The bus comprises a power line 301, a ground line 302, a first communication line 303 and a second communication line 304, which are parallel to each other.

It is understood that in the present embodiment, the number of the terminal blocks depends on the number of the electrical units, and can be set by a person skilled in the art.

The receptacles 202 in the bus are female pins 401.

Specifically, the PCB 201 and the bottom plate 102 of the guide rail groove are respectively provided with a via hole, and the via holes are used for penetrating through the studs 203.

The technical scheme in the embodiment has the beneficial effects that;

three elements of an industrial guide rail, a bus and a wiring terminal are integrated into an organic whole, and the intelligent measurement and control unit is the best scheme for solving the problems of installation, connection and field application of the intelligent measurement and control unit. The embodiment has the advantages of simplest overall view, firmest connection, most convenient use, most flexible adaptation occasion and lowest production cost. The scheme provided by the embodiment is suitable for the trends of miniaturization, low price and performance enhancement of the electronic devices at present, and represents the future development direction.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, the controller modules of the electric appliances are arranged in the wiring mould box, then the industrial guide rails are arranged in an extending mode along the required direction, and the contact pins at the lower end of the wiring mould box are inserted into the jacks in the PCB; the fixed connection of the wiring mold box and the industrial guide rail is realized by the matching of the clamping tongue flanging, the effective contact of the contact pin and the jack is ensured, and the transmission and power supply operation of communication information are realized.
