this embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 9, which further illustrate an eighth embodiment, the insole preparation system further comprises a triangular prism 306, T-shaped frames 401, arm rods 402, motor frames 403, a motor 404 and compression rollers 405, the triangular prism 306 is fixedly connected to the middle of the lower side of the outer flat plate 301, the T-shaped frames 401 are fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the lower side of the outer flat plate 301, the arm rods 402 are slidably connected to the front end and the rear end of each T-shaped frame 401 in the left-right direction, the compression rollers 405 are rotatably connected between the two arm rods 402 on the same T-shaped frame 401, the motor frames 403 are fixedly connected to the two arm rods 402 on the front side, the motors 404 are fixedly connected to the two motor frames 403, output shafts of the two motors 404 are respectively and fixedly connected to the front parts of the two compression rollers 405, compression springs III are respectively and fixedly connected to the front parts of the two T-shaped frames 401, and the inner ends of the two compression springs III are respectively and fixedly connected to the outer sides of the two motor frames 403; two compression spring III respectively two compression roller 405 inward pressure for two compression roller 405 press together, and two last cloths of scribbling glue and having bonded active carbon powder can gather in the downside of triangular prism 306, and two compression roller 405 rotate simultaneously after pressing two cloths together through pressure and drive the continuous underdrive of cloth. Then the pressed cloth is cut to prepare the active carbon insole.

The insole preparation system further comprises a bottom bracket 601, a side strip 602 and a guide hole 603, the bottom bracket 601 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the outer flat plate 301, the side strip 602 is arranged at the right part of the bottom bracket 601, and the guide hole 603 is arranged on the side strip 602. Finally, the pressed-together cloth is passed through the guide holes 603 and then collected.

A method for preparing an insole by an insole preparation system comprises the following steps:

(a) glue is poured into the two glue storage boxes 504, the cloth firstly passes through the space between the smearing head 505 and the outer vertical plate 303, and then the cloth continuously passes through the space to smear the glue on the cloth;

(b) the two cloth materials pass through the outer sides of the two vertical plates 105 respectively to drive the two active carbon blocks to move up and down at the two square grooves 108, and then the outer sides of the two active carbon blocks are ground into powder to be adhered to the cloth materials;

(c) two cloth materials coated with glue and bonded with activated carbon powder are gathered at the lower side of the triangular prism 306, and after the two cloth materials are pressed together by the two press rollers 405 through pressure, the two press rollers 405 rotate simultaneously to drive the cloth materials to continuously transmit downwards.
