1. A boarding and alighting shift mechanism comprising:

the foot rest is provided with a seat at the upper end and a wheel seat at the lower end, a plurality of pulleys are arranged at the bottom of the wheel seat, a lifting device is arranged between the seat and the wheel seat, and a supporting rod extending upwards is arranged on one side of the seat;

a seat cushion which can be arranged on the seat of the foot rest in a sliding way, wherein a sliding hole is arranged on one side surface of the seat cushion, and a foot lifting frame which can be pivoted up and down to adjust the angle is arranged on the front side of the seat cushion;

a sliding rod, which is provided with a long hole along the axial direction, the long hole is used for the support rod of the foot rest to penetrate, so that the sliding rod is connected with the support rod, the sliding rod can slide relative to the support rod, and the sliding rod can be arranged in the sliding hole of the seat cushion in a sliding way;

the two support legs are detachably assembled at the lower ends of the two sides of the foot lifting frame, and pulleys are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the two support legs;

a chair back assembled at the rear side of the seat cushion;

the first bearing plate is assembled on a seat of a wheelchair, and the seat cushion can slide between the seat of the foot rest and the first bearing plate;

the second bearing plate is used for being assembled on a seat of an automobile; and

and the bridge is used for being erected between the seat of the foot rest and the second bearing plate and providing the seat cushion to slide between the seat of the foot rest and the second bearing plate.

2. The get-on and get-off shifting mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rod is locked with a hand screw nut.

The get-on and get-off shifting mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the foot rest has a plurality of positioning slots on both sides of the top of the seat, and the seat cushion has two first sliding rails on both sides of the bottom thereof, and the two first sliding rails are supported on the seat of the foot rest and engaged with the positioning slots of the seat of the foot rest.

4. The get-on and get-off shifting mechanism as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bottom of the seat cushion is provided with a plurality of rolling members between the two first sliding rails.

The getting-on/off shifting mechanism of claim 1, wherein two sides of the seat cushion are respectively provided with a locking member, two sides of the first supporting plate are respectively provided with a locking hook, and the seat cushion can be stably combined on the first supporting plate by using the locking members on the two sides of the seat cushion to be locked with the locking hooks on the two sides of the first supporting plate.

6. The get-on and get-off shifting mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein two second sliding rails are disposed on two sides of the top of the first loading plate, and the two first sliding rails of the seat cushion can slide in cooperation with the two second sliding rails of the first loading plate.

7. The get-on and get-off shifting mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second supporting plate has a sliding slot on the top thereof, and an opening is formed on one side of the sliding slot.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a shifting mechanism, and more particularly to a shifting mechanism for getting on or off a vehicle for a user with difficulty in moving.

Background

In the prior art, there are many tools for assisting a mobility-impaired person such as a patient or a handicapped person to move, and most commonly, a wheelchair is used, but although a wheelchair is suitable for a mobility-impaired person to move, when the mobility-impaired person needs to move between the wheelchair and a car seat, the mobility-impaired person is usually moved by a caregiver, and since a general caregiver is in a female, the mobility-impaired person is physically burdened by the movement of the wheelchair, and discomfort of the mobility-impaired person is easily caused during the movement, which may even cause injury to the mobility-impaired person due to carelessness.

Therefore, in view of the above problems, those skilled in the art have developed a getting-on/off shifting mechanism, but most of the getting-on/off shifting mechanisms in the prior art have complicated structure, high manufacturing cost, and high price, and the shifting process is still inconvenient and laborious, so there is a need for improvement.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a shifting mechanism for getting on and off a vehicle, comprising: the foot rest is provided with a seat at the upper end and a wheel seat at the lower end, a plurality of pulleys are arranged at the bottom of the wheel seat, a lifting device is arranged between the seat and the wheel seat, and a supporting rod extending upwards is arranged on one side of the seat; a seat cushion which can be arranged on the seat of the foot rest in a sliding way, wherein a sliding hole is arranged on one side surface of the seat cushion, and a foot lifting frame which can be pivoted up and down to adjust the angle is arranged on the front side of the seat cushion; a sliding rod, which is provided with a long hole along the axial direction, the long hole is used for the support rod of the foot rest to penetrate, so that the sliding rod is connected with the support rod, the sliding rod can slide relative to the support rod, and the sliding rod can be arranged in the sliding hole of the seat cushion in a sliding way; the two support legs are detachably assembled at the lower ends of the two sides of the foot lifting frame, and pulleys are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the two support legs; a chair back assembled at the rear side of the seat cushion; the first bearing plate is assembled on a seat of a wheelchair, and the seat cushion can slide between the seat of the foot rest and the first bearing plate; the second bearing plate is used for being assembled on a seat of an automobile; and the bridge is used for being erected between the seat of the foot rest and the second bearing plate and providing the seat cushion to slide between the seat of the foot rest and the second bearing plate.

The main purpose of the getting-on and getting-off shifting mechanism is that the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, the price is low, the use flexibility is good, and the economic and practical benefits are achieved.

The other purpose of the getting-on-off shifting mechanism is that the shifting mechanism shifts in a sliding mode, so that the effects of simple and convenient shifting, labor saving and quick operation are achieved.

Detailed Description

The following further description of the preferred embodiments of the invention, given in the accompanying drawings, is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the invention as described herein.

First, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention is a shift mechanism for getting on and off a vehicle, comprising: a foot stool 10, a seat cushion 20, a sliding rod 30, two support legs 40, a backrest 50, a first loading plate 60, a second loading plate 70 and a bridge 80.

The upper end of the foot rest 10 is provided with a seat 11, the lower end of the foot rest is provided with a wheel seat 12, the bottom of the wheel seat 12 is provided with a plurality of pulleys 121, the foot rest 10 can movably slide, a lifting device 13 is arranged between the seat 11 and the wheel seat 12, the height of the seat 11 can be adjusted up and down by the lifting device 13, one side of the seat 11 is provided with a support rod 111 extending upwards, the support rod 111 is matched and locked with a hand-rotating screw cap 112, and two sides of the top of the seat 11 are provided with a plurality of positioning grooves 113.

Two opposite first slide rails 21 are disposed on two sides of the bottom of the seat cushion 20, the two first slide rails 21 can be supported on the seat 11 of the foot rest 10, and the two first slide rails 21 are clamped in the positioning grooves 113 of the seat 11 of the foot rest 10 for positioning, a plurality of rolling members 22 are disposed between the two first slide rails 21 at the bottom of the seat cushion 20, a sliding hole 23 is disposed on one side surface of the seat cushion 20, a leg lifting frame 24 capable of pivoting up and down to adjust the angle is disposed on the front side of the seat cushion 20, and a fastener 25 is disposed on each of two side surfaces of the seat cushion 20.

The sliding rod 30 is axially provided with a long hole 31, the long hole 31 of the sliding rod 30 is used for the support rod 111 of the foot rest 10 to pass through and cooperate with the hand screw nut 112 to be locked and fixed, so that the sliding rod 30 is connected with the support rod 111, the sliding rod 30 can slide relative to the support rod 111, and the sliding rod 30 can be slidably arranged in the sliding hole 23 of the seat cushion 20.

The two legs 40 are disposed at the lower ends of the two sides of the leg-lifting frame 24, and a pulley 41 is disposed at the bottom of each of the two legs 40.

The seat back 50 is detachably assembled to the rear side of the seat cushion 20.

The first supporting plate 60 is configured to be assembled on a seat a1 of a wheelchair (as shown in fig. 4 and 5), two opposite second sliding rails 61 are disposed on two sides of the top of the first supporting plate 60, two fastening hooks 62 are disposed on two sides of the first supporting plate 60, and the two first sliding rails 21 of the seat cushion 20 can be used to slide in cooperation with the two second sliding rails 61 of the first supporting plate 60, so that the seat cushion 20 can slide between the seat 11 of the foot stool 10 and the first supporting plate 60.

The second supporting plate 70 is configured to be assembled on a seat B1 of an automobile (as shown in fig. 9, 11 and 13), a sliding groove 71 is disposed on the top of the second supporting plate 70, and an opening 711 is disposed on one side of the sliding groove 71.

The bridge 80 is used to be erected between the seat 11 of the foot rest 10 and the second supporting plate 70, so that the seat cushion 20 can slide between the seat 11 of the foot rest 10 and the second supporting plate 70 through the plurality of rolling members 22 at the bottom.

When in use, the first bearing plate 60 is assembled on a seat a1 of a wheelchair (as shown in fig. 4 and 5), the second bearing plate 70 is assembled on a seat B1 of an automobile (as shown in fig. 5, 11 and 13), the seat cushion 20 is slidably disposed on the two second sliding rails 61 of the first bearing plate 60 by using the two first sliding rails 21, and the fasteners 25 on the two sides of the seat cushion 20 are fastened with the hooks 62 on the two sides of the first bearing plate 60 (as shown in fig. 6), so that the seat cushion 20 is stably combined on the first bearing plate 60 (the seat a1 of the wheelchair) for an handicapped person to sit on the seat cushion 20 to replace the wheelchair.

When the wheelchair is going to move the handicapped person to the seat B1 of the vehicle, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the lifting frame 24 of the seat cushion 20 is adjusted to be downwardly angled, the two legs 40 are assembled at the lower ends of the two sides of the lifting frame 24, so that the pulleys 41 at the bottoms of the two legs 40 are slidably supported on the ground, and the two first sliding rails 21 of the seat cushion 20 are used to slide along with the handicapped person to slide toward the outside of the first supporting plate 60 by the two sliding rails 61 of the first supporting plate 60, the foot rest 10 is slid to the lower side of the seat cushion 20, the seat 11 is upwardly adjusted by the lifting device 13 of the foot rest 10, so that the two first sliding rails 21 of the seat cushion 20 are supported on the seat 11 of the foot rest 10, and are locked in the positioning slots 113 of the seat 11 of the foot rest 10 by the two first sliding rails 21, and the sliding rods 30 are slidably disposed in the sliding holes 23 of the foot rest 20, the seat cushion 20 is combined with the foot rest 10, the pulley 121 of the foot rest 10 is used to cooperate with the pulley 41 of the two support legs 40 to slide to the side of the seat B1 of the vehicle, then the bridge 80 is erected between the seat 11 of the foot rest 10 and the second carrier 70 (as shown in fig. 9), the two support legs 40 are detached from the lower ends of the two sides of the leg raising frame 24, the slide rod 30 slides out in the direction away from the second carrier 70, the leg raising frame 24 of the seat cushion 20 is operated to pivot upwards to adjust the angle, the two legs of the handicapped person are raised upwards by the leg raising frame 24 (as shown in fig. 10), the lifting device 13 of the foot rest 10 adjusts the seat 11 upwards to a height higher than the second carrier 70, the seat cushion 20 and the handicapped person slide in the direction of the second carrier 70 (as shown in fig. 11) with the assistance of the height difference until the seat cushion 20 and the handicapped person slide to the second carrier 70 (as the seat B1 of the vehicle), the seat cushion 20 is fixed to the second supporting plate 70, and the leg-raising frame 24 of the seat cushion 20 is operated to pivot downward for adjusting the angle, so that the two legs of the handicapped are put down (as shown in fig. 12 and 13), and the handicapped is moved to the seat B1 of the vehicle.

When the handicapped person wants to move the seat a1 of the wheelchair from the vehicle, as shown in fig. 14, the leg raising frame 24 of the seat cushion 20 is operated to pivot upward to adjust the angle, the legs of the handicapped person are raised upward by the leg raising frame 24, the leg rest 10 slides to the side of the seat B1 of the vehicle, the bridge 80 is erected between the seat 11 of the leg rest 10 and the second carrier 70 (as shown in fig. 15), the lifting device 13 of the leg rest 10 adjusts the seat 11 downward to a height lower than the second carrier 70, the seat cushion 20 and the handicapped person slide toward the seat 11 of the leg rest 10 with the aid of the height difference, the slide rod 30 slides in the slide hole 23 of the seat cushion 20, until the seat cushion 20 and the handicapped person slide onto the seat 11 of the leg rest 10, the two first slide rails 21 of the seat cushion 20 are locked in the positioning grooves 113 of the seat 11 of the leg rest 10 for positioning, then, the leg-raising frame 24 of the seat cushion 20 is adjusted to a downward angle, so that the two legs of the handicapped person are lowered (as shown in fig. 16), the two legs 40 are assembled at the lower ends of the two sides of the leg-raising frame 24, the pulleys 41 at the bottoms of the two legs 40 are supported slidably on the ground, the pulleys 121 of the legs 10 are matched with the pulleys 41 of the two legs 40 to slide to the front side of the seat a1 of the wheelchair to abut against, the seat cushion 20 and the handicapped person slide toward the first carrier plate 60 on the seat plate a1 of the wheelchair, so that a part of the two first slide rails 21 of the seat cushion 20 slide against the two second slide rails 61 of the first carrier plate 60 (as shown in fig. 17), the legs 10 slide away from the seat cushion 20, and the two first slide rails 21 of the seat cushion 20 are continuously matched with the two second slide rails 61 of the first carrier plate 60 to slide the seat cushion 20 and the handicapped person toward the first carrier plate 60, after the seat cushion 20 and the handicapped person slide onto the first supporting plate 60, the fasteners 25 on the two sides of the seat cushion 20 are fastened to the hooks 62 on the two sides of the first supporting plate 60, so that the seat cushion 20 is firmly combined on the first supporting plate 60 (the seat a1 of the wheelchair), and the two legs 40 are separated from the lower ends of the two sides of the leg lifting frame 24, thereby completing the movement of the handicapped person to the seat a1 of the wheelchair.

From the above specific embodiments, the following benefits can be obtained:

1. the getting-on and getting-off shifting mechanism is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, low in price, good in use flexibility and has economic and practical benefits.

2. The invention relates to a getting-on and getting-off shifting mechanism which can carry out getting-on and getting-off shifting in a sliding mode, and achieves the effects of simple and convenient shifting action, labor saving and quick operation.
