorbing plate, wherein a sound absorbing member is disposed between the back sealing part and the slit sound absorbing plate.

11. The slatted composite sound absorbing structure of claim 10, wherein the back seal is a metal sheet layer or a fiber cloth layer and the sound absorbing elements are sound absorbing cotton.

The invention belongs to the field of strip seam sound absorption structures, and particularly relates to a strip seam composite sound absorption structure.

Background

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to overcome the above problems in the prior art, and to provide a composite sound absorption structure with slits.

In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a strip seam composite sound absorption structure comprises an outer frame and a strip seam sound absorption plate.

The outer frame comprises two first direction frame pieces arranged in parallel and two second direction frame pieces arranged in parallel; the first direction frame piece and the second direction frame piece which are arranged in parallel are not limited to be linearly extended; the outer frame is an integrally formed structure or is formed by mutually fixing the first direction frame piece and the second direction frame piece.

The strip seam sound-absorbing plate is connected with the outer frame and comprises a plurality of battens; the battens of the slit sound-absorbing board at two ends in the first direction exceed or are flush with the second direction frame piece in the first direction, so that the second direction frame piece is covered by the battens. When a plurality of the strip seam composite sound absorption structures are spliced in the first direction, the appearance of the splicing seams in the first direction can be consistent with the strip seams of the strip seam sound absorption plates, and an integral structure without obvious splicing seams is formed. When the number of the slats of the slit sound-absorbing panel at both ends in the first direction exceeds the number of the second-direction frame members in the first direction, the second-direction frame members are less noticeable to a user.

As an aspect of the present invention, optionally, the cross section of the second direction frame member is L-shaped or F-shaped. L font second direction frame spare is convenient for the shaping and has higher structural strength, L shape second direction frame spare does benefit to and is hidden by the lath, does not influence the appearance of first direction concatenation seam.

As an improvement of the present invention, preferably, the F-shaped second direction frame member has a larger central transverse plate than the L-shaped second direction frame member, so that the structural strength of the second direction frame member is enhanced, and the central transverse plate can be used as a fixing base for the slit sound-absorbing plate.

As a scheme of the present invention, optionally, a cross section of each of the first direction frame members is n-shaped, and the two first direction frame members clamp the slit sound-absorbing panel in the second direction. If the cutting end face of the batten is not smooth, the mounting engineering quality of the strip seam composite sound absorption structure is seriously influenced when the batten is in an exposed state, and the n-shaped first direction frame piece forms a wrapping effect on the batten in the second direction. In the installation process of the strip seam composite sound absorption structure, the n-shaped first direction frame piece is installed behind the strip seam sound absorption plate. If the strip seam sound-absorbing board is connected with the second direction frame piece, the first direction frame piece is fixed. The first direction frame piece and the second direction frame piece are fixedly connected through common modes such as screw connection or angle aluminum connection.

As an aspect of the present invention, optionally, the shape of the contact portion of the first direction frame member and the slit sound-absorbing panel is matched, and the shape matching arrangement enables the matching between the first direction frame member and the slit sound-absorbing panel to be compact and beautiful.

As an improvement of the aspect of the present invention, preferably, the cross section of the first direction frame member is L-shaped or F-shaped, so that the slit sound-absorbing panel is conveniently connected to the outer frame.

The first direction frame piece of L font has following two advantages:

a. different from the n-shaped first direction frame piece, the L-shaped first direction frame piece is high in mounting sequence selectivity, and after the first direction frame piece and the second direction frame piece are fixed with each other to form an outer frame, a strip seam sound-absorbing board is fixedly connected in the outer frame;

b. most of the L-shaped frame pieces in the first direction can be covered by the battens, so that the second-direction splicing seams of the strip seam composite sound absorption structure spliced in the second direction can be reduced.

As an improvement of the solution of the present invention, preferably, the F-shaped first direction frame member has a larger central horizontal plate than the L-shaped first direction frame member, so that the structural strength of the first direction frame member is enhanced, and the first direction frame member can be used as a fixing base for the slit sound-absorbing plate.

In specific implementation, optionally, the slit acoustic panel further includes a slat keel, the slat includes a panel body and a fixing leg portion disposed on the panel body, and the slat is fixed on the slat keel through the fixing leg portion. The keel fixed type strip seam sound-absorbing board is common in the prior art and has the advantage of high cost performance. In this scheme, the concrete quantity of fixed leg does not influence whole technological effect in the fixed leg portion.

As a modification of the aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the first directional frame member is provided with a plurality of bayonets which are matched with the fixing leg portions of the slats of the slit sound-absorbing panel. Due to the bayonet, on one hand, the first-direction frame piece is hidden below the batten, so that the splicing seam in the second direction is reduced to the maximum extent; on the other hand, the batten can be fixed in an auxiliary mode, and the number of batten keels is reduced.
