Background

The protective hood is a main barrier for protecting the safety of a wearer by isolating harmful substances such as bacteria, viruses, dust, liquid and the like. However, the existing protective head cover has the following disadvantages:

the protective hood is mostly a transparent face screen and is connected with the protective hood in a sealing way to form a closed space, and then a respirator, a breather valve and the like are matched, so that the process is complex, the cost is high, and the whole body is large and unwieldy.

The mask is used for filtering air entering the protective hood so as to be used for breathing of a wearer. The gauze mask passes through the mounting to be fixed in wearing personnel oronasal department and directly laminates or laminate through the sealing strip with oronasal part, makes wearing personnel breathe through the gauze mask more easily, and inspiratory air passes through the gauze mask filtration and directly gets into oronasal when breathing in, and gaseous through the direct exhalation of gauze mask during exhaling, and the respiratory filter function who realizes the gauze mask furthest guarantees to breathe smoothly. Wherein the mask and the window are easily available, the cost is low, the performance is stable and reliable, the whole sealing connection process with the protective helmet is simple and easy to operate, and the protective helmet is light and comfortable.

Detailed Description

The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a protective head cover 100 according to the present invention is shown, which comprises a protective cap body 1, a transparent window 2 and a mask 3 hermetically connected to the protective cap body 1, wherein the mask 3 is used for filtering air entering the protective head cover 100 for a wearer to breathe.

It will be appreciated that the mask 3 may be an N95 mask, a medical protective mask, a dust protective mask, or other mask.

Preferably, the mask 3 and the helmet body 1 are directly connected together, or the mask 3 and the helmet body 1 may be connected together through a filter material (not shown).

In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mask 3 is fixed to the nose and mouth of the wearer by fixing members. The mask 3 is directly attached to the mouth and nose parts of the wearer or attached through a sealing strip. When the mask is attached by the sealing strip, such as a sponge strip, a foam strip, etc., may be provided on the inner side of the mask 3.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the fixing member may be an elastic headband 4 directly provided on both sides of the mask 3. The elastic headband 4 may be unitary or break-away. For example, a common one-piece, e.g., a sleeve, a common break-away, e.g., needs to be tied together at the rear of the helmet body 1 or snapped together by snap-fit. The above connection mode is a common connection mode, and is not described in detail in this application.

The fixing member may be a fixing frame provided outside the mask 3 to fix the mask 3 and an elastic head band provided on both sides of the fixing frame. Likewise, the elastic headband can be unitary or break-away. The number of the protective hood can be divided into S, M, L, XL, XXL and the like.

The protective hood according to the application is mostly used for medical protection, and the protective hood body 1 is made of materials and process requirements used by the existing medical protective hood and is matched with a medical protective mask and a transparent window in corresponding grades. This application is not repeated.

It can be understood that the protective head cover according to the application can also be used for industrial dust protection, the protective cap body 1 is made of the materials and the process requirements of the existing protective cap for industrial dust protection, and then the protective mask and the transparent window of the corresponding grade are matched.
